Once upon a time, the military was also our judge, lawgiver, and governor. That's just the definition of dictatorship. |
If the kids are few in number, the attention required will be proportionately less, which is good. Kids require much more attention than they get, but spouses also do. One should not neglect any one. |
Oh please. Leave the prophet alone; his counterparts in the bible like Joshua and David were genocidal. |
Really? Are we talking about the same show? I guess I caught it at a wrong time; I'll give it another chance.UPDATE: I think I'm biased against all reality TV shows, including the best so far - Ultimate Search. |
Why not just post your best price and stick to it? The way we do busines in Nigeria is too time-consuming. |
Download 'astra32' (search google) and use it to find out the name of your sound card, then download the right driver. |
Jobs can be created through building the much needed refineries, manufacturing companies etc.Can the private sector not build refineries and manufacturing companies? This is not the role of government! |
If all the laws retraining the private sector are dissolved, the private sector will provide everything we need in an efficient manner. There'll be much less corruption corruption because if company A fails you, you'll just switch to company B or start your own business instead of merely complaining. Whenever it seems as a politician somewhere is actually creating jobs (rather than just promising) ask yourself how many jobs the private sector would have created if not restrained by laws created to back public monopolies like NITEL and NEPA! Any job the government seems to "create" is merely a job the government hesitated to destroy. |
Your children should be at home with you, learning all you know about life. It seems as if you don't have time for your children. You want the boarding house masters to do your parenting for you. How sad. |
1.8 million naira for a used car? How come? ![]() |
Sorry. You shouldn't have clicked on your own ads. You can re-apply later if you have a large site. Maybe. |
Hehe. Even Rita Dominic, for a date? |
Wow, I'm surprised that some people did not find it boring. Perhaps I caught it at a wrong time? I guess I've got to re-evaluate my review, but I wonder why they didn't show us all the things they said they did. @tianshie: why are you rooting for the big lady? Tell us about it. |
Yes. Beyonce is the standard of beauty in a celebrity. |
Perhaps she's looking for an excuse to dump you. Spare yourself the agony and dump her first. ![]() |
International studies? What is that? How exactly did you choose this major? *scratches head* |
And here are the more interesting Intern Show Ladies. Naturally, I want the hot hot babe to win. She looks so What do you think?
|
And now, it's time for what we've all been waiting for. The babes (girls, ladies, women)!
|
For obvious reasons, I have little to say about the male contestants. The Talkative Guy: He enjoyed the most screentime during this episode. Smart guy, probably. But dry. The Other Guys: They might as well not be on the show. Hehe.
|
The Male Moderator: His hair is the most entertaining thing about this show so far! ![]() The Female Moderator: Her hairstyle - sorry, her artificial hair - is second only to Bioye's own. Win! The Ogas: These people look rich enough to buy ten Nairalands with their daily breakfast money.
|
Here are some pictures from the show, accompanied by my comments. The Logo: Nothing special, but there's nothing wrong with it. The Contestants: Many of them are not particularly attractive. Not a big deal in a business show. The Boardroom: The most boring place on earth is a corporate board room. Bad choice!
|
I caught an episode of this show this afternoon. It was like watching a funeral home's routine board meeting in a dark and dusty basement of a deserted house in the middle of nowhere on a black and white TV set with eyes closed! It was that boring, and not surprisingly so. Entertainment and business are two different things. However, some of the blame lies in the hands of the lazy cinematographers hired to cover the Intern show. They were content to place the camera in a board room meeting filled intelligent but boring guys and girls talking about the various wonderful things they did while the camera-man was at home, sleeping. It lacks 'coverage'. Show, don't tell, is an old TV rule that this show urgently needs to act upon. Show us what they do outside that boring board-room. Show us the market-women they went out to meet. Show us the adventure. This show might be a great training ground for the contestants, but the episode I watched was not entertaining. The truth is that business is the most boring pursuit in the world - for those not making money from it. To make it interesting, you have to introduce dramatic elements that are not present in real life business. Ask Trump. Delivered with an Air Of SuperiorityTM. Catch the show on NTA/STV/DSTV every Friday, Saturday and Sundays between 8 and 9 p.m. |
@codec: abomination! Sasuke has the omnipotent sharingan, which is an advanced form of the Byagukan. Neji never impresed me one bit; he's just in the story to serve as a rival for Lee and Hinata. He's overhyped! ![]() |
Can you tell us more about your show? When will it be aired on TV? |
Shame on you. You want to donate what's not good enough for you to other ladies! ![]() |
It's a joke, guys. Read the guy's initial post once more. |
Moving to Crime section. It's such a pity that some bloodthirsty people feel the need to execute non-murderers. However, there is absolutely nothing we can do. Someone should have said something when the law was being made. |
Wow, there are soo many tennis lovers on the land. Keep it up, guys, I had no clue! |
