Learn to loosen up more often, that was meant for laughs. And don't be silly to say that literature has no relationship with 'language'.
Rocktation, if I understood you well, u meant that if the foundation of a romantic love is no more (eg money), the love will turn sour, no?
Yeah. Logic points that way, don't you think? It is quite safe to say that if the foundation stone (e.g trust and security) of any feeling of fondness or likeness, is left untended, that feeling goes to pieces. Except of cos, there exist other qualities that make up this cornerstone....which just leads back to the same thing I mean, supposing they become unavailable.

smiley It is right oo. You invited her. Better yet, both of you should go get it. You just invite her to come make a choice at the counter or wherever...if you're certain she cannot finish a 'cow' oo. Or you could just take her to a place where they wait on customers, to save yourself the headache.

Yeah Greedie, I agree. They all did great. Cloaked in objectivity, I was open to any logic that could douse the burning essence of money for attraction/affection and indeed, I was impressed.

But like I always say; something MUST make someone like someone. Romantic Love is hardly, if ever , given solely. And however we may choose to define it, it is but a 'feeling' of intense attraction and many more grammar lol, at the end at the day. Almost anything can be offered to serve as its hinge; looks, se.x, swag and yes...money.
So if an intense attraction (which could very well be love, looking that no one's the inventor of love to give a standard measurement) was ignited by any of these, how then do you expect it to stay afloat in the absence of that, bearing the general fact in mind, that feelings can/do fade?

Almost Nobody from the negative side could come from that angle to lay any worthy emphasis on the actual source of the love and thereby, relate it to what could keep it going.

Dubem made a go for it and I must commend him, but he ended up contradicting his analogy. Cos if the 'source' of the life of love/intense attraction for money which is the person in question as he says, is indeed responsible for sustaining the love/attraction, then it must mean that the source must be maintaining the availability of the cause(money in this case) of the attraction.

In the end however, I am wiser. Thanks guys.smiley

RomanceRe: Is It Over?should I Move On? by Rocktation(mod):
OhGirl, since he's obviously confused now about having anything to offer you, pick up whatever is left of you, without acting crazy and obsessive, and head back home to your folks. You never should've seized placating them. Hopefully though, all their anger would've been allayed well enough by now, to see that you're remorseful enough to deserve forgiveness. Who's gonna give you away if your boyfriend was set to marry you anyway? Fam's fam, no matter what, and you shouldn't ever think to completely do without them, even when you're married and all's smooth.

Give that fuddled man of yours the space he wants, looking that you can't control nobody's decision to want to be with you. If he misses you like I suspect he wants to, he'll come looking for you. And there you'd be, sensible enough to start all over on your reasonable terms (if you'll still want him), so he won't think he's blessed with some God-given right to string you along like some marionette, whenever he chooses to.

There is absolutely no need for insults here. Everyone has got their own goals to focus on achieving in life. If yours is to laze about for throughout your time here, not minding that you're the last in your lineage, then by all means do so without condemning others'. Cussing at people sixty ways from sunday, will not interchange their dreams for themselves, with yours for them.

No. In as much as people would like to believe that it releases dreary emotions, it really does not. At least, not solely. Crying is just part of the entire misery spell, which some people cannot resist. And when this spell in its entirety passes, you just feel better.
