My dears, i just tire to log, been so busy though and won't lie, apart from the dance routine on saturday and sunday, did not do anything monday and tuesday. but was able to exercise, wednessday and thursday, 40 mins of intense cardio each. it was nice, i am beginning to drag on this exercise thingy because of too much stress at work, i will have time soon to go back to my usual level by God's Grace. Still counting my calories and i have not added any weight at all, not reducing much either just inches every now and then. trying to get a flex belt for the remining part of tommy, have done a great job with it so far.
