wallarwallar:And you took time to respond to a "nonsense", what does that say of you? ![]() Go back and read the last part of the right up. |
All is now set for the grand finale of this presidential race suspense to climax. Tinubu to join a yet to be named party after it is clear he is to get his own betrayal from Buhari just as Peter Obi just got his from PDP Obi to contest for president with a yet to be decided strong Muslim from the north as VP and Tinubu to serve as the Kingmaker God has destined him to be to mentor them. I saw this in my dream yesterday though. |
SmartPolician:But he has been touring the country in the last say 2 months non-stop. Meetings upon meetings day and night. How many of the people saying he's sick can withstand such rigor? Is it people that don't even know their health status and can drop dead at any time without even knowing what kill them? One needs to just have a small knowledge of the daily schedule of these top politicians, especially someone canvassing for votes to become president, it's then you will realize that as old as Tinubu is, he is healthier than nothing less than 60% of under 50 years old Nigerians. |
KingDamzzy:I thought I'm the only one noticing that. All these noise might just be diversionary tactics. Shift our attention elsewhere while the real anointed is shielded from "elimination" using Buhari's words. |
ebufa:They actually voted for their party not supporting south west. There were 2 south west candidates on the ballot. OBJ and Falae, the south west wanted Falae and South East voted against what south west wanted, so point of correction, they did not support south west in 1999 as you said, they rather voted against south west candidate, it didn't matter who was on the ballot. Similar thing played out in 2003, south west did not have any focal candidate, their votes were scattered all over betw, OBJ, Buhari and Gani Some of you guys don't know the meaning of the words you use because most times you are actually referring to yourselves when you use the word treachery |
Validated:The question you should ask yourself before typing this your erroneous statement is "how was he appointed in the first place"? He cannot be sacked out-rightly by the president, he can be recommended to the NA for removal just the same way he was recommended to them for appointment. Meanwhile, while the removal process is ongoing, he can be suspended. |
Cherrybae:Hun?? Elected by the national assembly? When was the election done? who conducted it? INEC? Correction: They don't elect CBN governor. They are appointed just that in his own case unlike ministers, he cannot be sacked by the president single-handedly, he can however be suspended and then communication sent to the national assembly to ratify his removal. |
Austin4Jesus:I guess because as we speak, most of the other candidates (including the anointed ones) are still running 'kitikiti' run 'katakata' for 370 delegates to endorse them |
Agwotulumbe:You are not getting it, are you? The Yoruba leaders insisting they want the presidency are the ones in APC. They have the right to because that is where they have heavily and sacrificially invested in. They care not where PDP decides to zone it's own to. The Igbos have invested so much sweat and blood in PDP and they should mount pressure on them to zone to the South East. OBJ and Falae that are talking here are not members of APC so I believe they can't actually be referring to APC because according to them and majority of Igbos 'APC' is an islamic party formed to turn Nigeria to an Islamic state'. I'm not a politician but I follow politics. You don't reap where you didn't sow. Left for me, true Federalism is the answer. Make that centre unattractive and let each region develop at it's own pace and contribute to the centre. |
shekoduza:Do we still have more people that can reason on this forum? Nice one. More so, some of those people buying forms are people of other strong candidates just bought form so that concession will be impossible. Example: Oshiomole buying form is obviously Tinubu paying for that form and some other candidates, so also some people buying forms on behalf of Amaechi. When it's time for concession as we know the cabal in APC are planning, Tinubu refuses, Oshiomole refuses, Shettima refuses etc. You have 3 or 4 candidates refusing to yield concession, then voting MUST be done. It's an advanced game of politics and very few people on this forum understands it. You are one of the few. |
Odin13:Only God knows what has come over Reno, If I didn't know better I would almost think he's campaigning for Tinubu. A point of correction about the bold on Ribadu. Tinubu was actually working for Jonathan's presidency then, because of the agreement they had with Jonathan that he was going for only one term after completing Yardua's tenure. Ribadu was just a pun in that game. In fact, the foot soldiers of APC in the southwest were practically teaching the grassroot people that presidency is for PDP while national assembly is for APC. It even brought fear among the ranks that those that are not educated might get confused with this arrangement and make APC lose some national assembly seats in the south west. |
TriCee:It's actually a figure of speech in English Language. Yes, there can be an uneasy or tensed calmness. That is the person is appearing calm while he is actually tensed and nervous. |
SATANICALLY:Those that don't know the difference between Hausa and Fulani in the north might be thinking same fight same. Those that know the difference know that the Hausas are arguably the best in this country in terms of tribe, (I am not Hausa by the way, but I have stayed in all parts of that country to have a fair idea about each tribe) Most of the time it is the Fulanis of the north that are the trouble makers there, and because they have really suppressed the indigenous Hausas and people who don't know the difference think they are one and the same, thereby labeling the peace loving Hausa people as trouble makers too. |
MadamVanessa:The gods are not to blame. You could have at least got the title right if not anything. |
charlypoker:It is not trend, it is tread (it means walk or step or march) You asked what English has done for me and I repeat, if only you knew, you would go back to school. |
WATCHOVER:And I am telling you it's not only 2 religions we have in Nigeria. Going by your want, Both Christians and Muslims should not contest because they have been ruling Nigeria forever, Give others room to rule. or Anybody is free to test his/her popularity. |
WATCHOVER:Looks like you are deviating from what we are talking about. You said muslim has ruled for 8 years, it's now the turn of Christians, and I asked what about people of other religions since you said we are concerned about religion in our politics. So, nobody is talking about muslim, muslim here or christian christian. What I'm saying is that if you must play the religion card instead of open contest to whoever is qualified, then both muslim and christian should not even contest at all, because they have been ruling Nigeria since 1960. Let's try Amadioha worshipper or Shango, etc. |
WATCHOVER:So it should be an open contest? Why are you now insinuating that because a muslim has ruled then it MUST be the turn of a christian If it's merit and real democracy we want then let it be opened to anybody qualified. |
WATCHOVER:What of Christians and Muslims that have been ruling forever? or are there no other religions in Nigeria? |
falcon01:I don't know if anyone is seeing what I'm seeing. The stance of these guys those not portray them as rag-tag bandits/boko haram. These are professional military men. That country is at war with itself It is often said that any insurgency that lasts more than a month in any country has the hand of the government or a foreign government in it. |
MikoB:The dumbest minister of justice Nigeria has ever produced using any parameter. How the guy graduated from law school still beats my imagination. Now imagine such an individual leading a whole state, your guess is as good as mine what is to become the fate of that state after 4 or 8 years. We will now come back and say 80% of the states in Nigeria are not viable, how will they? |
Jakumo:I will surely take you up on this whenever I see you. |
Jakumo:I will gladly do that. The report did not say Chinmark founder committed suicide as you thought (although the way the post's topic appears makes it look like inventor instead of investor). It is one of the people who invested in the ponzi that committed suicide (actually a woman in this case). So, it's not the man Chinmark that committed suicide that you said he faked it so as to escape being convicted for his crimes. In my opinion though, nothing would happen to him, as long as people will refuse to listen to voice of reason, there is always somebody around the corner to cash out on their gullibility. |
Jakumo:Did you even read the report before commenting? |
Mooh247:You don't know there is something called dye? That's what he's using |
Maynman:I hope you worked on the assignment I gave you in 'brighter grammar', It will help you a lot |
Maynman:Hello English casualty ![]() Are you there? I have some free time to burn |
Maynman:Looks like you don't have any new "bomb" to add to your list here: Brain = Growth Casualty = Karma your brain can be retar. ded You are now doing what I advised you on initially, 'watch your words', don't say what you don't know, if you hear any new words also find out how you can use them. Most importantly, this is a public forum so be sure of yourself before you blab. Let me leave you with that for now while I go look for something to eat. When I'm free later I will check you on other posts to see if you are putting the lessons you have learnt here today into practice, and if not, I expose your folly again ![]() |
Maynman:according to you: Brain = Growth Casualty = Karma your brain can be retar. ded If you have any child around you, he might be able to even help you out and put you out of your misery ![]() |
Maynman:As I said your teacher can answer those questions or whoever that thought you that Brain = Growth Casualty = Karma your brain can be retar. ded |
