Adedayorr:No, I'm not talking for the north, those ones have the same mindset and orientation. All northern elites are either directly or indirectly in support of the gruesome murder. I'm talking of Muslims in other parts of the nation. |
Adedayorr:Not all Muslims bro, I am a christian, and I can tell you that. These Northerners have just held on to crazy norms and beliefs for so long that they never wanted to leave the medieval age. |
The christian bodies are so divided right now, I don't see any meaningful results from this. The next thing you will see now is some general overseers instructing their members never to partake in such protest, that it is against what Christ preached. They will even tell them it's a rebellion against the authorities using all manner of Bible verses to rubbish the protest. Don't tell me deeper Life members will follow you in partaking in the protest, sorry to mention any denomination. |
This one will definitely be a big time disaster for the state. You did not come with a solid intention, plan, manifesto on how you'll relieve the people from the snare of penury, bring the state out of economic woes and empower the youth for productivity, you are here to give them cash, is this one OK at all? What does he even take the people for? That we are suffering doesn't mean he should be insulting the people's sense of dignity, integrity and personality. |
The guy credited for the photos has made some bucks for himself. |
olalat:Really? May be you can teach me better on that. |
The fact that Russia is still struggling with Ukraine over this war shows that they are not as powerful as they made us to believe. I thought Russia would strike out Ukraine in less than 10 days without loosing any of their general to the war. It is always good to leave when the ovation is loudest, the best time to call it a stop is now, I mean from both end. |
By now, the college's management board ought to have fished out the students who carried out this dastardly act and rusticate them, but nothing of such has happened. The security personnel on duty that day should have been held heavily responsible, to me, they are accomplices in this case, because they ought to call the police for emergency immediately they took her into their custody, the fact that the killers got hold of her in their custody sends a different signal. How did those youths get into the street protesting the release of the killers, even to the point of destroying people's properties and security agents could not contain them? Police act on intelligence gathering, they can't say they don't know what will happen the following day the lady was killed, they know how things run over there now. I was so sure that the youths will be in the streets the following day, in fact I thought they will be out that same day, looting, killing and maiming. Has Sokoto state governor or Niger state governor paid the parents a visit or sent a condolence message to them? It is clear from the whole situation that they were not being proactive enough to curtail the situation, these are avoidable scenarios if we know what we're doing. Until we start doing things differently, we can't get different results. |
specialmati:Sure, we just pray that God himself will choose for us, because the whole thing looks confusing right now. |
specialmati:It won't work that way, if u ask Buhari to handover to a younger person, he'll not hesitate to hand over to young extremists like Pantami. |
As everything come be now, person need to apply wisdom before embarking on anything.
|
Sokoto state has army barracks o, they won't give them order to start patrolling, until those bastards destroy lives and properties, that's when these politicians will be running from pillar to post. |
Yankee101:You get the stuff, riot is always an avenue for their youths to loot, slaughter and maim innocent people. They've been looking for a medium to hatch out the plan, this current scene is just about to present them with the long-awaited opportunity. |
Now, how do you convince a non Muslim to convert to Islam when he learns that the moment he converts, he loses his sense of human and becomes a blood-sucking demon with irrational and unstable mind? Like seriously, if I have been giving Islam a thought before, with this scenario, I will run for my life and sanity. One religion can not turn me into a rabid dog, no way. |
Statements like this keep heating up the tension right now, Dangote should talk to his in-law pls, this type of statement is arousing Sokoto youths to be in the streets right now protesting the release of the murderer, if everybody starts to take laws into his hands, the whole country will go up in flame. Indirectly preaching jungle justice should not be encouraged. |
That state is highly volatile, this matter should be handled with care, it's easy for riot to spread from that state across the entire north, for the youths to mobilise themselves massively in protest like that, it can lead to mass bloodshed. I pray God grants the governor the wisdom to weather the storm. I'm not just comfortable with these whole thing, they are looking for an avenue to escalate this matter and cause a riot that will lead to massive bloodshed, majority of the elites in the north are in support of this killing from their body language. The police should please handle this with care. I don't pray for a repetition of what's happened in the past. |
Cognitivereason:Not me, I quoted someone, and it's in the write-up, if you take your time to read it. It was said by Fitch, and it's an international body if am not mistaken. Besides, when experts in the area of organizational structure affirms such, I think what the owner of the company should do is look inwards and strategize. Don't forget, there's always room for improvement in anything one's done or going to do. What works yesterday may no longer work perfectly today. if he has solid structure, it's his gain not mine. What I want is a better Dangote Group that can compete with any organization around the globe even after he's gone, at least Nigeria can be known for one good thing in a life time, and not all these ugly news about Nigeria every time. |
einsteine:That's a big problem, he should look deeply into that aspect of his conglomerate, if Dangote Group is well structured, his enterprise will run in his absence effectively. if Bill Gates should pass on today (God forbid), he already has a good structure on ground that will keep Microsoft running. Apple Inc is running effectively till today because Steve Jobs ensured he built a solid organizational structure before his demise. In fact by now, Dangote has no business sitting atop Dangote Group's board. Bill Gates was the chairman of Microsoft's board for a year, he resigned and left the job for capable hands. What Dangote needs is to build a strong, committed and loyal team into a solid organizational structure. |
Which home is he running to? does he know how many koboko his people have been piling up for him for his irrational statements and unruly behaviour all these while? |
GreenCovering:A non-muslim who understands the language has interpreted what she said in the audio clip word-for-word, and it's the same thing. He was first arguing that the lady must have said something highly provoking about the prophet which sparked the reaction, until the audio clip was out. But even if she had blasphemed as claimed, killing and burning her shouldn't be the next thing, that's jungle justice. That bastard boasting in that video, you can't tell how many times he has cursed Jesus Christ, if some1 had set him ablazed, will he live to see this day? The Mohammed they're all defending up and down will deny them at the gate of judgement, because he himself is awaiting God's judgement based on what he did while on earth, hence, he wouldn't want to have more baggage of crimes from his defenders to the ones he already had. |
From that statement, you'll know that he's probably being sponsored by some1 we know not. He doesn't seem to care what comes out of the form he purchased with 100 million naira. more drama to come in couple of weeks. |
Farid24224:OK, now I understand. I pray God help us to see things from his perspective, no matter the situation, condition or atmosphere, and may we not do what will evoke God's anger upon us. I still can't wrap my head around this kind of scenario. |
It depends on the type of lady you're dating, the level of relationship and your personal self. Some ladies don't really see that statement as a big deal, at the slightest provocation, they will say it, but they don't mean it. I've heard that word countless times from my wife before we married, and here we are today waxing stronger. Once she's boiling like that and uttered the word, if it's on phone, I would abort the call and give her break, few days later, she would be the one running after me. You just need to be calm as a man, study your lady and understand her well, know how to handle conflicts, differences and misunderstandings. Most ladies I guess, won't mean that word when they say it, but they never understand it goes a long way in the mind. |
Farid24224:Are you saying if that person is a kafir, he can be killed for insulting the prophet? I need clarification please |
Akerele44:So this is how foolish you are, your initial statement was justifying why the girl was set ablazed, nobody in his right senses will speak in such manner, no matter what. I wonder the kind of upbringing you have. It shows you too can kill for that purpose, you should bury your head in shame, very stupid thing. Why am I even replying this nonentity? |
Farid24224:What a different orientation! what baffles me most is that these reprobate-minded Northerners believe they are the purest Muslims on earth, even purer than the Arabs. They regard southern Muslims as unbelievers. I don't know who implanted this evil orientation in them. I can't imagine myself now fighting people for calling Jesus Christ all sorts of bad names, let alone killing them. He send me make I fight for am? |
Akerele44:If it's your blood sister that was murdered in this gruesome manner, will u still come here to type this? Does it even occur to u that life is sacred to God Almighty who made it? Why do u have to join the Northerner's stupidity and extremists' mentality to participate in shedding human blood all because they claimed she blasphemed their prophet whose ideology and doctrinal stands keep ravaging the world in this 21st century? Are u for real? |
aydought:I did not know much about him while he was a governor, but if what you said is true about him and he's been doing this even while he's a governor, then I believe he can give his best for a better Nigeria, just that there's a great limitation on whoever will be the next president, and that's the Constitution we currently romance, until it is thrown into the thrash and new one is formed that will devolve power to the state and local government, we are not yet ready for a new Nigeria. |
missiret:I actually wanted to help you reply him in such a polite manner that he will feel embarrassed and see himself as a fool, but since you've done it your own way, there's nothing to say again. Everything should not be about raining insults and abusive words on ourselves before we drive down our point, everyone is entitled to his or her opinion and this must be respected by others. I have given opinions here that I got abused over, it's either other people attacked the abusers in cases where I didn't reply or my replies with maturity sends them into eternal silence, many even apologized for their foolishness. So you can't fight dirty with people on Nairaland, it will only make you dirtier. You get it my sister. |
sherozy:No, that's not coccidiosis, this is not caused by coccidia, the predilection site for coccidia is the lining and walls of the gastrointestinal tract. Once this site is eroded, the affected bird passes out bloody faeces, followed by other symptoms. This is more of infectious coryza or fowl pox. |
I think prof Jega's eyes don clear Nah! 2015 free and fair election wey Jega conduct, see where d thing land ASUU. Las Las, we go all get sense |
No one disputes the fact that many mosques were privately built or not, but some governors in the north still strongly believe that using public funds to build as many worship centres as possible is obligatory, I've lived among them, so I know what I'm saying, one of their governors destroyed a roundabout and built mosque there not quite long. The bottom line here is that, to change the narrative in the education sector, both religions must do more in supporting education. In the north for instance, Islamic organizations will rather prefer to build 50 almajiri schools for quranic study purpose than building a university, even if it will cost them more. That's why we have several extremist groups springing up over there, kicking against western educationn. If we can channel more energy into educating our young ones as we do for religion, we will have less of terrorism to battle with. [somete author=OGHENAOGIE post=112648556] you want to write your own rubbish abi... Many mosques in Nigeria were privately built inform yourself if u no Sabi[/quote] |
