I have mine in a variety of ways depending on how hungry.

Hungry man's style

-1 Indomie Super pack or 2 packs of Onion Chicken flavour
-Chopped pepper
-60cl water(Pure water)
-butter or margarine
-2 Eggs
-Carrots(3/4 medium size)
-Cabbage
-1 medium sized Onion
-Garlic (2 large cloves)*Shoprite size*
-2 Knorr Cubes

-Heat water & while heating start preparing carrots and cabbage. Scrape carrots and then chop them & then grate Cabbage and then wash Cabbage(Remember the belle is crying sweet mother)
-Breakup indomie and put in boiling water(3mins)
-Heat frying pan or pot. Add 3 spoons of butter or margarine and once it is heated add the garlic let it dissolve in the butter then add pepper, onion, Cabbage, Carrots(2mins)
-Add Indomie with the juice(indomie water) to the frying pan. break eggs and add to fry pan( don't stir)
-Cover frying pan or pot and let it seamer for 2mins b4 before stirring.

Get 1 Eve sachet(Blackcurrant flavour), 2 Eva bottles filled with cold water mix and vola.

My Personal favourite

-Pork or goat meat

-Heat water & while heating start preparing carrots and cabbage. Scrape carrots and then chop them & then grate Cabbage and then wash Cabbage
-Breakup indomie and put in boiling water(3mins)
-Boil pork or goat meat, add 2 knorr cubes, onion, ground fresh pepper, thyme
-Heat frying pan or pot. Reduce heat, add 3 spoons of butter or margarine and once it is heated add the garlic & fry pork or goat meat and let it fry for 10mins. Remember to turn sides untill its attains the roasted brown look. Remove meat after frying.
-Wash smoked fish and shrimps and add 1cube of knorr, onion, shrimps and smoked fish to frying pan and stir(4mins)
-In same source add Indomie with the juice(indomie water) to the frying pan, Break eggs and add to fry pan( don't stir) cover frying pan or pot and let it seamer for 4mins b4 before stirring.

Cold fresh orange juice to step down.

I really don't understand y the notrhern states are not keying in on power generation. Look @ Russia selling power to China. They should focus on building solar and wind power generators, create industrial parks and sell this power generated to these parks. Men I can generate 1m jobs in the NE with $5b. Secondly, even if the man is willing to tolerate the fact that his wife is the breadwinner in their marriage, he must deal with the INEVITABLE societal scorn that neighbours, relatives, in-laws and friends would visit on him (e.g 'na im wife dey feed am oh'; 'na im wife dey pay their house rent oh, 'u dey call yourself man. . .u wey your wife dey give money', etc.). These are very real challenges faced by such unfortunate men whose wives are richer than. The rest of us see these things everyday. I know of my friend's neighbour whose wife locks out of the house and seizes the car key whenever they have a fight, why? She pays the rent and bought the car. . .and the man is the very queit type oh. These things are too rampant, and sensible men know this. Even women who are pampered and provided for by their men still try to manipulate and dominate them, let alone a women who pays the bills. Let's face the damn truth: it is almost impossible for a more successful wife to be loyal, submissive and respectful to her husband. That is the crux of the matter. It has very little to do with intimidation, inferiority complex, or insecurity. Throwing such words around does not address the real issues. What does 'insecurity' mean? When a person's fears are unfounded, then yes we can say he is 'insecure'. But when such fears are genuine, rational, and their occurrence is almost inevitable, then to what extent can you say the person is 'insecure' or 'intimidated'? People misuse these words too much these days.

People calling d husband illogical & unreasonable have no regards 4 d institution called marriage. As for me the wifee has already failed the first test of marriage by showing her husband that she is materialistic. I'm sure if she didn't adopt a combative approach her hubby would have softened up. Has she lied under public oath, yes. Only those with a heavy heart and require saving have access to Grace. She must first realise what she has done and seek forgiveness both from her husband and God. Wanna use an inverter at home then I guess you have to follow all the analysis above. Just want to add to these though.
1.5KVA Inverter+100A battery-> Powers 14'' LCD/LED TV, DSTV, 3 Energy bulbs(Phillips, Electrolux(I especially love these bulbs because they have sunlight sensors(Check GAME)) & OSRAM), 1-2 Ceiling fans.
Duration-> 3-8hrs depending on usage.
If the technician u hired is good he can construct something better so as to be able to connect more batteries for longer usage as well as shorter charging time. More like boosting charge time.
Some technicians aren't that good so I'll leave you some tips.
-Buy a 5KVA stabilizer, connect the power source(NEPA) to the inverter. Never use the stabilizer with a generator.
-If u have some additional cash you can go for a solar panel and a solar controller
-Setup the inverter and batteries in a cool place that's devoid of a damp humidity. Also, avoid direct sunlight on the batteries.
-If you have to use a fridge or freezer or A/Cs then makes sure these come on 1st b4 others because these require extra power to startup.

Now for a 3KVA Inverter+4x100A battery)->Powers 32'' LCD/LED TV, DSTV, 6-7 Energy bulbs, 0.5 or 1KVA A/C or a table top fridge or freezer, 4-12hrs depending on usage.

Some more technicality, if u wish to connect the inverter to the entire flat then u must use an AVR for A/Cs, Fridges, Freezers etc & set the timer to 5mins. Furthermore 5mins can be enuf time to switch off the 25A fuse on the fusebox.

Quick calculation on the load terminologies.
KVA->Kilovolt x Ampere which is power (Watts) so more like KiloWatt. 1KW=1KVA.
Before U use anything check the manual for the power requirements. The reason why NEPA charges faster is because NEPA supplies increased voltage and generators do not. To boost NEPAs voltage use a stabilizer.

I like fumman because there is no sugar. Just natural but now I go cheap. Mile12 market is next door so I order lots of Oranges. I got this really good deal on a used orange juice extractor (N1000) from a guy dat brings in things from Europe. So I don't need to be 'poisoned' anymore.

Im not taking sides here and I certainly want the culprit brought to book for assaulting his wife but then something far worse must have agravated/preceded this definitely not saying his actions are right. Infact his actions were monstrous besides it looks to me those cuts are a result of smashed glasses or something of that nature. Her face doesn't look swollen just bruised. Patience, Prayer, Ignore

Your neice requires attention so she gets the attention from boys since she is beautiful. It's obvious she is a very sharp girl, even street smart and U'll be surprised at how much she knows. So Y dont u try this 2 weeks program and see if it works.

Stop her from attending school and take her to a disciplinarian when going to work. When you fetch her and she complains ignore her. If she does something bad which more or less will require your attention just ignore her. When you ask her to do a particular chore and she doesn't, don't scold her or beat her just ignore her but make sure u don't do it eigther. Reduce her food rations, let it get smaller with every offence and when she commits, If she complains just ignore her. Food is the best way to get through to children. So go to the kitchen and prepare what u'll eat and forget about her make sure u prepare what she likes but do not let her taste eat, instead have some else for her she doesn't eat or doesn't like. Make sure u prepare her favourite dish or better still bring a very nice package from Sweet Sensation or any nice eatery. Warm it and make sure the aroma fills the house and after that seat and devour every single bit of it and give nothing to her. When she complains ignore her. In all of these since she is very sharp she'll start living up to her responsibilities herself. Once u realise she has started to do these bits here and there reward her little by little anytime u come home.
Between the end of the first week and the second u should start seeing results and u must respond in kind by rewarding good behaviour. If after a month or so of she behaving herself and she does something wrong make sure u become very livid/mad send her to a corner of the house and tell her to stand there facing the corner. She musn't move until she learns to be very remorseful for her actions. When she is remorseful call her later and explain to her what she did and entice her with something nice so as to maintain that relationship. Make sure u get the 2 week program right for it to work otherwise u'll plug urself deeper into  poo hole. This requires dedication, patience and perseverance because if u hit her or answer during the 2 weeks then u have to start again and u don't need the program taking long so that she doesn't hate you later on.
Above all u must pray. Only through prayer and meditation can u get the patience and perceverance u require and funny enough u'll realise that u didn't work on her alone but on urself too. This technique works 95% of the time with difficult children except she is possessed which will require exorcism but then exorcism materials are very glaring.
