Travel › Re: More Pictures Of The Lagos-Ibadan Railway Construction by rhames(m): 7:04pm On Oct 11, 2018
As far as I am concerned Kudos to PMB and his team for this job. However, how many countries in this information age build standard gauge rail systems. From year 2000 to date?

Are the trains new or refurbished trains?

Every country is now building speed trains like the Chinese who built trains that can go the Kaduna- Abuja route and back the same day not these ones that will take the same time with the overnight luxury buses from Lagos to Kano and vice versa.

To add salt to Injury, our transport minister Rotimi Amaechi once said that Nigerian Engineers cannot construct rail roads.

Fashola transformed Lagos not ambode.

At a point, jagaban did not want a second term for fashola but fashola had huge support on his side. My wonder is why Ambode has so much enemies.

Watch games of thrones, read the 48 paws of power, the good guys don't always win. Power is Power.
To win takes more than just being good, one has to play some rules and I guess that's where Ambode failed and the world will move on.
Todays politicians dont read books. They seize power with thuggery.

The Art of War by Sun Tzu is a addition.

Toke Makinwa, this morning took to twitter to talk about her kind of man and she said, 'my man doesn’t have to be rich, but he has to be able to take care of me'.
She also said, 'every girl has a list, over the years my own list has changed a little bit. Life happened, it’ll shock a lot of you to find out that I don’t ask for much'.

Penkelemesi is he a Chinese, pls can someone first throw more light on the meaning of the name
His grandfather, Adegoke Adelabu was a prominent and vocal member of the 1960's defunct Western Nigerian Parliament. Penkelemsi emanated from his grandfather's reaction to a fellow parliamenterian after a heated debate where he replied with the words " peculiar mess". Action Group Party stalwarts under Chief Obafemi Awolowo could not understand or pronounce the phrase well. What followed became a popular song in the south west till today "Adelabu,Penkelmesi".: the origin of penkelemesi..

Thanks for the humiliation once again. But it's the sad truth

What I've learnt in the just concluded Osun & Ekiti elections;
1. Rigging just got better
2. South Westerners just got dumber
3. If you think I'm lying, ask the people of Osun & Ekiti
4. I'm sorry if this hurts but I just needed to vent

In other words, its time for anger management.

I don't believe her. She's from a upper class Northern family, it's only poor northerners that marry out their daughters at such a young age.
Unfortunately she is not.No upper class Hausa woman will do all these things because acting is seen by the upper class in Hausaland as a job for the jobless people.
Career › Re: How Do You Handle An Angry Boss Lady? by rhames(m): 11:37am On Sep 26, 2018
take your romance outside the office and do tho job you are paid to do.

Boss ladies are an interesting lot and can be complicated and friendly atimes.

They can admire you for your hardwork and dedication ethic.

They can also want to be romantically involved with one they feel that for in the workplace,

Some can be indifferent to anyone and everyone.

In order to earn respect from them, make your self a scarce commodity.

As for romance, ensure its oustide the office for the sake of peace.

Some people are just mere hypocrites. If a white man did it, we black people will accept it as his culture. But if a black man did it,it will make headine news for the wrong reasons. Let us just respect his wishes. Afterall, there are some rich people in the world whose children never tasted any part of their fortune as it was willed to charity. Lets treat this one as a charity.

In a Presential Residence, is this acceptable? What happens to the billions budgeted for the maintence of the villa.

So many questions but let me stop here since this is not an Auto related topic cheesycheesycheesycheesy
