This subject of ECOWAS using military force within a member's land is not even new. A thread I saw earlier says Nigeria used military forces to reinstate a democratic govt in Sierra Leone in 1998. And just 6 years ago, as part of ECOWAS' forces it also did the same in Gambia. If that's what's needed to drive sense into our West African neighbours, so be it. ![]() ![]() |
Wow, never knew this happened. And none of our journalists could reference this story since this whole Nigér debacle started?? It's sensational headlines and endless "according to our source who asked not to be named" , they only know how to do. |
This your petition has fraud & demonic manipulations written all over it. Pastor E. A. is a quintessential man of God par excellence. Tell us what you did and who's chasing after you, because it can't be that blessed man of God. Some of you are very funny. If demonic agents could accuse holiness preachers such as W. F. Kumuyi and Lazarus Muoka of being involved in occult and demonic healing, I wonder what you'd do to others who are not very well known in preaching holiness but live very strict holy lives. |
This guy's threads are always an eyesore bereft of commonsense and logic. |
Beremx:You think if the US military should overthrow Biden in a coup, hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters would not be on the street celebrating it, just like in Nigér?? Does that then mean that majority of Americans are in support of it?? |
Tinubu intentionally told the DSS and NSA to write that letter. To prevent people from decoding it very easily, he included two other people. If not, why would the president nominate a person and instead of NSA privately communicating with him on why they think the person is a security risk, they'd write to the Senate to withhold confirmation?? That would mean that they the DSS and NSA are working against the president, but it's all a planned power play to deny the evil man extraordinaire the opportunity to be a minister. |
France seems to be the only former colonial "devil" who has refused to relinquish its hold over its former colonies. If not that I don't subscribe to military govt, I'm very pleased that the Nigér soldiers are anti-France. |
I said it yesterday that it's Tinubu's indirect way of not wanting to appoint El Rufai, because of previous statements he made against him, especially the one he made in Lagos urging them to defeat godfatherism . |
fergie001:Add the source for credibility: https://www.thecable.ng/breaking-senate-withholds-el-rufais-confirmation-as-minister-over-security-clearance/amp This could be a subtle Tinubu move to deny him of a ministerial position. I'm not sure Tinubu has forgiven El Rufai yet (https://saharareporters.com/2019/05/06/el-rufai-tells-lagosians-how-defeat-godfatherism) . |
What a shame. Sharing of bags of rice in 2023. 3000 bags of rice for party members or there are only three thousand poor people in Maiduguri?? Hundreds of billions of naira will be embezzled through this heist. This people should borrow themselves some sense and use the saved subsidy money on infrastructural and job creation projects instead of these phantom pursuits they are on. |

When did a random Twitter handle become a credible source for news? It's the mods who always push your threads with Twitter source to FP, I blame sha. Isobug:It was after I made that comment that he or a mod added it. |
Now to the topic... America is not the standard for Christians to follow worldwide, neither is their sin what'd trigger the end of the world. Many countries have legalised samesex marriage right before America. Even before the legalisation, samesex relationships were never illegal. They only upgraded it to marriage. In all of this, what I'm saying is that true Christians in America, Europe, Africa, Asia, etc, know that same sex relationship/marriage, fornication, pornography and all other forms of sexual immoralities are very grievous sins in the sight of God, and by God's grace, we keep away from it. |
Racoon:You have a good command of grammar, but unfortunately you're unable to differentiate between have and has. Why not make use of Google to brush up your knowledge on this, so that this doesn't embarrass you in the public one day? Has = singular; Have = plural. "Devil (singular) has" or "Devils (plural) have". 'Have' is not the past tense of 'has', like you always try to make it look like. 'Had' is the past tense of both of them. Botragelad:Of course. Was not that exactly what I wrote?? I only brought in 'had' because I know that he assumes that 'have' is the past tense of 'has', whereas it's the plural instead. |
What concerns Customs with immigration work?? |
These our Nigerian polithiefcians don't have shame at all. The same you who used billions of naira to launch 'audio' Nigeria Air and rented an Ethiopian airplane to do a 1-day show, now suddenly wants to show us on Twitter that you're an intellectual who understands physics and mathematics?? |
Reno Omokri is not doing things right. He should have continued to attack the hate-filled and ravenous obidients and leave out Obi out of his fireworks, because Obi is innocent of his supporters' uncouth behaviour. |
seunmsg:He didn't even say anything against Tinubu, to start with. He actually said Tinubu was being generous to people who don't deserve it. In another tweet, he said Atiku should support Obi for President instead of Obi being his vice. Naptu2 should have provided these contexts alongside the screenshots, so that people could be better informed. |
Since Russia is currently on an overdrive to court Africa countries' friendship, it'll most likely support whatever ECOWAS does, especially as Nigeria is involved. |
Acekidc4:Yes, I'm not ruling that out. But it's not safe that West African countries are turning into military govt one after the other. There has to be a deterrent against further military coups, though I still don't support the military operation fully yet. |
Acekidc4:A military operation is different from a war. It only became a war in Ukraine because Russia didn't succeed in overwhelming the Ukrainian military within days. |
What you say when you fry the brain of the masses, whilst you steal their commonwealth to the last kobo. Works very well in the north and looks like it's coming to the south. |
This is supposed to be the capital of the most developed state in Nigeria, but see disjointed building alignment, brown roof cohabiting with high rise buildings and zero street planning. |
Your father sold kolanut to educate you? How come information online says he graduated from UI and later went to Cambridge to study Chinese, worked with BBC Africa, etc?? |
Wodu89:OK. If I showed you evidence, what will you do? |
Wodu89: ![]() See gullibility in 3D. The guy behind that account is a troll. |
The same thing Jonathan did more than 12 years ago. 3000 buses for a 200m population country . Just wow. The buses should be for 5 states alone. |

Some people actually think that being able to spin up conspiracy theories around every issue that catches their attention is a sign of intelligence. Alas, it's actually the opposite. |
Curse777:Please, if you can't use your iammo, Moh247, Jerryherd, etc—monikers, to quote me, don't use a cursed one to do that. Thanks. |
Beremx:Please stop these baseless conspiracy theories and victimisation hues. It's making the Igbo tribe look verrrrry stűpid. Even if the man had publicly promised to rule against Tinubu when the case come to the SC, can his single vote alone cancel the other 8 votes?? What was even the guarantee that he'd have been shortlisted amongst the 9 justices to hear the case, since they are currently more than 15?? |
Jetties ko, ocean ni. Nothing relates jets and jetties in any way, young man. So your brother in the NA is planning to fly jets in the NAF. ![]() Nice imagination, though I still believe will likely deploy to Niger as it's being speculated. |
favor914:What's your problem with the guy's comment? You always insult people who make even slightly critical comments about Nigeria. Is your father the owner of Nigeria that you're always bitter to see people criticise Nigeria?? |
