Nagging him will only drive him further away and make him wonder whether you are a girlfriend worth having.
You need to give him a good reason to spend time with you other than a desire to avoid your nagging.
Nairaland General › Errands You'd Like Someone Else To Run For You? by Seun(mod): 2:58pm On May 03, 2007
Hello there,

Are there any specific errands you find tiresome, and wish someone else would do for you? Assuming that person is trustworthy, courteous and doesn't demand too much money in exchange? Please list them for me.

Here is my own list of errands I'd be happy to outsource to a third party:
- Cooking and serving me a delicious meal with pineapple juice or ice cream 3 times a day.
- Cleaning my room without complaining about how untidy it happens to be all the time.
- Going to computer village Ikeja or Alaba market to buy items for me at the best prices.
- Connecting me to the best technicians close to my area for various petty jobs I may have.

What about you? Are there any petty jobs you would love someone to take off your hands? Tell us!

Thanks a million.

You guys are forgetting one tiny little detail. Many Nigerians don't eat salad!! That is the primary thing that counts!
Politics › Re: Yet Again, foreign Oil Workers Seized In Warri. Is this Right Or Wrong? by Seun(mod): 1:34pm On May 03, 2007
This is so confusing. How is Ireland similar to Nigeria if "they never acted in violence against oil workers"? huh
Politics › Re: How To Rig Elections Succesfully: The PDP Formula by Seun(mod): 1:33pm On May 03, 2007
I thought you were going to add to the debate by describing the "PDP rigging formular"
You've only succeeded in expressing your opinions, without any evidence to back them up.

Tell us about the other countries in which this act is prevalent and which do not take drastic measures against it.

What reason did she give for not introducing you to her family? Could it be that she doesn't want to marry you?
Technology Market › Re: Brand New Dell Laptops For Sale At Cheapest Price! by Seun(mod): 12:32pm On May 03, 2007
If the drive can write DVDs, then how come it's called a combo and not a DVD-RW drive? Please stop lying my friend.

Programming › Re: Efficient Training For A Career In Software Development by Seun(mod): 11:13am On May 03, 2007
Is software development really a viable career in Nigeria? I think system administration is what's really hot!

The big name in software engineering training seems to be NIIT, but really all you need is Google (and the Internet).

Why do you think European countries like France are lagging behind the US economically? Too much protectionism.

What do you mean by the phrase "CD/DVD-RW combo"? Are you implying that the laptop can write DVD-roms?
Politics › Re: Yar'adua - A Curse In Disguise by Seun(mod): 9:18pm On May 02, 2007
We are adults here, not children. The government is not our daddy. We can make decisions for ourselves, thanks.

Bad elements are also known as criminals. The solution is to treat these people as criminals and nothing more.

Buhahahahahaha. Are you serious? Not unless NITEL makes their SAT-3 bandwidth available!!!

I think you should consider sending your content via overnight courier on DVD-ROMS if it's not too time-sensitive.

Technology Market › Re: Brand New Laptops For Sale by Seun(mod): 5:37pm On May 02, 2007
You've got to give us the model numbers so we can do our online research.

For example, this ones:
COMPAQ HP, CELEROM M; 512 RAM,60G HDD,DVD/CD RW,WIRELESS LAN: N125K
COMPAQ HP, CELERON M; 512 RAM,80G HDD,DVD/CD RW,WIRELESS LAN: N130K
What is their exact model number? What is the exact processor speed? How new or fairly used is it?

Politics › Re: People Behind The Failure Of Obasanjo's Government by Seun(mod): 5:04pm On May 02, 2007
President Obasanjo's greatest achievements are as follows:
- He has been able to keep the over-ambitious elements in the Nigerian Army in check. No military rule.
- The EFCC has been able to touch some untouchable men, including governors and the former police chief.

President Obasanjo's greatest failures are as follows:
- Inability to keep kidnappers, robbers and and murderers in the Niger Delta under control.
- Failure to reform the justice system and police force for greater efficiency and less corruption.
- Failure to liberalize and privatize the power sector so that market forces can drive sustainable growth.

I cannot praise or blame the government for anything outside national security. That's the private sector's domain.

If women stop tolerating this nonsense, it will be easier to stamp it out. Raise your sons to respect women.
Politics › Re: People Behind The Failure Of Obasanjo's Government by Seun(mod): 3:57pm On May 02, 2007
The majority of Nigerians were perfectly satisfied with Obasanjo's government until he started his 3rd term nonsense.

Romance › Re: Why Do Men Run Away From Educated Women? by Seun(mod): 3:50pm On May 02, 2007
I have no problem with educated and intelligent women, as long as they apply their intelligence constructively.
So many "intelligent" Nigerians, both male and female, are a**holes and b*tches, sorry to say, and I despise them.
