DEMZEE: I believe women's top priorities in marriage are giving their good husband quality sex, quality food and quality submission.
Even if a man knows how to cook it will never replace the feeling women get wen they cook for their husbands
Marriage isn't a democracy Not entirely correct. A woman's top priority in marriage is keeping her kids well taken care of, building a legacy for her kids and then the good husband comes. Most of the time they are tired and stressed so they are happy to deliver AVERAGE sex, food and submission. From a woman, there is no heavenly feeling you get when you cook for your husband. if cooking is a hobby, whether you cook for your husband or mother or kids you will get the heavenly feeling. If it is a chore for you, no matter who you cook for, you will never have a heavenly feeling. |

No advice here, but In my personal experience I found that God is faithful to his word: if I abide in him, he will abide with him
For the first 6 months I gave my parents my tithe, God increased me. I continued to send funds to my parents but not tithe
Next 8 years I changed and started to give my tithe to the church, God increased me
The next 4 years, I changed and started to share it among strangers, orphans and widows according to Deuteronomy, God increased me
The next 3 years I stopped giving tithe all together, the increase was too much. God settled me without tithing.
Because he has cared for me as a father, I have fallen in love with him and now I have decided to continue tithing ( I will share to churches and strangers and orphans and widows and NGOs), no longer because its an obligation but because the care and blessing is a lot).
Thank you , dear Jesus for loving me with and without tithing. I will never forget. |

BusinessCity: People should read the Bible themselves and get to understand the intent of God's heart as well as the letter.
I believe no seed sown towards Kingdom growth is without Heavenly reward, however while I maintain this believe, I don't subscribe to first fruits paid annually.
If the first fruit is for a certain pastor, when does the parent who does the whole labor get the place of honour. Mind you hardly is there any pastor in the world world that will be there on a steady daily occasion and not give up on the child until maturity and success is attained.
I rest my case.
Give it to your parents God bless you. |

RisenPhoenix1: I saw it earlier, but didn't want to grace it with a response if not for your mention. I'm actually speechless as to how to advice him. The op is the author of all his misfortunes, yet he's wondering whether he married the right woman. A woman is how you train her. Let me write out an analogy and tell me how you will advice such a person. Here goes:
I bought a brand new Toyota Hilux, tear rubber on credit. I've still not been able to pay the seller and he keeps incessantly reminding me of my debt, even though he gave me a receipt in advance.
I don't like to check the water levels in my radiator, and sometimes when I do and there's no water, the tap is too far from my garage so I'll drive it without topping the water. Recently it started overheating, that was what first got me thinking.
Brake oil is too expensive, so I don't gauge the brake oil levels in my car. After two brake failures leading to accidents, I'm getting confused about what to do.
I forgot to put engine oil inside my car after I drained the sump, and my engine knocked. Now it's not even moving at all,and the cost is prohibitive.
All these incidents make me wonder whether Toyota Hilux is the right car for me at all. Please advise.
1,2,3...go. End of story. Thank you |

scoundrel: I know I’m wasting time and effort, but I’ll make this quick: Imagine how you enjoy watching the Premiere League? That’s how much enjoyment your cousin gains from Zeeworld. Imagine how much you enjoy posting comments on Nairaland? That’s how much enjoyment she gains from their programming. Imagine how much you enjoy betting on sports competitions? She feels the same. Imagine how much Nairalanders enjoy criticizing the government?
At the end of the day anything which someone enjoys, just replace the activity with Zeeworld and the individual with your cousin. I can delve deeper into the mechanics of the channel’s enjoyment. Time and time again I’ve learned not to bother. Finally, I understand. Valid point. I have five sisters and the six of us plus my mother couldn't figure out the joy of Zeeworld. Now you have explained. We couldn't figure out Zeeworld as well. Our viewing was either Discovery Channel or Fox news. I guess its different stokes for different folks |

What about the lady that know he was married and still decided to have sex with him. While the act is wrong. The man made a vow to be faithful to his wife. The side-chick is not vowed to anyone. Nonsense, fact ko, facktor ni! At least I showed a verifiable link showing that she is a woman of means. List one link showing she is a "failed" DJ or she is living in poverty or she is bankrupt. I tried to understand this, I couldn't.
A husband asks his wife: 'who should come for omugwo' and wifey said 'her mother'
Let's assume the husband wanted his mother to come over because he is the man/it is her right/or whatever:
Was the husband not supposed to state he wants his mother to come because of X, Y Z?
How can you ask your wife a question, she gives a 'wrong' answer and you start to fight and ruin things?
Does it make sense to you? Thank you. Why would a man want to set a "wrong answer" trap for his wife. She should not be in a hurry to have baby number 2 |

The people of Lagos state did not appoint or elect her to administer Lagos state or adjudicate laws in Lagos state, she need to stick to her roadside DJ duties or lying and peddling fake news. She is not a roadside DJ at all. There are few DJs in Nigeria that earn what she earns.

Failed DJ Actually she wasn't a failed Dj. She was doing quite well. See post below. Even is she was worth only a tenth of $800,000 which is $80,000 (N36,000,000). That is not a small figure. I await any superior argument or link showing how a DJ worth $80000 - $800000 can be termed as "failed"
