Siena, Thanks. good one Bro. I have an issue with a 95/96 camry shock absorber, when i bought the car few months ago from US, the mechanic suggested i change all the shock absorbers. Since then i have been having issues, when i am speeding and run into a depression on the road followed by a sharp rise I hear and feel a loud bang noise around the shock absorber area as if the car body is hitting the ground but later people told me that its the shocks hitting the body of the car. Do you have any suggestion?

My opinion - It aint bad to travel out to search for greener pasture; even God asked Abraham to leave his homeland for a foreign promise land but when you do make that journey ensure it's God telling you to do so (God won't ask you to cut corners or cheat to travel out). Nigeria has its advantages and disadvantages; one man's meat is another man's poison. I just don't see why people should abscond in a foreign land, those are the people that have most problems. There are various ways to go legally, chose one of the legal ways and it shall be well with you. My older siblings grew up in Nigeria but they are British citizens, after their education here they travelled to UK, they were determined not to do the menial jobs so they applied through this Employment Bureau in UK, they got good jobs, they have both risen through the ranks now and living well with their families. I am not a British citizen, i live and work in Nigeria but as at now i can rate equally with my older siblings welfare wise. They respect me when i say i'm coming to UK because they know i come to spend money and not become a nuisance. My advice ; don't travel anywhere illegally because that would be the beginning of your problems but if you must travel do it through the right way its gonna be a blessing for you. Above all, after all the sojourn there is no where like home.

Thank you switchmax8, as i said in an earlier post, DV lottery do send mail but they wont ask you to pay anything via mail or western Union. A friend won and they sent him a mail, i thought it was scam but later they sent him all other documentary hardcopies. You would have gone a bit far in the application before they ask you for Visa Processing Fee. Be wise!

If you win a DV lottery, you would definitly get an e-mail notification, so don't get it twisted. The only way you know is there is always a US contact Number, call and you shall know them by their voice. Trust me if you are not greedy you would know a scam, like the guy that didn't apply but won a DV. These Scammers are mostly non intelligent people, our greed most times blind us to the hand writing on the wall.

I have no confidence in the Jonathan's candidacy because he represents Obasanjo and the PDP's Do or Die politics!!! Lastly, if Tunde Bakare does not win; it won't be a big deal because Gani Fawehinmi also contested in this country and Nigerians did not Vote for him. I so much believe the woman owns the marriage depicted by her right as the legal custodian of the marriage certificate and also as it is written on the wedding invitation “Woman WEDS Man“. Therefore; by implication the women decide consciously or unconsciously the duration of the union moreso don’t complain about a divorce, you've only chosen to “un-WED or Liberate” yourself.

The Western Culture which champions the so called “conjugal liberation” have diminutive or no provision for this same sentiments Africans hold about the institution called marriage, what paradigm we have if most marital liberation laws and ideologies originate from the US albeit their rate of divorce remain unprecedented.
Divorce was a rare occurrence then in the African culture but with the influx of our new believes; the monster is gradually rearing its ugly head all over. Instead of engaging in sanctimonious marathon prayers concerning your marriage why don’t you simply check and amend your ways, like a Yoruba adage says - “Obinrin so iwa nu, o ni owun ko lori oko”(The woman blames ill luck for her marital failure rather than her bad attitude).
