It's clearly stated in S32 (2), Police Act 2020 that the police doesn't have the power to arrest based on a civil wrong or breach of contract. People really need to understand this.

Let's assume I went into a contract with someone to supply them goods, LPO was issued with a payment date agreed.
The goods was supplied and the person failed to pay on the due date, after back and forth I realized that the person is a fraud cos he didn't have the funds in the first place to pay.

Will this still be regarded as a civil case that doesn't involve the police or should it will be treated as a criminal case?

Given the clearly visible gap on the floor, I believe this is definitely an expansion joint, but what I dont understand is why they should plaster up and paint the pillars all round. Why not use an elastic substance or even just leave the gap open?

With a little expansion over time, the partition on the pillars now clearly look like cracks and you cant blame anyone for being worried.

and another tip is that, why you go and buy new sim, i dont know much about glo but i am very very sure about mtn and airtel

ensure the number you pick has not been used by any one before for instance if you are still seeing a sim pack of 0803 0806 0703 0706 they have all be used and re used by someone before, may be they have even died or lost their phone or it got stolen, if you pit the new sim in your phone you will be seeing their alert all the time on your phone so its adviseable to buy the lastest numbers that hasnt been used by any one, like 0913 0903 etc
for airtel 0901 0907 etc
