Ritual killings would not be happening if people didn’t believe that they actually work. Pastors are guilty of enabling this false belief.

If God owned Nairaland, he would not operate any account on Nairaland.

He would communicate the rules by sending anonymous messages to random members, the chosen.

The rules presented by each chosen member would contradict the rules presented by the others.

There would be no way of knowing which chosen member had the correct rules.

People would just choose to follow whichever rules the person who invited them to the forum happened to follow.

There would be brutal flame-wars between the people following different sets of rules.

For each set of rules given by the chosen members, there would be multiple interpretations by random members.

The interpreters would claim to have received anonymous clues from the owner which they used to interpret the rules.

Doesn't matter. We can clearly see the cows munching on plants on people's farms. Whoever owns the cows is a thief and should be arrested. If you can't find him, let the government "arrest" the cows and sell them in public auctions to the highest bidders. No additional laws are required.

I quite agree with you, but simply arresting and prosecuting any herdsman who grazes cows on someone's farm as a robber will also do the job.

Arrest them for armed robbery or theft, because that's what they are doing. Sell their cows to livestock farmers who grow their own pastures.
