He has been house hunting, he finally got a Two-bed room and one parlour apartment in Lugbe Area. He was asked to pay 980k in total.
The rent is 800k. Caution is 100k, Agent is 10% of legal = 80k

I humbly want to know if its worth paying for or should he keep looking? Abuja residents, pls help a brother out

I don't know the specification of the house but trust me, some two bedrooms go for 1m in Lugbe. I live in Lugbe so I know wetin I dey tell you.

If you get a two bedroom now for 600k, e go be like poultry farm.

A decent two bedroom us from like 700k.

I got admitted into a Federal university in 1999. MATH AND ENGLISH WAS A VERY BIG ISSUE. . So what federal university admitted you without passing at least one of them?

Well, I went through the screening committee under the faculty of arts and they didn't send me back, I had a pass in Maths and a B in English.

So if at that time, I was admitted and allowed to finish my course without any issues raised in a federal university, why you wan come dey drag am with me?

For masters degree after NUC made it a requirement for running a master's program.

One thing my husband taught me is to use lended money to keep people off.

I wrote GCE myself in 2006 before writing weac and neco the following year.

I used my neco for my admission cos I had the 5 credit and that my best result.

One can sit for O level exams after earning a degree due to many reason but my point in context of dropping a certificate for elective purpose ......it make no sense submitting a GCE like this if you have degree.

Just putting it proper perspectives......no one should submit a lesser certificate if they have a higher one.

In what university in Nigeria will you enter without a WAEC result?

I had a WAEC result from 2005 with a pass in maths.

After I graduated, NUC decided anyone applying into a master's degree in a Nigerian University must possess 5 credits including English and Maths.

So I had to rewrite waec to get the maths that I didn't have.

So when I come out to contest and present the latest WAEC result, run and go and report to INEC.

I have a waec result from after my degree cause I needed maths to do a master's degree.

When I come out to contest, you fit go report the certificate to INEC o.
