God's son simply means all the attributes in God that humans can't perceive could be easily observed in the way and manner Jesus deal with issues, that's what it means.

Your own boss can declare before all other staff that you are his son, it simply means you're always prepared to work for him come what may so if anyone wants to know something about the boss's disposition on any issue they can just walk up to you and ask. That's what it means.

Jesus was a born a Jew (assuming the story is real ), grew up a Jew,lived like a Jew, died a Jew and buried like a Jew..

I don't know how you get your info... But the early church fathers, Augustine, Tertullian, Cyprain, Felix etc all came from Egypt and Carthage present day Tunisia and Ethiopia. These were men who laid the foundation of the Latin church and present day christianity. You can get your facts right in the world wide web instead of arguing blindly.
