Please note that you will need to confirm that the work experience is in NOC Skills level 0, A, B... Check here to find your skill level Tunba28: It says "work experience in the last 10 years" so if you 4 years work experience falls within the 10 years range then you're good to go. Just get the reference letter in CIC format from them. Your freelance job can come in your personal history cos of you claim self employed, you'll need to include your certificate of incorporation and some other things. |

If you have evidence to show that the land was yours and if possible get a supporting document to back up the payment plan, Then No wahala... As per borrowed money, me i no know oo because you are not supposed to borrow money as part of POF in the first instanceademo1: Please, can anyone help me out on this POF? I sold my Land to raise fund for my proof of Fund but the buyer pays in instalment for the period of 6 month's. I hope my letter of explanation will hold water if the landed property document doesn't have C of O? But has other documents.
Secondly, I have some borrowed money in my account to make it up to the POF, can I return the borrowed money after submitting my application with the statement of account?
Please, I need answer to these questions |

Please explain the bulk transactions... Its obvious there is a concern regarding those transactions.. so explaining more would avoid back and forth and clear any doubtJulie2018: Thank you. Sorry to bother you, but do you suggest I add any other information?
Thanks in advance |

if you can give a brief explanation of your POF, then you can be guided accordingly.. Please dont post personal information o... You can replace name of institution, amount with ABCD, Bleep...Barryston: Good morning house, I am planning to write my LOE concerning POF and some people here suggested I should put it in tabular form. So I will appreciate it if anybody has a sample draft that I can use as a precedent. Please forward to my email akinolaabimbola47@yahoo.com

The question would be... How much is involved in this transaction(s)? If its a bulk payment(s)... Thats what you need to explain. I am sure the VO must have seen alot of NEFT transactions in the past so i dont think they are asking you for definition but the particular transaction(s)Julie2018: Hello all,
Good morning.
Please I have just been asked to explain a particular transaction from my POF. "NEFT FROM UNIFIED PAYMENT/POS TRANSACTION". Please does any one have a good idea of how I can appropriately go about the explanation.
Thanks for your assistance in advance. |

The bolded below is not true... Your application will be assess against a standard procedure/requirements. If you meet these requirements, your application would be approved. Do you think CIC doesnt know that people do short landing? Do you think CIC is not aware that people leave Canada even after getting their citizenship? My brother/sister, you have a valid reason. There is NO LAW anywhere in the world that says Husband and Wife MUST live together jare!masrapido: Do you know of anyone who used this reason (spouse has a good job and thus isn't ready to immigrate) and still got PR? Back in 2016 when I first started this process, I was told by an agent that your VO might be hesitant to give you the PR since it will be interpreted as if you only want the PR status as a back-up and you will leave Canada whenever things get tough since you still have such a strong tie back home. Since I came on this forum, I have learnt to take agents' views with a pinch of salt, but I would still like to know what the consensus on this is. Thanks. |

To get a cheaper flight, you will need to perform a search with +/- 5days... That would give you a weekly view of prices. Another option would be to try your search during off peak (midnight)Miemiecious: Good day all. Please I will be landing in 2 months time and I want to try as much as possible to make some savings on flight. Does anyone know which day of the week flight charges tend to be low(er) ? Our final destination is Calgary, what day of the week is advisable to land. Is weekend also okay? Please, i need you advice |

My Daddy... I dont know if that story is actually true or not but what i can tell you for sure is that if by any means a child molestation video is found on anyone's phone (regardless of where the person got it from)... WAHALA GO DEY! Dont take this with a bag of salt!DaddyTheFather: Most likely fake news. Oyinbo people don't do these sorts of things in my experience.how would they obtain consent at that time when you haven't committed a crime and your phone was not unlocked? What reason did they give for going through his phone?

Wow... Can you imagine that! I guess these are some of the reasons London VO takes time. They do due diligence in scrutinizing applicationsNewmum0615: So, these people did not only go to I and hubby's LinkedIn profile, they checked my our Facebook as well, checked out our wedding portfolio pics online (the one done by the photographer), checked my UK school graduation ceremony announcement that showed an online copy of the brochure showing names of graduands, online copy of church bulletin showing church dedication announcement for my son. Whew! These people checked everything. How did I know? The links were listed right there on the GCMS notes I just received last night. Heading on the notes: Online Presence: Yes.
London is not joking. Long story cut short, clean up your online profile my people.
Have a blessed day. |
