Kelechi009:Tinubu is undoubtedly influential but as a political godfather. His influenced started waning the moment he threw his hat in the ring to contest for the seat of the president. Unfortunately, the political godfather and kingmaker wants to be a king and that puts him at the mercy of others. First among the list is Aregbesola, his one-time most trusted ally. |
yetunsbay:You are ruling out the Aregbesola factor here. Man is so bent on messing up Tinubu so bad and this guber loss for Tinubu is only one of them. With Tinubu's reckless utterances over the years in Osun, some of which are being echoed by the electorates recently, EscoBAT will definitely have it rough in Osun in 2023. |
The implication of APC losing Osun State at this crucial time is just beautiful! It means the state will most likely swing in the direction of PDP in the 2023 elections, further reducing EscoBAT's power in the SW. Beautiful. |
Klass99:Lol. I agree with you but the way it works is pretty much simple. She needs someone who will not bail her out when she is cash strapped. That way, she'll learn. I have some unmarried female friends who are okay today and broke tomorrow. Whether or not they buy their needs or wants, that pattern has financial indiscipline written all over it, regardless of the bills they have to settle monthly. She just needs to be in a situation where her man or parents wouldn't be able to help her and that would be the step to her turnaround journey. A man would know better not to entrust money with her type, which is understandable. She doesn't exactly understand the value of money yet because she probably doesn't sweat much to get it. The moment she struggles to get N20,000. Believe me, she won't spend it the way one would do "free money". |
majorbravo:Sweet! Congratulations, chief! ![]() |
maikbanj:I doubt it is a reg flag. She has problems with managing finances and setting her priorities right when money is involved and that's probably because she believes she has places to look when things go South. If you are financially disciplined, then I believe it can work between you guys. You bailed her out before, meaning you denied her the opportunity to learn from her flaw. However, it is important to understand these "personal needs" that she spends on. Are they really NEEDS or just WANTS? If you have a clearer picture of that, you should be able to understand and predict her person. In the end, you will live with her, not any of the persons giving you emotional advises online. If you believe you can cope or work on this aspect of her without overestimating your strength, then by all means proceed. She might break away from the habit with time but do not expect it to be instantaneous. There is no perfect person out there. What matters is whether you can tolerate and live with their imperfections. If you can, by all means proceed. |
See 'sponsored article'. They couldn't even hide the fact that this is a reputation management article. LMAO! |
Match fixing. He kept it out on purpose. The ball was kicked with the tip of his boot. It is so obvious. I am guessing they made a bet on him to lose a goal and probably let him in on the deal. NO ONE MISSES THAT, NOT EVEN AYEFELE. |
AbelAbdul:This is so true. It's a big issue here in the US as well. Used cars are terribly expensive. I spent over two weeks reading, studying and calling dealerships in order to buy around $8,000. I ended up buying one for $22,000. Used cars, mostly sedans are terribly expensive. According to information available, their prices won't fall until next year. To be honest, it is not exactly a good period to buy a car, particularly used one. |
yomi961:Religious freedom shouldn't give you room to be a nuisance to others. If your goal is to evangelise and you carry a speaker and microphone to rob people of their sleep and peace of mind, then you are better off not preaching at all. |
This piece is light, shallow and surprisingly projecting what anyone with good memory of Nigerian events ought to know about Kwankwaso. When there was an ethnic clash in Ile Ife years back as a result of Hausa folks attacking a supposed pregnant Yoruba woman around Sabo (in Ife). Yorubas around tried to retaliate but got a few of them got killed by the Hausa folks. It angered others that they stormed Sabo and burnt some Hausa wares and the Hausa guys were arrested. But guess who flew all the way from Kano to Osun State to demand the release of the Hausa guys even after killing taking lives? Guess who demanded the arrest of the Yoruba folks who retaliated by burning goods of the Hausa folks who killed their kinsmen? Guess who did the same when fight broke out in Mile 12 markets some years ago as well. I'd rather Peter Obi losses with dignity than peer up with Kwankwaso. He has always been a bigot and has never hidden it. |
angelEmade:I personally don't have issues with his pricing. It's all about value and since there is no general market rate, the industry is pretty much flexible in terms of that. No doubt, the website requires a proper rejig but it tells a lot about the business and what they offer when there is only one face and leadership. If he claims to be an agency with tentacles in the digital marketing industry, there are needed details in convincing potential clients that he is truly out for business. "How long has this agency been operating as a digital marketing agency?", "What is the wealth of experience of its staff?", "What are their case studies and how did they get the desired results with previous clients?", "What are their clients saying about this business?". These are likely questions and more are what will likely pop up in the minds of a potential client and strangely, FAQs or answers to that are missing on the website. He is not ready, and he is obviously not out for business, if you ask me. |
VAPatrick:Now I know you are a clown. This is Belay's team: https://belaysolutions.com/our-company/ There would be no reason to include a team portfolio if their focus is purely on VA. No one needs to know the people behind a virtual assistant so long there are testimonials and reviews. It becomes a thing the moment you offer multiple services and delve into digital marketing. What's interesting is that they spot their leadership instead of those who do the work which boosts their credibility and profile even more. For digital marketing agencies, you either have CASE STUDIES of your previous SEM projects or a compelling video of customer testimonials. This same reason is why a "medical doctor" in Nigeria can confidently go on social media, talk about NUTRITION today, PREGNANCY & PARENTING tomorrow, CANCER next week Friday and then PARENTING & PSYCHOLOGY in two weeks time. If you are going to compare your "agency" with other well-established brands, at least copy them totally. Let me assume you paid for this. It would be unfair to your business. All the best. |
VAPatrick:So where is the profile of your TEAM and their portfolio on the website? Let me guess, you intend taking jobs and outsourcing them, really? I am not knocking your business and hustle but AN AGENCY will have the profile of its members, what they do cum handle and detail their skills and experience. The only face I see scattered everywhere is yours. I know a ruse when I see one. |
Someone with zero web development skills and always looking for help in fixing issues in his own website is offering website design services and SEM. This is one of the problems with Nigeria. |
DOTian:I will tell you this and get banned but it doesn't matter; IT SHALL NOT BE WELL WITH YOU AND EVERYTHING YOU RESPRESENT. YOU CAN'T SPONSOR SOMEONE ABROAD TO HARVEST THEIR PARTS IF YOU DIDN'T CHECK FOR COMPATIBILITY. In medicine, it is not done. The boy was asked his age some minutes before the procedure and he told the truth. Ekweremadu and his family didn't think that would happen, else they would have groomed him to stick to the age on his passport. If the senator wanted to do it legitimately, he would have sought an adult, one just about 20 or 21. Homeless children are like needles without threads and it was quire certain that Ekweremadu wanted someone who wouldn't make much noise. He couldn't look within his family, it didn't get to the news that he was looking for a donor for his daughter until he was caught trafficking a minor just to harvest his organs. Again, I say it shall not be well with you. |
Fearyourcreator:You are only blabbering here, nothing more. |
Thanos5555:A woman should support the family not by asking her to own a stake in her business. That is not the way to ask her to support. 2. the only thing a woman should contribute in a home is vagina. Most men of this generation have no shame. I understand the Nigerian economy is tough but banking on a woman's business is all the signs you need to know that a man isn't financially stable to get married. you may say it a lie, but read the story again, the guy says he wants to invest into her business, so that he will resign and during that space of time, that he is setting up his business, as a family, her incone will sustain the family. If he had half the shame, he wouldn't have brought that up. Why not use the same money in setting up a small business? Why must it be in her business? Why suggest a joint account? I guess you are one of the lazy men who expect women to feed them in marriage? Such a shame. |
Fearyourcreator:You can't make such ridiculous proposal to have a stake in an already running business. If he was setting her up to start the business, say from the beginning, then he can actually put up the proposal. She doesn't look like she needs help but he is offering to buy get her some things and expect to own a stake of her business. Giving her the money on loan is better than the embarrassing proposal. Divorce isn't a thing I consider and wouldn't want to dwell on that. Plus, you can make a woman sign a prenup before anything. |
Adeleketoyin:That's him indirectly requesting a stake in your business and taking out money when he needs it. It is better to reject it outrightly. If he can't support you without partnering with you, then it can only mean the help he wants to render is expected to be paid back through owning a stake in your business. If he wants to walk after that, just know he isn't your peace of mind. |
Amber should let Johnny be and move on with her life. Her lies destroyed a good man for six years, he got taken off from Fantastic Beasts, got knocked off Pirates of the Caribbean and got denied of movie deals. The jury found her guilty of all three counts against Depp and believed she defamed him. And worse, she planned to destroy him from the beginning. Since the trial, Depp has said nothing but Amber and her attorney keep doing media rounds and sticking to the same script. She lost, she can't even pay the awarded fees and she is setting herself up for another round of defamation. Everyone was always wrong but her. She is a narcissist with BPD and histrionic disorder. She likes attention and loves to make everything about her. She should be grateful Depp only sued on grounds of defamation. She cheated with Elon Musk and Franco while with Depp. Took several men to his penthouses including Elon and Franco but the man's crime was that he was a good man who only wanted to leave a woman who constantly abused him physically. Not like she has always been a good actress anyways. It is unusual for abusers to be given this sort of attention. But of course she is a woman and the narrative would have been different if she was a man. Amber Turd should move on. |
How can you be a religious head and harbour malice in this manner? Just because you wanted him to donate, not towards a church project but for Bazaar. And worse, since 2018! This was the same way he tackled Obi as Atiku's Vice at the time. This level of witchcraft has got to be legendary. This entitlement to someone else's money is just unbelievable. |
