End of quote, that put a nail on the textile transactions we were supposed to do together

The media and foreign embassies are also not helping the matter, they provide consular advices to their citizens on the dangers and pitfalls in doing business in Nigeria, CNN, BBC and ALJAZEERA have ran several documentaries on the dangers of engaging in business in Nigeria, this has further put a dent on the already battered image of the country, type doing business in / with Nigerians and see what my friend called Google will give you

Unfortunately, its the bitter truth. "When one finger gets soiled the whole hand gets soiled". Bribery and corruption is widely accepted as the norm in Nigeria. A very simple process turns into a complicated issue. like applying for a meter, Licence or making a complaint to the police etc.

Fortunately I don't live in a flat. I lived in one once and my next door neighbours loved pounding yam near-daily. We learned to live with the sound. If me and five other families found no problem with it then I don't see why other people can't.

That aside I prefer manually pounded yam to any other form. I've learned I can taste the difference -- it's in the smoothness. Add to the fact I love the exercise involved so we're back to my first argument: is there any technique I need to learn to avoid scalding myself while pounding?

That girl is a devil-possesed villain who she should be thoroughly and literally reprimanded in a jail.

Suicide contravenes Section 233 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015 and is also a National crime according to the Lunatic Code of 1916.

The police should jail her to serve as a deterrent.

Something similar happened to a 15 year old who now lives with me.Her parents died while she was 6,and since then she's been taken from one foster home to another with hard labour,no education , tattered clothes with scars all over her body and worse of all was severely molested sexually and infected with STD.Finally she managed to Excape.I met her on the streets and today she's now in sch and also learning A skill after sch hours.This life is deep.
