Ghana plays a different kind of game. One may not see them playing as they should but eventually they come out as victors. I believe it is going to happen today with the US team. So, as we say here, YES WE GYAN! |
@Project I believe the best advice has been given by dvbguy and hope you take it in good faith. I believe also that you should get dvbguy's number so you can personally see him and discuss matters since you all live in Ghana, I guess Accra too. However I would like you to be a bit patient when you are seeking for information. I personally did not like the way you said someone should SHUT UP if he had nothing to say. The information you need is a huge one and you cannot get it for free 'like that'. As you are being advised, get a consultant and pay him and I believe you will get what you wanted. Good luck! |
@raw-unkat I believe you have had your answer |
It will be Ghana vs Spain at the finals |

Well dizzy, thanks for sharing but, |
It is sad that daarsat had to go like that. They did have a very good package. My family really missed Gamzaki |
@All It seemed there has been an interest in this microbox of late. But it seemed people are not getting the answers given so far. Let me just reiterate what other honourable members have said about the box. IT DOES NOT EXIST HERE IT CANNOT BE DISCUSSED HER, period a bi a lie? |
Great story. As it is with other people, kindly ignore all bad comments. We need more of these |
Are all the channels on W2A now encrypted? |
kakofo:Your question is a little bit vague. It is like saying, whose name is Mohammed in Nigeria? |
It is getting more confusing, lol |
@K4 lol |
frosbel:I now see why you are accused of posting articles only negative to Muslims. I believe you are not one of the radical evangelists, but just doing your job as a good Christians. |
adeogunn:Well said brother! I will just add the brainwashing is practice in most religions of the world. Let us all fight over all forms of terrorism. As much as I disagree with what the boy did, I will not also hesitate to say that the boy's action fell into the US grand scheme of portraying Nigeria as a bad state. I know one will ask what will US gain in doing that? Well I live the answers to those who know |
Today Liverpool Vs. Athletico Madrid @ 8.05pm - Joy Sports, MBC3 Fulham Vs. Hamburg @ 8.05pm - Adom TV |
He should be ashamed of himself. With that kind of money, I think he bought the girl period. There are better, mature and beautiful women in Nigeria. I wonder what kind of food the girl can prepare for him |
londoner:You are right about that. There are people who will not find the sense in what you are saying as soon as they put a tag on you. Keep it up |
@seshi Sorry for the mixup |
@K4 I like your zeal and your patriotism when it comes to the issue of defending mother Ghana. But I believe you could have shown a bit of difference in terms of choice of words. I know everyone react differently from any issue. But as fellow countryman and African, please could you soften up so other people can see the best of you. I know how some of the posts are such that one feels like hitting the person, but as the saying goes, "do not argue with a fool, people might not notice the difference." I hope my plea would be taken in good faith. I have no intention of castigating you, if I have, I'm apologising. |
asukson:Drop me a mail in my box at salamandercat@yahoo.com and let me see how I can be of help |
@sonofpeace Makola is not a Ghanaian name. It is a name given by the Yurubas from Ibadan who settled in Accra in those times. The last time I checked, there was a Makola market in Ibadan. Someone should prove me wrong |
@Seshi I have decided not to respond to any more of your ignorance. If you don't know that Accra New town was formally Lagos town and you don't know the history surrounding it, then there is no need to educate you further. Well, you have your opinion and I have mine. And anytime you happens to be in Accra again, just drop by and I will 'willingly' chat with you and give you some few lectures. If I happen to be in Lagos (which I have no seen for the past 20 yrs), I will like to drop by and have a cup with you if only you are willing to do so. If you are really in search of the truth, kindly ask your other brothers who are in Accra and you will know more. For reference, look for a book written by Prof. Deborah Pellow an Anthropologist of the Syracuse univeristy USA titled. LANDLORDS AND LODGERS. You can google for the book and read a piece of it and you will know that I'm talking on authority. Good luck |
@shesi Please dont draw me into your arguments. And there is no where in my previous submission that I said 90% of Ghanaians are Christians. And on the history of Ghana, I believe if you have had a little patience, you will have known that the Ga people of Accra migrated from Ile Ife from Nigeria. There is a suburb in Osu called Osu Alata. The people of Gonjaland are from Northern Nigeria. The word 'Gonja' comes from a corrupted Hausa word 'Gwanja' - trading. My Hausa speaking brothers could attest to that. Go to Salaga in the North and you will see it all there. The word 'Zongo' is actually Zango, a temporal place of abode and guest who are living there. I must say you have not taken notice or it did not occur to you that places like Tudu, Cowlane, Makola, Kasoa, Okaishie, Zongo lane, Accra Newtown (formally Lagos town) all Accra are of Nigerian origin. And it is the same thing all over the country. There are prominent Nigerians who are deep into our politics and there are still a whole bunch of them who are holding key government positions. I can talk of the Bankoles, in the early 50' the Brimah's, in the 90's. Even our former Vice president Aliu Mahama had his root from Nigeria. For your information, our current National Chief Imam origin is from Zamfara. Come to our Mosques and guess what language is used for sermons. The list is endless. I'm telling you this on authority. I have done research on them and I'm still doing it. As I keep saying, the issue is not about the country. It is about individuals who can make a difference. I live in a place where 90% of the people are originally from Nigeria. So it is easier for a newcomer to be roped in because of the language. Come to the streets in Accra or go to the Mosques on Fridays. All the beggars that the authorities in Lagos and elsewhere were sacking have all ended up here. So please shesi let us be civil on the issue. As long as the world spins, we may find ourselves in different environments one time or another. And who knows, one day, the trend will change again and Ghanains will be trooping back to Nigeria! FYI: There are people on this forum who personally know me because I hosted them in Accra . They will tell you my story |
