Many people take longer than that to move on if they so much loved their spouse. I've a friend in Nigeria whose mother refused to re-marry after the loss of her husband years ago and single-handely raised all 5 of her kids. I was watching Dr. Phil some weeks ago and this man who lost his wife 7 years ago is just starting to date again.

That said, people are different and grief differently. This lady shouldn't be faulted for wanting to re-marry now if she chooses. She already moved on months ago when she started dating the new man, lol. To be fair, if she were a man, people around him would be urging him to move on and find another wife asap.

my mum lost my dad at a tender age of 41. She raised four kids on her own. At some point we asked her to atleast go and date one of the numerous men that were coming for her. She warned us never to discuss that nonsense again. My mother knew what marriage is. Loyal woman.

To be factual, Nigerians have no regards for soldiers and I dislike it. Our military is our pride.

Soldiers don't look for trouble. It is civilians that should avoid crossing their lanes and learn to obey SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.

Soldiers are the easiest people to live with; dey your dey, they dey their dey. If you must cross their lane then be ready to follow simple and clear instructions.

only place soldiers issue instructions is on the battlefield. They hve no right in intravenous society policing.

He has to work if that’s what she wants and if he knew that before marrying her. I won’t have respect for a woman who decides to be a house wife when she knowingly marries a man who wants a working wife. Why should his case be different?

Does he cook and serve her, wash her clothes, take care of the children and all what not so that she can have time to provide for the family?

If it was the other way round, people would understand that the wife will be playing her part in contributing to the home front. It’s highly unlikely that he was in this case.

there are lots of house husband that do domestic chores....for women that is NEVER enough. She didnt complain about that as far as the wrote up is concerned she wanted him to work.

exactly my point. That's what these women usually say once the money stops rolling in. He wasn't lazy before but became lazy all of a sudden.

But if it were the other way round and he divorced her based on being a house wife you'll see all these nonsense girls screaming blue murder. When a woman says hes lazy ask the guy...its not true. He may just be looking for a job but shes grown impatient. For her to file for divorce means shes def playing away runs with a new guy that's promised to marry her.
