Despite being a military head of government,Abacha allowed freedom of expression,had a clear economic blueprint and started the liberalization of many sectors. He was corrupt,yes,but even his corruption cannot be compared to the daylight robbery that is now taking place. What economic idea does Buhari have,zero,nilch! Rubbish. How many danfo driver's has he arrested since he started this eye service. There is no route in the entire lagos and hour of the day,you wouldn't find yellow bus and/or other commercial drivers plying one way. But lastma and this eyeservice man will turn a blind eye,but once it's a private car,they suddenly have telescopic vision and go after the person as if their salary and life depends on it. 1 Like |

Angelfrost:I became very suspicious of him when mancity was thrashed in one champions league match he took charge of when Guardiola was suspended,about 2 years ago. For someone they claimed was the brain behind mancity's performances,a single game he took charge and immediately lost was very suspicious. Ostracizing ozil,even if he has his own shortfalls,was another red flag. Now check Arsenal's stye of play since he took over,laboured, uninspiring,and yet not winning games. I am not saying he is a terrible coach,or that Emery should be brought back,but arsenal should do better than arteta if they still want to be regarded as a big club and vie for trophies. One can imagine how he must have been the envy of his peers and fellow corpers when they knew he had a first class degree. In saner climes,he would have been automatically retained by the university and his post graduate training fully sponsored by the university till his pH.D then automatically employed by the university to lecture. See the way they craftily added October 19th so as not to make it pretty obvious they are specifically asking people to come identify the corpses of the lekki massacre of October 20th. Now that cnn and the international press have given it world attention,I am sure pressure groups and persistent social media pressure would force the Biden administration when sworn in,to take drastic measures against the perpetrators and government,and when the us government sanctions a government,other allies would definitely follow suite. There should not be peace for the wicked and even less so for the devilish government ruling Nigeria now. People that are downplaying this incident don't even understand the enormity and seriousness of the crime that took place on 20th:it's even worse than a war crime because innocent civilians were murdered in cold blood in a peaceful March for God's sake!
