They were all sitting cozy in their executive offices in their various states when APC carried out the worst rigging ever seen in any rerun election in Nigeria.
I continue saying it,Wike,Fayose,Saraki,Okowa etc,are not really interested in PDP party per se, just after their own selfish interests.
I won't be surprised if in the future its revealed that the likes of Wike and other present day PDP chieftains and governors plotted against APC in Ekiti and Adeleke in Osun after bargaining with APC behind their own party candidates.
He may not emerge the PDP candidate eventually,but the only person in PDP I truly trust and believe in his ability and capacity is Atiku.
Despite his controversial past,he for me,is the relatively most principled of them all and the one most capable,for me,of defeating Buhari.
Wike seems to be against his candidature and I have the feeling,that refuses to go,that its because,despite all his public posture and noise making,Wike has been working subtly for APC to scuttle PDP candidates in recent elections and any formidable candidate it may present,after some sort of arrangement.
I hope I am wrong,but Wike and Okowa are the least trusted of the PDP governors and power brokers,for me.

After the tantrums of yesterday and then official endorsement of Sanwo Olu,the Ambode situation may turn out to be a tricky one and the literary "bone in the throat situation",for the APC.
Here is a governor,rejected for a second term and very angry and going nuts about the decision,who still has 8months to serve as the executive governor.
From the press conference of yesterday,its clear Ambode has the character of one who is so angry and boiling that he is ready to do anything to throw as many people down the bus with him,as his executive powers will allow.
The option for APC now is to look at the option of impeaching him because his next move and the damage effect maybe unpredictable.
Impeaching him however,also has an unpredictable outcome.
APC is in a quagmire here and a tricky few months ahead of it in Lagos state.

Lagos,either way is about to have a governor with a mentally challenged history by 2019.

A policeman tells u the area you are trying to short circuit through is a no go area for unauthorized vehicles,for security reasons,being a bank.

If the police hierarchy should take up this case,I wish that man should be charged to court for attempting to pass a restricted zone and unapproved posting of the photograph of a security officer in the internet.

Its hard because I sometimes wonder if my type are the ones that are "delusional" because we are witnessing events in another country,not the present day nigeria.
I am "giving up" to the extent that I have steeled my mind to accept that the the status quo will be returned in 2019 election and the worst awaits us thereof.

Its painful to say this and I ask for God's forgiveness but a country that decides buhari is an option in any election again after his unrivalled failure,deserves whatever it gets.
For God's sake Jonathan was voted out because of corruption and insecurity.

The point the op is trying to make,which I totally agree with is that the so called PDP executive leadership left the most important item on their table,defending and frontally taking on APC in the rerun,and where more concerned on where their doomed presidential primaries would hold.
It was obvious APC would use all foul means to win the rerun because their leadership,executive,past and present governors,many of who have shady,criminal backgrounds,have won elections by rigging and gangsterism and have perfected same over the years.
Taking Osun by whatever means in that rerun would have given PDP more leverage than a combination of all their presidential candidates vying together can,but they bungled the opportunity big time.

The likes of Wike,Fayose,Kwankwaso,etc are in PDP not because they really identify with the party but because the door has been closed to them by people who are in struggle and have outmuscled them for political influence in APC.
For all they care APC may win so long as they are also guaranteed some influence or immunity from any kind of anticipated prosecution.

I adviced PDP to go to court to obtain an exparte ruling stopping INEC from conducting the rerun,they were sleeping and more concerned with where their primaries would hold so that one person can play godfather.
Once INEC announces this rerun result and declares the APC candidate winner,its over for PDP.
The same way APC rigged the rerun and intimidated voters is the same way they would blackmail and intimidate the judges.
Ekiti with Fayose's clowning,instead of strategizing and Osun have shown that the PDP is still filled with elderly men with poor grasp of the jungle and commando nature that is still Nigeria politics.

This is what I am speculating is the plan:
when results from other units starts trickling in and APC gets the feeler its winning,it then instructs the security agencies to allow voters and observers access to polling units here.
If its also getting feelers of losing,the disruption is sustained to cause another rerun and give it a third chance of overturning PDP.
