If he/she refuse to do the proof of payment ...
Just go to the website and look for the PURCHASE ORDER FORM. (you can ask Acct officer to send to you)
Print, Fill, scan and send the form back to him/her or just send it directly to mutualfunds@...ibtc.com
You dont have to go to the Bank ever. |

adegokekemi: Firstly through mobile app ( ATM details) bt it gave a message to register for OTP and I tried to register bt it failed. Secondly I used online quickteller but transferred me back to the ATM page again and gives the same message as above. Through that I got to know I suppose to register first with quickteller before using their service. I did that immeadiately and an email was sent for activation. After that I tried to TOP UP again bt it gave the same message. .. Just wondering Y. OTP= one Time Pin it is sent to the phone number you used to open the fund acct. you need to check that phone and use the OTP next time. no need to register with quickTeller. change your password to numbers only..Yes! NOW.. YOU CAN scan and/or send proof of transfer to your account officer. ASk him about that. Its another option. |

pafra: I invested 3m in treasury bills for 182 days at 17%. The maturity date is Nov 4th.
What is the procedure for termination? How much will be deducted from the said capital?
Urgent reply. no money is "deducted" from your Capital. the deduction is done on your Interest earned so far. you have earned about 200k after 5 months.. If you terminate now, you will be charged ~5% on that 200k gained. So 3m - 10k = 2.99m will be returned to you. Therefore you still make ~190k overall. NO CAPITAL LOSS FOR TERMINATION: go back to the officer who did the TBills for you and tell him you want to terminate. |

Xlpacks: Hello guys, I've heard a lot about TB and Mutual Fund. There are some questions I would love to ask before I dive into any of the two. 1: which one pays more interest? 2: can I withdraw my money even before the maturity date? (Incase of emergency) 3: which one is more secure? 4: What's the minimum amount to be invested? 5: will the interest be paid directly into my bank account or will I need a new account for it? 6: which Bank offers the best rate? 1. TBills 2. Yes in both 3. TBills 4. TBills ~100k : Mfund ~5k 5. Yes ..directly same acct 6. Stanbic IBTC |

Partnerbiz3: What do you mean by compound daily? Everyday interest is added to your total fund. the next day, the previous day's total is used to calculate interest at the day's rate. and so on.. please any further questions should be asked on the mutual funds thread. Thank you |

natznext: I don't even see how the present system is hindering the state administrators from doing what he said... exactly! whats stopping a state thats getting 180 billion yearly from estsblishing its own 2billion naira flourmill, for instance? every state including Ekiti, with its supposedly low bugdet allocation of 98billion, can industrialse and build independence that will boost its economy. |

Jolar101: Nigeria is still living in the past, while Biafra are in the future and we are ready to create jobs for our Biafra citizens. Just imagine what will happen if Nigeria gives the eastern states indepence on october 1... Hunger will kill all of those there! y? Nigeria will double the cost of all the foods that they are buying from the North! East is not Agriculturally independent yet. there will be NO ports for Importation!if you route imports through another country, they will tax everything: higher prices! y? East running at Zero industrialisation! My friend, there is now way you can just stand up and start demanding INDEPENDENCE without anything to fall back on. It doesnt make sence. The Eastern region has to focus of organisation to proove they can be self sufficient before others can join in to ask for independence. |

Jolar101: Simply because Nigeria not getting theirs right, that doesn't mean Biafra won't get theirs right this time. Nigeria is still living in the past, while Biafra are in the future and we are ready to create jobs for our Biafra citizens. Why not have a foundation (like California State does) before making the move? eastern region recieves over 600 Billion Nairas budgetary allocation from the F.Govt .. Why not convert most of that in to production first to proove what "Biafra" can do when independent? its very simply: IPOB should show us what Biafra can do with resources before creating "another Nigeria" in History. And listen; when the igbos do seek independence, that NAME BIAFRA should not be used. Check history books, the eastern region had a Name before NIGERIA was forced on them |

fratermathy: Nigerians should pray that this country doesn't split up. Because if it does and Dangote faces only the North, the economy of the splinter nations may be in shambles.
We should be more enterprising and have industries that rival Dangote's in order to avoid over dependence on him. Dont mind IPOB members.. hunger will be used against them AGAIN! instead of focusing on taking over governance in the east and industrialising the region till its self sufficient BEFORE moving for independence.. THEY ARE JUMPING TO Z before reading S (for sense) |

sgtponzihater1: Pls I need to know how to reinvest funds into stanbic MMF, the person I met at their branch was saying I have to raise a draft in favour of the fund every time. and I guess that'll will be too cumbersome. How do one reinvest through mobile banking? if you opened the account already: then just log into the online office.. click TOP UP .. it will direct you to select amount to add and pay with your ATM card via interswitch. if you havent opened the account: remeber to tick "reinvest interest" when filling the form. TIP: fill ALL the forms..for your convinience in the future |

You can withdraw in 35days time (remember the rates are per year). |

The true yield of a 364 days TB @ 18.2% is over 22%. Mutual fund can not natch that. TRUE |
