MrGoogle88: If these churches gave just 10 percent of their weekly income to the poor (which Christ preached in the bible) Nigeria would become a paradise overnight!! we would have them all... So which one have the politicians given to the poor in Nigeria since independence? |

EVILFOREST: Yet they keep telling GULLIBLE MEMBERS that they should lay their treasures in heaven, that EARTH is Vanity Upon Vanity. Christianity in the southern part has rendered most youths mentally Lazy.
PEOPLE now think of opening Church outlets everywhere. Some streets have 28 churches. The MAJOR roads in Port Harcourt lack Factories and industries. The only surviving one is the INDOMIE packaging factory along the mgbuogba major road. The Rest are Churches. They have taken over the once vibrant TRANS AMADI INDUSTRIAL AREA. CHURCH SIGNPOSTS now compete in Rivers State. Some erect BIGGER ones to overshadow the smaller ones. GOD will completely be disappointed in southern Christians for making churches investment hubs. NONSENSE Point of correction. De United Foods is located in Choba and not Mgbuoba. Do the lazy Ikwerre youths in that community allow De United foods to operate in peace? Your government's bad economic policies is what has killed off many industries. |

PrinceBBlack: Well, u have a point but yet lets ask ourselves a critical question. If she constantly cooks in that kitchen, do u not see anything wrong that there is no salt. Lets be realistic, this guy mentioned that he gives her 6 figure value monthly for upkeep. Its something to be worrisome. If something as common as salt is not available in the kitchen, u can imagine what else would be lacking in that kitchen. Dont rush to tackle the guy. Although i dont see why that should be a basis for divorce but still it shows the lady's nonchallant attitudes and a lot can be drawn from this. Is the OP even supposed to be dragging his wife's space with her? Checking your wife's food cupboard to see if there is salt and pepper. |
Family › Re: Should I divorce my wife for this? by stagger: 11:03pm On Nov 26, 2018 |
OP tell us, how long have you been married? Surely you are not up to 4 years in marriage. If not, I do not understand this talk of divorce because there was no salt at home. In fact, I find this very hilarious.
Guys like us wey don dey the game longer than even Nairaland has been in existence have more weightier issues to deal with, you are here talking of salt. Na wa o. |

shakmati: So I'm really pained. I am a highly mobile kind of businessman but I have my family stationed somewhere in the North West. I send my silly wife a six figure monthly upkeep to ensure she takes care of the home properly. I got home a few days ago.
Today, she went out and I decided to go prepare some boiled rice and beans for the house. Can you believe that this woman does not have ordinary salt and vegetable oil in her kitchen? Women can be so unreliable and incompetent I tell you. This is all the work she does and she can't get simple salt in her kitchen.
Should I just divorce her? I hate incompetence. I need advice from y'all. Stupid or not. I don't give a frigging rat's arse!
- annoyed guy. My brother, take it easy. If that is all you have to deal with, then you are living in heaven. |

Anyone who has been to Birabi Street in GRA Port Harcourt where the church has been all these years knows that there is no way Salvation Ministries can keep staying there with the rate at which the church has grown. The space is too small, the street itself is just too narrow and traffic is a nightmare as there is virtually no parking space. Besides, holding 6 services on Sunday is simply impracticable: the workload on the pastors and church workers is simply too much. Better to build a much bigger capacity venue and hold one or two services maximum than to hold 6 services in one small auditorium.
Good a thing they are moving to Igwuruta, away from the congested PH town. This move is long overdue. |

They supply 20,000 people in Ota and environs. Who are they supposed to pay electricity bills to? To you and your pauperized family? Or to government that has been unable to generate more than 4,000 MW at a time since 1898 when Nigeria started generating electricity? Nonsense reasoning! |

At this time last year, it peaked at a all time high of $150, but it is currently bearish, flutuating around $10, which i feel is a good time to buy.
They are currently working on their 3.0 rebranding to fasten transaction processes. This i believe would spur the price further.
Do note that this is thoroughly my opinion, it's best you DYOR. NEO got to $232. |

Grupo: Dont mind these God people.
I have been an atheist for so long, yet, many of my friends who are tithe paying and Bible believing are just managing n power 30k. Whereas me that is an atheist is balling. Well that is you. I am God-believing and tithe-paying. 2016 recession year, one of our family businesses made more than our 2012-2015 profit from ONE SINGLE JOB that occupied our factory the whole year. The principles of making money are universal to everyone, just as rain and sun falls on all whether Jew or Gentile, bible-believer or atheist. If anyone who wants to settle for earning 30,000 from N-Power, God will not force such a person to change the mindset. That individual has to decide whether to continue on that lane or change. It has nothing to do with belief in God or paying of tithe. Of course as an atheist, I do not expect you to know anything about tithe beyond the narrative out there or those from the pulpit who have abused the subject thoroughly. |
