Politics › Re: SERAP Sues Tinubu Over Ban Of 25 Journalists From Covering Villa by RenaissanceGuy: 4:56pm On Sep 03, 2023
Fruitless effort. If presidency gives accreditation to all the media companies that apply to be in the Villa, there'll be no leg space to stand or sit. It's normal that only the top-rated journalists or media houses are the ones permitted. That's how it's everywhere in the world.
itsme01:
cool
Imagine Arise TV also want to cover Tinubu at Aso Rock even after all bullshit they said about him, or This days and AIT
May God continue to bless Donald Trump... As much as I don't agree with him, stupid press knew their places in white house

.
Neither Arise TV nor ThisDay is in the list.

You well so? Get a new moniker
He has done that in the past, but he'll somehow detect it's his new monikers through the style of writing and then start trolling him on that moniker too.
The guy was once trolling me, following me everyday with uncountable number of monikers and cancelling my comments. But one day, he saw one of my comments and said since he agreed with me on this post, he would stop following me, and that was the end. grin.

Seun, hope you yourself can see the guy has people who are sharing him on to destroy your forum as they see nothing wrong in the activities of the guy.

Those are the people who never wish for the progress of this forum as nothing per say is happening in their own lives.
Seun has done his best. It was because of his sole job of cancelling people's posts that Seun deactivated NL's Cancel this post strikethrough feature.

Politics › Re: What If ECOWAS Becomes One Country? by RenaissanceGuy: 7:38pm On Sep 02, 2023

I've been thinking about this lately and it's been giving me some form of joy.. If such a thing happens under the rulership of Good leaders, we would be the single biggest economy in the whole of Africa.. We would literally be the USA of Africa...
Let's not even go to military because we would absolutely dominate the whole African continent, na we go dey control this continent....in a period of just 20-30 years after such a country is formed, assuming we find a way to brutally deal with corruption and bad leaders, we would probably be among the top 7 economies....

What do you guys think?
Mynd4. 4 nlfp. mod
A country doesn't need to be 600m in population size for it be an economic giant. If there's no proper long-term economic planning, 90% of the population will be in abject poverty. Nigeria of 200m people has about $450B GDP while Singapore of less than 6m people has a GDP of $750B.
Politics › Re: What If ECOWAS Becomes One Country? by RenaissanceGuy:
We're clamoring for Nigeria to divide because it's getting too populated and diverse for the politicians to manage economically, and you want to add more trouble.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Definitely Graduated From Chicago State University By Farooq A. Kperogi by RenaissanceGuy: 9:08am On Sep 02, 2023
Looks like lhe only falsehood here seems to be that SSN belonging to a female and the original Bola Tinubu whom "Tinubu" used her identity to travel to US. This is the negative power of illegality and sin. More often than not, it always comes back to haunt the doers, sometimes decades of years after and throwing off all they've worked for all their lives, into the ditch.
Politics › Re: Lagos State Govt Releases Blue Line Rail Price Structure by RenaissanceGuy: 8:14pm On Sep 01, 2023
Unsustainable pricing. Govt should stop acting as father Christmas and allow private companies manage things like this. At the end of the year, they'll tell us they lost N10bn of taxpayers' money, because of their poor, unsustainable business model.

Southwest makes Nigeria whole as a country.
God bless the Southwest region.
That's not a blessing, young man. How's this bettering the lives of Lagosians who spend an average of 4 hours on the road every day, due to overpopulation?? Lagos would be be a liveable city with 5 - 7 million residents, if only FG created other Lagoses in at least each of the geopolitical zones.
Politics › Re: Lagos Accounts For 60% Of FAAN’s Revenue, Says Keyamo by RenaissanceGuy: 8:01pm On Sep 01, 2023
That's why Nigeria is not working — concentrating all economic, manufacturing and production activities in one state whilst the other 35 states make do with petty trading. Any wonder Lagos is so congested leading to low quality of lives for its residents??
Politics › Re: DSS Arrests Kingsley Obiora, CBN Deputy Governor - People's Gazette by RenaissanceGuy:
SSS has taken over the job of the EFCC. Buhari killed EFCC the day he sacked Magu, because since then, EFCC went back to chasing yahoo boys and girls whilst leaving the big criminals to enjoy our stolen commonwealth.
Foreign Affairs › Re: President Ali Bongo Explains Why There Are No Term Limits In Gabon's Presidency by RenaissanceGuy:
You and your father are even better than 90% of Nigeria's presidents who have pillaged this country into abject poverty and never-before-seen inflation. Your country's per capita GDP is $10,000 (the fifth highest in Africa) while Nigeria's is mere $2,000.
Beremx:
An oil rich country with less than 3million people. They're not even up to half of the population of Lagos State, yet they live in abject poverty.

Africa is cursed
It's not Gabon you're referring to. I do not support the familiocracy they're practicing, but they're not in abject poverty. Their poverty rate is 30% while Nigeria is at least 70%.
Food › Re: Palliatives: Rice Price Spikes As FG, States’ Suppliers Mop Up Markets by RenaissanceGuy: 10:27am On Sep 01, 2023
Imagine how very ineffectual this govt is. What's the difference between Tinubu and Buhari now?? Where's the commonsense in attempting to share food stuff to 150 million poor people when the bulk of the money will be embezzled and those who have money to buy will be further thrown into the den of hyperinflation??

You wanna hear the hard truth: she's what you're suspecting she's — an ogbanje (a mild word for witch). And you're in a double trouble for saying you don't have anything anymore to do with church. You better run to Jesus Christ for salvation and deliverance before your world crash before you in a twinkle of an eye...

African leaders with money... A country with population less than Alimosho LG area of Lagos, with oil resources of Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa together, yet Gabonese are still living in poverty.
Africans are naturally wicked.
Gabon has the 5th highest GDP per person in Africa, according to the UNDP. That doesn't mean a single family should be the only one ruling anyway.

Politics › Re: See This Nigerian Twitter User Who Predicted Four Days Ago About Gabon Coup by RenaissanceGuy: 12:44pm On Aug 30, 2023
In this 21st century, we all know that the possibility of a coup happening in Nigeria when a southerner is president is zero,as we all know that it's the northern officers who are usually the coupists.

Bwala is obviously tired of being in the opposition. If Atiku by any stretch of luck should be declared/inaugurated as the winner, he and Reno who have been stylishly praising Tinubu whilst still claiming to be in PDP will be left out in the cold.

Politics › Re: Ministerial Screening: Before You Hastily Burn That Certificate Of Yours by RenaissanceGuy(op): 7:50pm On Aug 27, 2023
For some people whose parents are well connected and they tell you that you should forget about it so that they can quickly fix you into a plum well paying job or their own business, think about 20 years to come when your becoming a governor, minister or president is held back by the unavailability of your school certificates that you emotionally burned many years back or the service you refused to go for.

The Enugu State gov is currently facing the possibility of being booted out because he too didn't serve.
Politics › Ministerial Screening: Before You Hastily Burn That Certificate Of Yours by RenaissanceGuy(op):
This topic has been on my mind for some weeks now.

For some of you who have looked for a job after several years and were unsuccessful, but later got smiled on with luck to make a fortune through tech fields such as coding, blogging, crypto/FX trading, etc, don't allow joyous emotions of having hit it big make you burn your school and NYSC certificates, thinking that you will never need it again.

In 15-20 years to come, you might just find yourself at the corridor of politics or public office and you begin to bite your fingers for the decision you made earlier.

Just look at the caption of the thread and the youths above me praising him, as if it's even his personal money he's using.
