A good leader should tolerate criticism (Not expect hate speech). These are 2 different things.
I don't support this bill because it is not well defined hence can be misused. However, I agree that hate speech needs to be checked. The role hate speech played leading to Rwanda Civil war is still fresh in our memories. Also hate speech and fake news helped to fuel the Nigerian civil war and many other crimes against humanity.
