Dora is one stand up woman. She was truly called to serve. It truly goes to show that one person can make a real difference in a very corrupt nation. May God preserve her for us. One thing i know for sure is that no matter where a person like her goes, even if its a gig as a janitor, that integrity follows.

Why anyone has to sleep with anyone to get a job in the bank is beyond me. Those banks hire so many people each year that you dont have to put out in order to be considered. With all their expansions and branches popping up even in small villages there is opportunity aplenty. Those girls or corpers who want to use their feminine wiles to get in and get ahead will soon discover that only real substance will get you ahead in the long run. I dont think they have to ban female corpers. That would be ruining opportunities for many women who just want to start an honest banking career.

I find myself doing strange things. Im always in mummy mode to tend to my daughters needs. I go around with spare diapers, baby wipes, snacks, sippy cups and tylenol in my hand bag. Aaah. I am like a kongi when i leave the house. I cant even remember my pre baby days. those are like a distant memory.

Nigerians are very sensitive to demons. Every thing is blamed on the devil and demonic attacks and the blood will be pled. Oh will they will plead the blood instantly. Sheez!! It has started irritating the heck out of me. I went to church today and a lot of things the guest pastor was narrating just had me wondering.

I remember how many years ago when i still lived in naija president obasanjo came down from the podium where he was giving a speech in a university campus to snatch a koboko from an over zealous army man who was freely lashing students who had gathered to listen to him. Baba shouted stop that! stop that! The miltary guy continued. Baba stopped mid sentence, came down and snatched the koboko from the dude and gave the army man some hot lashes before his aides stopped him. . I guess that was the father in him. .

Why did you marry her if you felt no attraction for her? I dont get it. You never really said what the matter is. Is it the way she looks? her bedroom skills? What? Or just because she is now older? if thats the reason, remember you arent that young yourself either. My advice to you? Seek couples therapy. If that doesnt work then you can get the divorce i think you really want.

I 'Spoilt' humbly take my bow from nairaland.
It was fun while it lasted and I really mean that. To all the virtual friends I made, I say it was nice knowing you. Nairaland was mostly a good experience. The diverse opinions, the rib cracking points of view and the very funny people. It wasnt always laughs though, some heifer who has never met me once called me a bad mother!

It has become increasingly difficult to meet all my commitments on the job front, school front and on the home front. Time management is of the essence to me at this point in my life and therefore nairaland has got to go. I simply have too much on my plate. squeezing in Nairaland is real hard. As they say soldier go, soldier come , barracks remain. Nairaland will always be here to receive new eager members. Thanks Seun for the 'opportunity'.

It is totally okay to walk out of a job interview with your dignity intact.
