Bank credit/deposit in each state may be used as an indicator of the level of activity and well being of operators (households and businesses) in a particular state as it shows what residents are borrowing and the amount deposit in banks
OK......
The OP should have explained what his balance meant.......the total amount withdrawn from banks by residents in each state over a specified period of time.

I don't quite get it........but why are u deducting bank credits from bank deposit to get a balance for each state.....
Ain't u suppose to add the two together to know the aggregate sum of money in banks in each state which is the actual balance.
I may be wrong though......just asking.
SportsRe: No ManCity Player Celebrated Iheanacho Goal Against Southampton. Why? by SIRTee15: 9:34am On May 02, 2016
tboynaija:
I actually did not see him celebrating any of his goals against Southampton, the dude already have the culture of dedicating all his goals to his God and he normally does that by kneeling down and pointing to the Sky, sometimes he also add the sign of the cross to it. He is just appreciating God for the goals and it is not a crime to do that even if Manchester City is 12 goals down.
do you know a Nigerian doctor was banned from performing surgery in the UK based on what u just wrote.
the doctor had the habit of giving glory to God b4 and after every surgery.
nacho should stop being selfish n learn to appreciate his teammates on the open field. This promotes unity and encourage them to do more for him.
doing the above will not impinge on his will to reference God.

If his teammates hate him he will never score a goal again in his career. The same player you claimed they hate was given assist by the people who according to you hate him

Get over your paranoia
Don't mind him.....
Iheanacho that can't even struggle to get ball, always playing the role of a poacher or lone striker.
If they cut him off and stop passing the ball to him, his career is finished.
The young guy needs to work harder, it's high time he begins to understand the dynamics of each game and how best to adapt as occasion demands......
You cannot be playing the same style of game in every match.
He's too stereotypical for my liking.
He also need to start scoring more important goals.........today's celebration was needless and childish.

I have said it and will keep saying it... We can't achieve BIAFRA like this.. .... Let's play the game of Nigeria and win them at it

First form a political party with the aim of actualizing BIAFRA... And this should be started (BIAFRA people's party) over the next 8 years capture all the south eastern states and implement the reforms we promise in BIAFRA as little as we can

Make PRODA a core science research institution which will be funded by the five south earthen states

Make move into the south south... With the food governance and lack of corruption the BIAFRA part will offer.. . We will will all south south
states and Benue....

THEN we can go to the UN and demand a referendum and it will be granted

If Nigeria refuse... war starts and the world will support us

20 years plan to achieve BIAFRA
I'm a Yoruba guy but I support this 100%.
I've deposited on this so many times on this forum, but all I got was rebuttal and insults from ipob guys who just feel a new nation is an entitlement, and with enough aggression n noise making, the whole world will succumb to their delusions.
They detest anything that involves strategic thinking or long term planning.

@ mrvitalis kudos for toeing the path of rational logic, if the biafra agitators have more of you, then................ 16yrs from now, the whole world will be talking about the new nation.

Nigeria as it is right now is not working and if we don't restructure Nigeria, then Nigeria will restructure itself.

The ambitious and intelligent ones will exploit the present cracks n build a new future for its people.

Yeezy is bonkers but then, I don't see why blacks have to scream "racism" at everything, yes, the slavery thing did happen, yea, it is touchy but then, can't "we" just own it and show that it's part of history?
Yes, it should be taught as part of our difficult history, but brandishing it all over the place is highly insensitive.

That Kanye wore a symbol that glorified slavery doesn't make it right.
People even criticized him for wearing such, only for him to come up with defiant excuses.
Is he the first to sing about modern day slavery.

What is wrong is wrong, no need making excuses.

Look here, blacks are ready to move on n forget all about racism....... But will they allow u....
Look at what is happening in America......a black person commits a minor offence, and the next thing a white police officer shoots u or drives u to suicide.
A teenage black boy is going home, a white thug confronts him and kills him.
The law says both the policeman and the thug did the right thing.

Yet u want blacks to keep silent..........

Oprah Winfrey was once a victim of racism.
That flag was pulled down in South Carolina recently and the state Congress apologized.
Why should Kanye be producing jackets with such insignia.
Pls enlighten me, I want to know bcoz I'm yet to see a jew either producing or wearing Nazi inscribed jackets.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Must Go: Massive Street Protests by SIRTee15: 7:32am On Apr 06, 2016

I don't where you got that information, but it's very far from being correct.

The FG, under this new dispensation, had given NNPC the responsibility of importing fuel, instead of the private importers, because Buhari, who doesn't understand what SUBSIDY means, felt that the importers were cheating the nation.

So, once again, NNPC has shown it's incompetence to handle the petroleum business of our nation.

This has nothing to do with dollar availability, Because the petroleum importers had Always has access to the official exchange rate.

Now tell me, if petroleum importers ,perhaps the most vital in our economy, cannot get dollars at the official rate, then for whom are the fxxing official rates for ?
The fuel crises is linked to dollar availability.
The fg is finding it difficult to meet the dollar demand of fuel importers at official exchange rate........
Be it nnpc or independent marketers.........
Going to source for dollar at parallel market is suicidal, since fg still fixes pump prices at petrol stations.....
Besides, I wonder how many Nigerians can afford pump price of #250 per litre.

The truth remains until we fix our refineries or build new ones, this crises will linger.......
F.g should also move for the complete deregulation of both the upstream and downstream sector of the oil industry.
Unbundle nnpc and allow competent private hands to run the sector........
This will bring sanity and efficiency to the sector........
And govt should stop fixing prices of fuel, they should allow market forces to determine how much fuel marketers want to sell their fuel and this subsidy nonsense should be obliterated completely.
Nigeria cannot afford both for now.

Foreign AffairsRe: Which Is The Most Powerful Country In The World? by SIRTee15: 11:55am On Mar 26, 2016
ATERI:
Inevitable to the extent that we have weak leaders. Whatever is not in the interest of an independent country can`t be inevitable. When you look at it closely, globalisation is advanced Structural Adjustment Program. They used to tell us that Structural Adjustment Program was inevitable only to apologise for its imposition later. Africa is today a dumping ground for all sorts of Western goods and services, but what are we producing and exporting to the West? Nothing! So it is for them to throw all this rubbish at us, but it is for us to see through it

Just like all his peers, when the king of Belgium went to Congo, he told the world he was there to civilize primitive Africans. He would go on to commit the only Holocaust the West does not want to remember. From the slave trade, to colonisation, to IMFand World Bank, to SAP and now globalisation, the only things that are changing are the names, the goals remain the same
Globalization is not really in itself a bad thing.
A lot of Third World countries have been lifted into 2nd world status by virtue of globalization, it enabled them trade and sell their products into the international market without any hassle of trade barriers and restriction.
It allowed for free flow of goods and services among nations, this gave serious and determined developing countries a chance to lift themselves out of poverty.
Countries like China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Vietnam cannot have the level of prosperity they currently enjoy without globalization.
Majority of goods produced in these countries are sold in Europe and America.
Outsourcing services to countries like India and Philippines is also a product of globalization.
I agree it has its own downside.........

Lazy and unserious developing nations will be at the receiving end as their nations will become dumping ground for cheap goods.

Loss of manufacturing jobs in developed nations due to higher wages may also be an issue, and that's why people like Donald Trump has been calling for review of free trade deals and America should insist on fair trade.

Everything is not all about conspiracy theory, it's nobody's fault if Nigeria is yet to benefit from globalization.
When a nation has leaders that think only about their bellies and are not smart, what do u expect.

Premarital sex is a sin. God commanded that an adulterer or adultress should be stoned to death. However we learnt in the new testament that fornicators won't see heaven. CrimeRe: Nigerian Man Kills Himself & His Girlfriend In The US by SIRTee15: 8:01pm On Feb 20, 2016
Phut:
Everyone has to file their taxes. Being able to claim a dependent (child/children) helps since it reduces a persons tax liability or may even help you to get money back from the IRS. A single person who earns $100K and paid $25K in taxes may still owe the IRS come tax filing season. But claiming a dependent on their tax form may reduce that liability to zero or may even entitle them to get some of the taxes they paid, back.
Now only the parent that lives/ has lived with the child for 7 months out of the preceding year, can claim the child.
Muhammadu Igomigoh claimed the 3 children of his wife that he brought from Nigeria. He obviously had no right to claim/attempt to claim the children of his girlfriend, who reside at a different address and are not part of his household. He was being greedy and what he did was illegal

But according to the article $9B is been earned from the sales of cassava starch in 2015 only. So are you trying to tell me $9 billion is feasible? Between cassava starch and cocoa which one do you think would earn you more money? No matter what the cassava starch is used for $9 billion is definitely a fraud. Why didn't they write the name of the producer? Why wasn't the name of the company stated? Are you trying to tell me you can earn more from the sales of cassava starch than cocoa? Do you know the difference between the $800 million derived from a year sales of cocoa to $9 billion derived from cassava? Propanganda is all what i can see. You cannot sell a tonne of cassava and earn more if you sell a tonne of cocoa. Don't be deceived.
Guy relax,
Almost everybody who commented admitted the $9 billion stuff is an error and not feasible.
Probably a slip of tongue from the cbn official or he was misquoted by the media outlet.
U are the only one here running up and down n making a fuss about it.
Forget about the impossibility and focus on the possibility.
For ur info....the global industrial starch market is worth $70 billion, while that of the chocolate industry is $96 billion.
Nigeria is the largest producer of cassava in the world, therefore if we get serious with our agro-allied sector, I'm sure we can export at least $1 billion worth of industrial starch.
