Hmn. It is not everyone that wants to spend all their lives in the White Man's land. The guy might have his own plans and what he wants to come and do in Nigeria. This is why he wants a house of his own. He might have a business idea he wants to come and implement in Nigeria. He won't succeed overnight, but with Patience and Dedication, he might just become the owner of a flourishing company which will employ youths in Nigeria. They went through a lot and spent up to ten years in Nigeria before having a breakthrough with Wilson Juice. If you sit down with the Abolade brothers, and hear stories of the dishonesty and lack of integrity they had to live with, you won't want to visit Nigeria at all. @ Sunshi, building in Nigeria is a very stressful business. It seems you reside abroad, which is the reason why your brother is supervising the project for you. You will need to conduct your own research on the sale of building materials and ask a lot of questions on Nairaland. Your brother will also try to make something for himself out of the Project by looking for cheap labour especially. God has placed you in a position to have money for this Project and I bet you have a job that pays well abroad where you reside. It is good that you are even building without waiting to be in Nigeria by yourself. Time is Money. Leave space for little inflation of prices of building materials by the person handling the project for you. They have their own needs and wants to sort out As long as they are not inflating prices to the high heavens.

Just pray that God keeps providing the money to complete the project for you. If you say you want 100% accountability from your brother, you are only deceiving yourself. People are not taking into cognizance the Sowore ( AAC ) factor in the South-West. This young man has campaigned in 32 States of Nigeria and he has been the most vocal of all the opposition Candidates. PDP and APC should be very careful. Underestimating Sowore and Moghalu ( YPP ) could prove to be their undoing. Personally, I feel the APC should be more wary of Omoyele Sowore ( AAC ). His appeal is widespread especially in the South-West and South-South of Nigeria. There are also many Igbo people living in all the Yoruba States of Nigeria, unlike few Yorubas living in the Igbo States. APC supporters should not count their eggs before they are hatched . It will be a very interesting 2019 Presidential Election unlike in 2015. It won't be a landslide victory for Buhari as predicted by some BMC apologists.

Hmn. The 2019 Presidential Elections will be very tough for the APC and Buhari to win. Except if APC rigs the election. We will have the Osun State scenario all over Nigeria with parties like AAC ( Sowore ), ADC and YPP ( Moghalu ) spoiling the show for PDP and APC. The South-West will be the decider zone and if Sowore pulls significant votes from the youths in the South-West, APC will lose a lost of votes. If the Igbos in the Yoruba States come out massively and vote for the PDP, Buhari and the APC are in trouble . This 2019 elections depends on the Igbos and other Minority tribes in the South-West coming out in huge numbers to vote for PDP. And also recording a 90% turnout in the South South and South East States. The Northern Votes will be a close call for both PDP and the APC. It is Fulani vs Fulani in the North this time around.

Ogba is a Benin/Edoid/ Edo name. Same as Oshodi, Agege, Idumagbo, Idumota, Iju etc ( All areas in Lagos State ). These place names should tell you that Lagos was once occupied and dominated by people and immigrants from Benin and other parts of Edo State. The name 'Eko' means War Camp. Spinach is called 'Amunututu' in Yoruba. It can crawl on Fences, Poles etc anywhere it is planted. It has green leaves and a red vine and it crawls a lot as it grows. We used to have it in our garden when I was growing up in my father's house .
