Roomateneeded: Hello everyone,
Am loosing my mind. I am a single guy living in abuja. I am just 28yrs old. I work though but it from my house and it anytime I like for 20K Daily. I wake up everyday, clean the house, drive out or take bike to blow steam off my system.
Everyday I buy Tramadol to fu$ck my mind up, but now it doesn't fu$ck it up as it used to. I developed the habit of watching Netflix and YouTube, I got bored of it and even tried going shopping every Saturday, am still tired of it now.
Ever since I moved here, I have had sex with some ladies that I barely talk to anymore. Most of them are working class and often busy when I need them. I'm an orphan and have separated myself from my other family members for years now, so it fits to say I av no one in this world.
I have had serious relationship in the past but they didn't turn out well. So you know am just being friends with puss.
Am Bored, that's the irony. I like my life, no doubt Abt that but I need to solve this boredom cause am going mad. People are beginning to notice me like a psycho when I walk out.
About the tramadol too, it everyday something for years now, more than 5yrs now. So it kind of control my behavior and most of my decisions but it not a problem cause i could have been dead without it. I have serious depression right from secondary school when my mom and siblings segregated me by calling me a wizard... I grew up believing am a bad person without actually knowing what a wizard does. The drug is what kept me, cos I av serious personality issues, low self esteem, low libido, and bad memories pumping out... So the drug is my life saver.
I What a touching story You need to stop taking Tramadol Say no to drug abuse |

Education › Re: A Nairalander Recounts How He Dropped Out While Pursuing A Law Degree. by sageb: 10:23am On May 13, 2023 |
Elistho: My journey in pursuit of a Law degree began three years ago. Its materialization was obstructed many a time but the option of giving up was an illusion, this is a story of doggedness and perseverance.
In the year 2020, after UTME, my chances of getting into Law were slim due to my performance, my score was high but not high enough, and I was exempted from admission. Fresh tears.
In 2021, I pursued Law at the University of Uyo as a Diploma student. The school system was far below average, my school life was a tripartite arrangement, from class to home to church. No extracurricular activities, I didn't even know 10% of my coursemate's names, little fun, I never enjoyed school.
The examination came, prior to this time, I gradually lost interest in school and the program, I stopped attending classes, but there was still seriousness amid truancy. Results came, I aced it distinctly, fair, and square, and I cleared my major courses with all A's. Those in tertiary institutions know what it means to smell an A, talk more, an A of 80+, I got it though.
I didn't know how it happened but I felt like dropping out, even with my excellent performance. Life as a Diploma student at the University of Uyo is like pushing one into frustration and depression, too much indifference by the school regarding student's welfare. Diploma - LLB transition is like trying to pass an Oraimo cord in a machine needle.
2022 came, and I opted to start afresh, UTME wasn't a big deal, I had gone past that level, and intellectually, I can't perform less. I pegged my anticipated score at 300, but the results came, and I was few marks to it. All right, that was terrific.
After ASUU strike ended in 2022, my ambition of dropping out hit again. But then, what will people say? Too many questions and pressure on me. Well, I cared less. I know what I'm doing, I don't care about opinions, and I discreetly and flawlessly dropped out as a Diploma student in Faculty of Law, University of Uyo, no regrets.
My guess was right, questions came, "Why are you not in school"? My reply to you depends on how sensitive and sensibly you asked me and your locus standi, if not, you and I will combat. Don't ask me, it's not your school and it's not your going.
Conclusively, In the long run, it will be right to say, Congratulations to me for never giving up. Everything I planned manifested, admission, everything... This succinct storyline is 30% of what I saw, but I conquered it. I'll be going back to the Faculty of Law, University of Uyo to continue what I started.
Many times, I gave up, and many times, I got bittered. But ahead ahead, it's not how fast but how far. The journey has been activated in full once again, I don't tolerate mediocre performances. The Law is to influence society, not just about myself, I can't settle for less.
When you feel like giving up, don't, hold on and do it.
It's been God and hardwork, Congratulations to myself, go and soar, do what you know how to do best. They shall hear your name. I welcome myself back to the Faculty of Law, University of Uyo.
LLB in view.
Nairalanders, share in my joy. A Tuskite spotted Back in My undergraduate days, The number of direct entry applicants that gained admission via diploma program are not up to 20. so entering via Jamb is less competitive. Get a space in M2 so that you will just walk to classes rather than paying transport fare to school Congratulations and good luck to you. |

Adejoncy01: So, yesterday, 8th of May, 2023, I finally decided to let go of someone I've made an habit. It's been over six years I met her.
We've been very good friends and kind to each other in our ways. The thing is, I fell in love with her deeply, and she said she doesn't feel the same towards me. We talk for hours. The flow was too smooth. We understand each other to a great level. I still find it difficult to believe she didn't feel a thing for me.
I decided to kill my feelings for her and keep her as a friend. It didn't just work.
I recently knew she's now in a relationship with someone else. She told me.
And I can no longer remain friends with her.
So, I finally decided to let go of someone I've made an habit. I needed to.
I'm saying this here, maybe the pain will go out a little bit.
I feel so much pains. Farewell, girl. I'd miss you. Let me wish you well, from afar.
Do know that Daddy wish you well always, Daddy's baby girl.
We meet to part... Sorry for that Just move on |

She be nymphomaniac. Tossed around the industry by small boys. Spits

You nailed it Even Aged retirees are not being paid their payoff and benefits under Udom administration. The sad reality. |

obembet: The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)- One year of joy, challenges, tears and VICTORY.
Its a thing of joy and great privilege to serve our fathers land. Several people have stated their own opinion about NYSC, Some said it’s a scam, some said it’s a complete waste of time, and so on, but but to me, I see a things of Joy to serve my father's Land.
I served my dear country in one of the most beautiful state in the Nigeria, (Akwa Ibom) even though I was not happy about the village I was posted for my PPA but the villagers proved to me that Akwa Ibom people are the most wonderful tribe in Nigeria when it comes to taking care of strangers and cooking the best soup
I served in 2015/2016 batch B stream II at Nkot Nseyen, ikono local Government, Akwa Ibom state and my PPA was nkot Nseyen community secondary school.
If you are privilege to serve in Nkot Nseyen village, your one year service will be full of fun and you will beg federal government to give you extra year
My experience were mostly exciting with the Akwa Ibom people and their soup, I remember I tasted periwinkle soup for the first time there but I shouted when I was unable to break the periwinkle with my teeth, I later learn how to suck it
So my fellow Nairalanders, it's NYSC is 50!!! Please tell the world where and when you served and share your little experience in one sentence

KingCold: He is coloured, Samantha kinda omitted this group, they're actually regarded as one of the mixed people in the world, Former Everton footballer Steven Pienaar comes from this group, But I think it's because they don't really have a traditional way of dressing. They are to be found all over the country but they have the biggest numbers in the western cape I do watch Steven Pienaar right from his playing days in Ajax. I like that generation of SA footballers like pienaar, Shaun Bartlett, Mark Fish, Lucas Radebe ,etc. Is Benni Mccarthy the best SA player ever? |
