FamilyRe: Why Do Girls Date Married Men by samparian(m): 3:39am On Jun 20, 2009
If you see a brother without a babe, girls dont look at him twice.

All it takes for you to be in their radar is to get a girl and other girls will begin to wonder why you? what did this lady see in this dude that made her marry him?

Another reason is simple,"ITS ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS" grin
FamilyRe: Your Wife Or Mother Who Would You Entrust With Your Money? by samparian(m): 3:26am On Jun 20, 2009
I trust my mum with absolutely everything inch of my wealth. Not just because i'm single but because of what She has gone through for me.

Someone posted that a guy sent money home to his mother and she blew it. well, silly mum and crazy guy. Did he tell her what to do with the moneyhuh or did he just ask her to keep it??

when i was broke, all my friends left me, my fiancee started dating someone else and we eventually broke up. Only my immediate family stayed by me. My mum kept praying for me day and night. when i told her i was leaving the country, she knelt me down in front of the alter and prayed for God's Mercy and favour upon me.

Today, everything i've sent home is in her care. She has bought land for me, and is building a house for me(i didnt even ask her to) and the business i opened in Nigeria, she runs it for me.
I trust her totally.
When i get married, my wife will really need to prove i can trust her with big money, cos right now, every babe i come across wants to marry me. Even my yeye ex fiancee wants me back cos i'm now MADE. imagine!!
Why is it that no one seemed to have noticed the major issue about the lagos scene.

NEPA WAS ONNN DURING THE ENTIRE SCENE.
Don't you think it would have been nice if nepa had "taken" the "light" when they were in the elevator. How dat mutant wey dey control computers go fit control NEPA. grin
Abi d guy go turn 1000 MW for national grid to 10,000 MW
. lol
ROTFLMAO

It seems you guys didnt watch the movie very well.
watch it again and you'll understand it.

The Nigerian/Lagos scenes were set DURING THE VEITNAM WAR and that occured from 1959 to 1975 and the Mutant group were told to go further inland. it would take 3days walk!!
you're complaining.
they did a better job in research than their counterparts in the movie SAHARA, though a very nice action packed movie, they didnt reaserach well on Nigeria.
the Wolverine cast and crew did a nice job.

@Affalatus
i seriously think you've got some ants in your pants concerning Soludo. Did you loose your job from the ConSOLUDOtion of bankshuh cos that is the only thing i can think about.
i aint here to scandalise anyone and i urge my fellow nairalanders to desisit from defamation of character.

Even if Soludo is Andy Uba's lap dog(i seriously doubt that), i doesnt mean a damn thing cos Soludo saved this country from becoming worse than Zimbabwe. If he hadnt done what he did, i seriously doubt if any Nigerian bank will still be standing right now with the global economic reccession which has run down big banks and companies in developed countries.

I'll be very happy if Soludo campaigns for governor under any party. PDP or whichever. Afterall the good People of Edo state voted for Oshimole and not his party.
i voted for Obi and not Apga and i'll vote for Ngige no matter what party he represents. grin
PoliticsRe: Anambra 2010 Governorship Election; Pdp Goes For Soludo by samparian(m): 10:18am On Jun 17, 2009
I said it before and i'll say it again.
i campaigned seriously and voted for Mr. Peter Obi but he hasnt performed.Ngige set a very high standard and Obi has performed below par. embarassed
Ngige is the right man for the job and if Soludo contests, i'll still vote for Ngige, because he has been tested and Trusted.
PoliticsRe: Anambra 2010 Governorship Election; Pdp Goes For Soludo by samparian(m): 5:05am On Jun 16, 2009
the battle for seat in Awka government house up till now has been between two candidates, Mr Peter Obi (who i voted for) and Dr. Chris Ngige (who was given a stolen madate but did wonders for the masses)
I love both men and personally i would vote for Ngige this time around because by my own calculations, he performed better than Mr. Obi.
I hope Prof Soludo knows what he's doing and if PDP fields him as their candidate, then i'm happy for him and for my state. Atleast, they presented a credible candidate than the likes of mafiaso Andy Uba, and talkative, confused Mbadinuju. grin
hmmmmmmmm
PDP- Soludo
AC- Ngige
APGA- Obi
LET THE BEST MAN WIN grin they are all credible

CultureRe: Dating A Nigerian Guy In China by samparian(m): 1:00am On Jun 05, 2009
@jesqueen
you're english is too good for a Chinese.
I've lived in China for over 2 years and i know lots Nigerian guys who are married to Chinese girls. many are not married and yet they have babies.
Almost all of the chinese girls dating/married to Nigerians have never been to naija.
The truth is that for him to go out with you for two years till date and has not made a commitment means either of this two things:
1. He's a broke ass or still trying to make ends meet

2. He has plans to go home and marry a good looking naija babe with nicely shaped ass and full boobs(unlike chinese girls) grin
RomanceRe: Why 9ja Girls Drink Alcohol? by samparian(m): 10:58am On Jun 04, 2009
@ poster,
whats wrong with you sef??
It seems you've not been to any other African country, thats why you get mouth dey yab naija babes.
i've been opportuned to travel to South Africa, Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Benin republic and Togo and i realised that naija girls are the most decent African ladies i've ever come across.
In these other countries, girls will toast you, buy drinks for you and take you to her house for good free sex. I've never heard or seen such in naija.

when you talk of oyibo girls, i've had my fair share and i swear, "THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO A NAIJA MAN IS TO MARRY OYINBO WOMAN"
i've dated many and i know what i'm talking about. They drink alchohol like fish drinks water, they smoke weed and say it aint shit.(not all smoke weed)
I drink alchohol moderately. i've got some scotch and vodka in my home and i mix my drinks with orange juice every evening when i get home. i enjoy sipping a glass while watching telly at night.( i dont like drinking outside)
anytime i have a female visitor, i dig out a bottle of red wine. There's nothing wrong with ladies having a drink. i'm against getting drunk.
HealthRe: Is There A Cure For Dandruff? by samparian(m): 3:34am On Jun 04, 2009
though i no longer have dandruff, i still shampoo my hair regularly with JANESE, anti dandruff formula shampoo.

just get any good anti dandruff shampoo and use everytime you shower till you get rid of the dandruff, then you can use it twice a week and get hair cuts every two weeks if you're a guy
HealthRe: Case Closed by samparian(m): 3:28am On Jun 04, 2009
it depends on your skin's tolerance.
personally i can use any. i currently use TEMPLE SPA, soothing shaving gel. it might be hard to get in naija. Bought it in UK
HealthRe: How Pure Is Pure Water? by samparian(m): 3:22am On Jun 04, 2009
Nigerians enjoy complaining.
Its because pure water is affordable, that is why we make noise over its neatness and affordability

Nezan:
the pocket determines which one you take-bottle or pure water,,,,
Do you have any idea how much it costs to buy all the equipments needed to set up a satchet water production facility? the cost of building the structures and putting everything in place??

you've got no idea. that is why many people demonize "pure" satchet water.(in Nigeria). its not like this in other countries where they're also produced.
we claim to be big boys because we drink bottled water. the same bore hole is the source of your bottled water. the only difference is that its not in a satchet.
Try and visit a bottling plant and see for your self.

RomanceRe: Your Ex Is Getting Married & She Invites You, Will You Attend? by samparian(m): 3:31am On Jun 03, 2009
ofcourse i will.
i've attended 3 of my ex's weddings. There's really nothing to it.
they graduated and had suitors lining up, and i couldnt stand in their way so i just let go and i attended the weddings and even spayed money well on the dancing couples.
We're still friends till date.

RomanceHow Do We Know True Love? by samparian(op): 11:14am On Jun 02, 2009
The word "I LOVE YOU" is used rampantly these days.
we use it when we want to get into a girls pants sharply
Gilrs use it when they want to "collect" something from you
sometimes, we all use it just for the fun of it.
My question is this?
How do you know when someone truelly loves you?
Not because you drive a fancy car and have got money in the bank. How do you know when you are truelly loved?
You can be in love with someone, but she doesnt really love you. she's just there because you can provide all her financial needs.
CultureRe: Igbo Women Don't Say "cha Cha Cha! Igbo Kwenu!"" by samparian(m): 4:00am On May 31, 2009
Not much people follow up the gizzard issue and chicken ass except for titled men who like eating it.
My mum eats it but when ever i'm around and she cooks a fowl, she serves it to me as a sign of my traditional status as Eze obi

Igbo traditions vary from town to town and kola nut is served to the man of the house by his wife or daughter and the man then presents the kolanut to his visitors before he breaks and serves it. Thats how its done in my town in Anambra, i dont know much about other communities.
A titled man of 30years can break kolanut in the midst of non titled men who are much older than himself.
HealthRe: How Pure Is Pure Water? by samparian(m): 3:30am On May 31, 2009
True but My dear, it seems you didnt read my last posts.
How can someone who buys purification and packaging machines worth almost 2 million naira not be able to produce clean water.
These are the same machines used in other countries to produce satchet water. And these equipments are of International standards. They were not just made for nigerian use.
True we have dubious people who just package junk and sell to the general public. That is why its essential that NAFDAC and Ministry of Health buckle up and arrest and prosecute anyone caught producing substandard items for Nigerian consumption.
RomanceRe: The Real Things Women Want From Men Aside Money by samparian(m): 7:17am On May 29, 2009
Different strokes for different folks grin

The poster asked a question and i've read to posts here and seen some boys talking trash. I wont call you men, because a man listens first and knows when to speak.

we were meant to listen to the views of the ladies, not to yarn trash about what we think they want.
What Nkechi wants is different from what Aisha wants, and so it goes with every other lady out there.
Its like asking us Guys what we want from Ladies apart from sex, our views will differ.

Ladies, please talk to us. we aint mind readers
HealthRe: Is There A Cure For Dandruff? by samparian(m): 3:50am On May 29, 2009
just shampoo your hair regulary and keep a low cut if you're a guy.

i used to have dandruff till i started shapooing my hair thrice a week and i get a hair cut every two weeks.

ThiefOfHearts:
doesnt take long to boil water
True, but it takes long for the watre to cool afetr filtration grin

anyone who can afford to budget almost 2 million naira to start a standard prodcution facility MUST produce good quality satchet water

HealthRe: How Pure Is Pure Water? by samparian(m): 12:46am On May 29, 2009
Theblessed:
As pure as my bath water, ok! Don't bother with them! Just if you can boil all your drinking waters and save them in the fridge if you have one and if you don't have any, still save them in bottles and leave in a cooler place when you need them. Even in the Uk they aren't as clean as claimed. There was a Hoooooohaaaah here not so long ago (3yrs ago) when investigative journalism (Panorama) exposed the flaws in all bottled waters imported from abroad including British ones. As for Nigerian pure water, pleeeeaaaassseee!!!!!!!!! Unless if you want a bit of diahorrea or cholera - take a pick!!!!!

Vote with your feet, stop buying them! This would put them out of business, for good. Why pity somebody who doesn't care about your health and wellbeing!
Please people, use your brains and stop falling for brand names and fashion as doing so will not only harm you but increase the bank account of these crooks. Please, put them out of business for good.
I admit that there are many crooks who use impulse sealer to "hand" produce satchet water from untreated taps. I've seen that with my own eyes and i truelly wept.
the fact remains that there are a few good ones out there and i believe anyone who sets out for producing satchet water with the automotive machine can very well treat his water water because to buy all these equipments cost big money.
How many Nigerians can afford to buy bottled water on daily basis? How many Nigerians have the time to boil and sift out their drinking water daily?
NAFDAC should sit up and do their job very well.
