Newer brands will always try to upstage the old brands. It happens all over the world. However, in advanced nations, the old brands are still vibrant and growing stronger than ever. In Nigeria, Companies that produce food products do not have research or product development departments, of if they have these departments, they are not doing their research properly. Hmn.

Is there a customer service phone number on the packaging of the bread? There should be a contact number of the bakery that produced the bread on the bread wrap ? Call the number and make your complaint about the stones you found in the bread. NAFDAC needs to make it mandatory that the address and phone numbers of producers of food and beverage products in Nigeria are printed on the packaging of what they produce. Cheers.

Lighthouse Family actually has 3 songs from their new album on YOUTUBE now-

1. Live Again
2. Light On
3. My Salvation

The band is managed by Polydor Records, which is part of Universal Music Inc. There is something wrong with the way artistes are managed in Nigeria. Lighthouse Family is releasing a new album 'Blue Sky In Your Head' after 18 years and they are generating a huge buzz all over the world. Nigerian artistes expire after 2 to 5 years . It is a really sad development. Talented artistes like Azadus, Lt Shotgun, Blackky, Gino, Styl Plus should still be making new music and still be filling up Show Venues if our Radio Stations stop standing in their way. We are not just very progressive in Nigeria. Haba . Then the issue of piracy of albums is also a problem though it has been dealt with to an extent. Our artistes should also learn to persevere and produce good music. They will always be patronized by their fans no matter how popular Wizkid or Davido are. Thanks.

@ rolings,

Lighthouse Family has returned with a new album 'Blue Sky In Your Head', after 18 years. The album will be officially released on July 5, 2019. Two songs on the new album are on YOUTUBE- 'Live Again' and 'My Salvation'. You can listen to the songs on YOUTUBE. COM.

Lighthouse Family is a British band though. Tunde Baiyewu and Paul Tucker make up the Lighthouse Family. Cheers.

I live in Ondo, the man is a total disappointment.

I am not defending the Governor of Ondo State. I am only asking people to say what it is going on in the State based on what they saw there. Or findings from people who actually live in the State. If you say he is a total disappointment, let us have pictures and facts, links to articles etc.

A high population can be turned to an advantage by leaders with a strong vision for industry and development. We are not even up to 300 Million yet. Indonesia is 270 Million and the country is doing fine. When you have visionary leaders in government, Population will become a tool for development and growth of the GDP. China's factories are serviced with the huge population of the country. With enough hands to work and places to work provided for them, the country will grow steadily on a yearly basis.

Why is it very difficult for Nigerians to acknowledge the achievements of others? Why don't you go to Ondo State yourself and verify what has been said about Akeredolu's achievements? How much is a bus ticket to any part of Ondo State and how much will it cost you to lodge in a 3 star hotel for at least 3 days? Go and do your findings before coming here to say what is not. Thanks.

There is still Baba dudu, sisi pelebe, sisi pelebe short one, kokoro and coconut candy.

Baba dudu, sisi pelebe etc Ikeja close to under bridge
Coconut candy: yaba
Kokoro: okota
I still buy them

You are a correct lady o . I know some of these childhood treats can still be found in Nigeria. They might not be as popular as before. But they are still around. They are just being produced in small quantities. We need bold entrepreneurs who will design better packaging and produce Baba Dudu, Sisi Pelebe, Kokoro, Kulikuli, Ekana Gowon, Balewa etc in commercial quantities. Then children of today will enjoy these treats. Cheers.

They are trying to bring Bigi Drinks down . This is just the beginning. The Management of Rite Foods should come out and clear the matter on ground. Simple. Just tell the consuming public what color the right Bigi Apple drink is. And also use a unique identifying number or code to distinguish genuine Bigi Products from fake ones. Cheers.
