I believe you are the only Ghanaian who does'nt like football, lol. How far with your motorised system? Have you try getting CRTV on Eurobird 25.5 Deg E? I heard it is Ghanaian, but so far I cannot tell.

Here's a question on motorising dishes: Is there any particular reason why we are
still using diseqc 1.2 and external positioners with our jacks (actuators)  when we
can simply use the inbuilt positioner (USALS) in our recievers to move our dishes?
Looks like most of us don't realise that with USALS, you don't have to buy an
external positioner to store your channels one by one over a two week period.
Just a thought, though. Maybe someone needs to throw more light on this?

It is a very good observation. But I wonder how many receivers have got the USALS facility.

For those who need to know, Nigeria built Africa. Everywhere you went, there are Nigerians living there and have become part of the citizens.

I'm a proud Ghanaian. My great-great grandfather came to Ghana from Nigeria and helped built Ghana. Those early people were straight in their dealings, religious and friendly. That is how they've lived for many years in other countries without any problem.

The problem of Nigeria now I believe stemmed from current generations. Everything is about money. I hope and believe if we all behave like the early migrants, we will see the greatness in Nigeria again.

It is up to the individual living in other countries to exhibit positive image about Nigeria. On this forum, I have met honest people of Naija that has changed my perception of Nigerians.

It is just history repeating itself. First it was Nigerians that came to Ghana, then Ghanaians going to Nigeria and now Nigerians coming to Ghana! Well, let's hope the positive outweighs the negative. Naija, wake up!

I was able to pick some channels without the di-electric on 68.5. And I realised that the transponders work on both polarities.

I think you have to add one more C-band LNB without di-electric to get those channels on 68.5 Deg E on C-band.

Long time no hear. How was your last installation?

I believe the mosque in question is an Ahmadi mosque. And they have a channel called MTA and can be found on W3 @ 7 deg E.
