Omodua: Do you blame them when Government cares less for them? Government has failed to provide employment for the teeming youths. Hence the rituals-for-money madness.
Government's failure to provide jobs isn't enough reason to engage in unwholesome practices to make money. No government was created for the success or failure of anyone. We all choose to live the kind of life that we want.
When it comes to success, I always have one belief that every big thing starts small. The white-collar jobs may not be there, but you can start small and be patience on yourself to grow while giving your hustle all the attention it requires.
Righteousness2: You are right! So many like you may not understand! Only very few folks , who are awake to what is happening here on earth can relate. Majority of the people are asleep and do not have idea of what is being prepared by the foot soldiers of the Lawless one .
When last did you reach out to the needy with your substances?
Everyday, you come here to spread fear.
Are you even sure of your own salvation? You think it's by preaching and coercing people to accept Christ?
ArchiLimited: I admire Ben Affleck's tenacity. Being in the backup plan for 20 years, and finally be rewarded with the main cookie for his patience. Apparently, the patient dog eats the fat bone that others have finished sucking the marrow from.
Why talking sh!t about something that's always fresh and feels the same?
The prolonged strike is causing more harm than good. ASUU should let go of whatever good they feel they want the FG to do in the tertiary educational sector and just manage the system the way it is. Let's go back to the classroom. After all, most courses in Nigeria universities are useless in Nigeria.
budaatum: He is Obidient but too afraid to admit it.
You are very correct.
The point is that some people don't usually understand when others speak codedly. That guy is directly re-echoing the Obidient movement but some people don't get it.
Failure44: That woman has tried, she'll enjoy the fruit of her labour. That man has made her suffer, I have still have memories of when I was 10-12 in primary 5. How that man would fight with her to the extent blood would be on the wall . How would fight with her naked, threatening to shoot us and kill my brothers in our sleep.
My childhood memories aren't good at all I'll make sure I take her abroad, The hatred I have for that man and the zeal to make that woman enjoy is what pushes me.
Let me tell you young lad, you can never succeed with unforgiveness deep buried in you. You'll only end up as a bitter soul and you'll entend it to others. Forgive your dad and pray for him. Make peace and be happy with him. Hating him won't change your but the loving him regardless of how he's treated you guys can.
blockgeek69: They confessed or they forced them to confess?
They want to use this to paint Obi black and deter the Notherners from voting for him. Watch how they're going to drag this case till election. They shall fail. Is it today that man was killed?
While listening to Bola Tinubu's acceptance speech after he won the APC Primary election, some things struck others, some things struck me and the Calabar seaport is one of the things that struck me. I am shocked a lot of people did not pick anything from it as this is not the first time he would speak about it.
I won't vote Tinubu because of Calabar seaport. I don't understand how someone that's gaining from your problem would want to fix that problem.
You think Tinubu isn't gaining from the huge revenue and congestion created by Lagos ports they only allow to work in Nigeria?
If you believe Tinubu can fix Calabar port then you can believe in any lies.
The only way the North can have an effect on Obi is if the NNPP man steps down for Atiku else the North would be divided between APC, PDP, and NNPP and then Obi would emerge after tapping small from there with the South as his stronghold.
Romanoff: What about those that family planning failed them?
Condom hardly fails. Generally, the rate of contraceptive failure is very low. You can't say contraceptive failure is responsible for most families having so many children.
Purple2003: Good advice, I should have done this a month or two ago. But now I feel it's too late because I know the elders will most likely tell me to exercise patience coz they'll be trying to avoid any court drama..... and I don't have more time
Forget about the money. Count it a lost investment and move on. Take it as a lesson. The rule of borrowing is to give out what you can let go.
waziri4biz: This is the problem.... Nigerian youths ignore political reality and expect Obi to win presidency without a strong northern vote capacity
I don't see any problem. Or do you want PO to go kneel for him? No! The man said he can't be a VP so WTF do you want me to say? Obi should look elsewhere abeg.
Everlastingson: This is the normal mentality a human being should have. But unfortunately, many are foolish and wicked. Someone on this thread said he will vote for Tinubu even if he is bad coz Tinubu is a fellow Yoruba man. How foolish! You vote based on quality of the candidate, not tribe. Every one knows that Obi is the best candidate presently. But many people can't think. What Northerners are suffering under Buhari administeration they've not suffered before. But some still want to vote based on tribe and religion.
Don't mind them. Let them go ahead and vote for Tinubu. They'll still be the ones coming online to beg for money to eat. I'm extremely grateful to God for helping to grow above the hand-to-mouth life the terrible successive governments of Nigeria have subjected her people to.
KGD10: They need to begin their structures at state level first. I remembered Tinubu back then. The whole of South West states at that time were already ACN as well as Edo and some part of North Central.
The point is that I don't really believe in election in Nigeria because it's usually largely rigged. And that's why the issue of structure appears to be a thing else it wouldn't.
The whole thing about the structure thing is who's going to protect your votes or rigged for you. In the absence of these factors, structure wouldn't have mattered.
Obi came and people are fast buying into his brand and he doesn't necessarily need a structure to win. But that's just ideally. What I'm saying in essence is that in the absence of fraud, Obi can win. All he needs right now is just to go out there and campaign for votes. Sadly, other parties, especially the APC are sharks. They may not allow his votes to fly.
bryning899: And Obi is good Politician in the both North and South, see sentiment
This is just Obi's first attempt. Most likely, he won't make it. But I think it's better for him to test his popularity alone and know how to strategize next time. Same for Kwankwaso. Let them test their popularity.
However, I strongly believes Obi would get more votes than Kwankwaso nationwide. Forget about the makebelief cult-following of Kwankwaso. It's only in his state.
Dear Okowa, everybody knows you are Igbo, only the fools think otherwise because of crude oil, but the issue is, Igbos won't vote for you and Atiku just because Atiku chose you an Igbo man as VP. Igbos don't play tribal politics like Yorubas and maybe Hausa-Fulanis.
In 2003, Ikemba Ojukwu the face of Biafra contested for President against Obasanjo, Igbos didn't vote for Ikemba, they rather voted massively for Obasanjo a Yoruba man.
Also in the same 2003, Buhari picked Chuba Okadigbo an eminent Igbo son as VP and Igbos rejected them also and instead voted for Obasanjo a Yoruba man.
Igbos supported Atiku/Obi in 2019 because Igbos believed in Obi and also saw Atiku as a detribalised man who is not a religious bigot like Buhari, not just because Atiku picked Obi as VP.
Igbo youths are queuing behind Peter Obi now not because Obi is Igbo but because they see quality, a high level of honesty and accountability in Peter Obi more than others. Only Prof Yemi Osinbajo could have divided Igbo votes with Peter Obi in 2023 but unfortunately APC chose the wrong person to fly their ticket.
You are very objective.
That's why I usually tell people that the reason I'm supporting Obi is not because he is Igbo but because he's the best among the three top guys.
I'm a South Southerner and that doesn't mean much to me when it comes to supporting a presidential aspirant of Nigeria.
In 2015, I supported Buhari because the PDP government was very corrupt and wicked. We thought Buhari would help but he failed massively. In 2019, I shifted my support to Atiku because he was better than Buhari.
Today, we have a choice to choose between PO, AA, and BAT and there's no way I can support BAT or AA and ignore PO when he's far better than them.
I don't do tribal politics because it doesn't make sense to me.
Anyone that feels PO isn't a good choice for Nigeria at this time doesn't deserve a better life. It's very clear that BAT/AA is going to be another Buhari presidency.
May God help Nigeria because the forces of evil against her seem to be greater than the forces of good.
TooNoisy: We are in the political season again and there has been lots of conversations about betrayals. However, one Interesting betrayal that I see is between Atiku and Peter Obi.
First of all, Peter Obi betrayed Ojukwu. Obi was little known before Ojukwu offered him the platform of APGA to run on. The moment Obi finished his 8 years, he ported to PDP less than one year later. Ojukwu's son publicly accused Obi of betrayal.
Obi then gets to PDP and is very fortunate that Atiku picks him as running mate in 2019. There were 3 PDP governors at the time and they were first time governors who were focused on 2nd term. So Peter Obi was chosen. Peter Obi suddenly moved from Anambra boy to national name.
Then 2022, Peter Obi decides to run against Atiku. In fareness, he knew he couldn't win but wanted to get Atiku's attention for VP. But when it was obvious no governor was with him and he was going to be disgraced, he ported to Labour Party.
In fareness, he Hs never publicly attacked Atiku. Infact, he openly congratulated Atiku when Atiku got the ticket, and even called Atiku his leader and his elder brother. Atiku has not congratulated him though.
To me, Peter Obi has betrayed Atiku just like he betrayed Ojukwu. And now, all he is doing now is to cannibalise Atiku's votes in the South East. He is just being a spoiler.

You are an idiot and talking nonsense. Short and simple!
Mickykarim: May be this David Hundeyin need to direct his energy on answering the TAX EVASION SCHEME allegation. Since he has taken it upon himself to defend Peter Obi who has been exposed and not by Tinubu.
If someone informed us about Peter Obi's dirty linen. What has that got to do with Tinubu?
THE OBSESSIONS WITH THE TINUBU PHENOMENON HAS CONTNUED TO CATAPAULT HIM TO DIFFERENT NEW HEIGHTS AT DIFFERENT TIMES. HE CONTINUES TO SOAR.
Whilst detractors and HATEFUL sleeves continue to develop vein bursting high blood pressures.
YOU PERSISTED IN FAILING TO PULL A MAN DOWN, WHICH PROPELS HIM TO PROGRESS AND YET, WOULD NOT YEILD UNTIL YOU GO OVER THE CLIFF.
For what I know, most discussions about Tinubu has been in the negative while it has been on the contrary for Peter Obi. Even his own tribesmen don't quite buy into his ambition. You know this as well.
