Idon't know about that. All I know is that your economy ticket does not include checked in luggage, you either pay extra or go premium economy. Just for those who booked economy and think it includes luggage and then get to the airport.

This thread has really changed a lot. Its good to dream but we must learn to walk before we can run.

In this western countries everything looks very flash, its so easy to get carried away coming from a country like Nigeria. We must be very cautious when making certain decisions. e.g Like the kind of friends we keep, we need people who will inspire us and who are realist not those who add no value to life and give you false hope or no hope at all.

It is very easy to get into debt because credit is thrown at you from left, right and centre and it takes one with a lot of self control to resist it. These sales people are professionals in their field. I had a friend who went to the shop with money in his pocket to buy a 42" screen outright and came back with a 55" on a finance with insurance and the lot. His excuse was the sales person was so nice and he felt bad saying no after all the talk.

Questions you have got to ask yourself not only for the newbies but for the oldies too. If the unfortunate happens and you loose your job or you fall ill? Will you be able to pay your bills for about six months without falling into Financial difficulty.

If a black man and an white man are given £10,000 each. The black will most likely go for a nice set of wheels (Black Mans Wheels) and designer gear, while the English man will get a mortgage and take his family on a nice holiday. We see it all the time with the American rap stars and after a while they go bankrupt and they don't understand why.

We hear stories of white people thinking black people have got small brains , why do you think that is? The black man does not know how to invest in their communities. look around the world in America and Britain where they are large concentrations of blacks the characteristic features are poverty and crime. Just look at our politicians they don't have the foresight to invest in their countries, instead they run abroad for treatment and send their kids to foreign schools etc African is trouble because of lack of investment by our rulers.

So now lets take a look at our individual selves. I know its not easy , but when we can afford it you should be able to have emergency fund cause no one knows what's around the corner. Even if you have insurance, it doesn't really start paying until about three months and some even six months.

The fact that you can afford something, if it doesn't add value to your life and you have to be living from one paycheck to another to pay it, then its a false economy.

We should learn from the Asians and the Jews, they enrich their communities not just themselves.

God bless us all and give us good health to be able to meet our aspirations and be good role models for our younger generation.

I'm 23, and this lady should be in her 40s, she has a daughter who is almost my age, but she's not married, from the look of things, she had her at a young age, she started pestering me when she bought a new phone and she invited me to set it up for her, including fb and whatsapp, i did, and she collected my number, thats how she started inviting me over every sunday, sometimes I'll come and meet her alone at home, and she'd be half naked, rubbing cream on her body, I'd offer to wait outside but She'll tell me its no biggy, sometimes she'd try to take a selfie with me and her wet nipples will be protruding out of her wrapper and pushing against my chest, I'll be so tensed and hot.

She kept checking me at home but will never find me because i told my siblings to alert me whenever she's spotted in the vicinity so i can hide or lock the gate.

This helped me get over the temptation and her, until yesterday, i was coming from a party and i ran into her, it was too late to hide because she already saw me, she approached and we got somewhere to sit and ordered drinks, we talked about life and she bluntly accused me of avoiding her, that guys my age easily take things for granted, she kept talking until is promised to make it up to her, i regret making that promise, today she sent me a message on whatsapp, calling me my love, i thought she's joking until she told me, she's alone and needs company tonight.

I have a girlfriend, i love her so much i don't want to hurt her, i don't want to have any form of intimacy with someone old enough to be my mum, but this woman is rich, i have benefitted from her and i wouldn't want to loose either of them, please advice me

Also to get on to the property ladder, you will need to have a stable job with stable income and you will need also a deposit of about 10%. If you are based in London, the average property value is £350,000. 10% of this figure is £35K. it gets cheaper as you move northwards and more expensive as you move SW.

This means that you will be applying for a mortgage of about £315,000 for which the monthly payments over a 25yr period will be at least £1,100 +/- depending on your interest rate.

To improve your credit score make sure you pay all your bills on time.

Also you need to get a credit card use it to pay for your normal shopping BUT to avoid paying any interest pay all the balance off before the payment due date. Its better to get one that gives you points or cash, this way you are improving your credit score at no cost. only spend the amount that you know you can pay off every month.

The reason you get credit is because if your name is not on the credit list your credit score is as bad as someone in debt,. These companies need to know your paying habits whether you pay your bills on time and all this information adds up to build your credit score.

Also don't keep applying for so much credit cos anytime you apply for any kind of credit and you are turned down, a search is recorded against your name. Even when you apply for insurance a search is done in your name.

Before you apply for the card make sure you are at least 80% sure that you will be accepted so that a failed search doesn't go against your name.

Get your name registered on the electoral poll register as soon as you have settled into your address.
