In the buildup of the PDP presidential primaries, all the aspirants did their best to win the election.

Before this time, Tambuwal was a very good friend to Wike. He was one person from the North that Wike could count on because of their closeness long before the party's presidential primaries. The Rivers state governor had hopes that his very good friend would be the last to betray him, but at last, the man did.

As a human being, Wike had done his best and with high hopes to secure the party's ticket and fly it's flag in the 2023 presidential election but due to Tambuwal's last minute change of mind to support Atiku, Wike lost the election. The election wasn't fair.

During the party's presidential primary election, Tambuwal boldly stepped down for Atiku and that made Atiku won the election. He betrayed Wike in a broad daylight. It was a win for Atiku as well as the North. The South lost it in the PDP and may lose it again in 2023.

It would've been an all South show after a Northerner had held the office of the president for eight years. Such an idea having only Southern candidates contesting for the office of the president of Nigeria would've being the best for the country after the North had their turn.

As much as we preach competence, we must also preach equity. Equity is the quality of being fair and impartial. Right now, the PDP isn't fair to Wike. Even the North isn't fair to the South. Tambuwal betrayed not just Wike but the entire South.

At the end of the day, Atiku had emerged the PDP flag bearer, but Wike was clearly shocked and somewhat confused. It's important to note that before the presidential primaries of the PDP, Wike had said he'd support whoever emerge the presidential candidate of the party. Sadly, the PDP presidential primaries was marred with irregularities. Hence, the Rivers state governor reneged on his word and he was right.

Today, we are all vilifying the man because he is seen thwarting the effort of his party to win the 2023 presidential election. As long as it seem like his actions are wrong against his party, we should also be empathetic. Judging without empathy isn't being a human.

It's very clear that Atiku conspired with his Northern brother to betray Wike as well as the party. Right now, Wike isn't satisfied with the PDP and he can choose to express his dissatisfaction in whatever form. And as long as we can't give the man justice, let's leave him alone.

It doesn't matter if he loses relevance after the 2023 elections. At least, he is not a coward. He's outspoken. He's fighting back. And that's all that matter right now. Tambuwal did. Atiku did. Well, it's Wike's time. Everybody and everything always have their time under the sun.

Above all, Wike is the face of justice for the entire South. Don't see the man as fighting for himself alone. Consider the South as well. This ought to be an all South event. The North had their time, this is our time. See beyond party but the survival of the South, especially as the region is being ravaged by fulani herdsmen.

At this time, instead of condemning the man, you should support him. The South can't bear another Northern presidency or its proxy.

And that's exactly why it's not a problem. Throughout history, Africans never have problem with hairdo before the arrival of both the westerns and arabs. For example in yoruba history, there're a lot of significant Yoruba legend that either had braids or dreadlocks and they were not treated as misfits or outcast because it's seen as normal. Crap. We're in Africa, having different physical features from the colonial masters that brought you the religion you hold so there. This issue has been eating me up for so long and i don't know what to do. My mother began pressurizing me to rent my own house and leave her alone.
