The US government is extremely stupid.

More people are killed, mugged, raped in New York city than anywhere else. When you look at the atrocities committed by the US government in this world, you wonder why they issue such blanket falsehood.

Go to Wikipedia and read up the human experimentation projects carried out by the US government in the 1940s to 1970s and you will see what we are talking about.

What I am seeing on the hourly and daily charts along with one of my range-trading systems is clearly showing that the Dow is heading south.

On the Daily chart, my platform is showing a clear Bearish engulfing pattern at the upper Bollinger band, with the Stochs and RSI showing that this asset is overbought. Besides, 11600 is a near term resistance.

I may be wrong but this has informed my shorting the Dow.

Why don't you focus on what the OP is trying to point out, which is how people fail to utilize opportunities and choose to play the lottery. I saw as tory on Al-Jazeera on how a woman who sells charcoal uses all her earnings to play the lottery. In Haiti since the earthquake, over 90% of the population has resorted to playing the lottery to get money to leave the make-shift camps they have been occupying since the earthquakes.

Let us say a company is registered in 2011, and is asked to bring a tax clearance certificate for a job. How does one go about this? Is there some kind of exemption that the company is given until they have been at least 3 years in operation?

2) Foundation
3) Goat (you must pay the money o, which is usually higher than the cost of a goat)
4) Then you settle the family heads and boys with "drink money"

Then during the work proper, different boys will come with different fees. Then roofing.

By the time you are through, N1m has been paid out as sundry fees.

Even to rent house, you must pay drink money (aside from rent and agency fees). Because of all this, I have resolved not to build anywhere else but my home state. I can use the money collected as rent to pay for my accommodation, rather than enrich these riff-raffs.

Years back, when I was a student, there was this woman always begging money in the park. I mean for four years I used tha park whenever I am going back to, or coming home from school, she is always there telling the story of how her children and husband are dead, she has no one, blah blah blah.

One day, one guy who travelled with us who was obviously a wealthy dude, called her and asked her what amount of money she needed to open a business. She told him (big money o), and the guy opened his briefcase and gave her the money cash!

Needless to say there was pandemonium in the park that day as everyone came to know who the "angel" was.

Some days later, same dude travelled the same park just as I did, and here was this woman again; came to meet the man to beg for money (apparently she did not remember who he was). The rest as they say, is history.

So by the time you become a big boy, you can comfortably call the CEO of your brokerage on Saturday in the golf course, to place a 1,000 Standard Lot position for you in a currency. For EURUSD, that equates to $20,000 to $30,000 spread profit.

So compare such with a retail trader wey dey trade 0.1 lots (only $2-$3 spread profit for a broker; which broker go even look your side?)

I thank the OP for starting this thread. Of the three major Nigerian languages, I think (I maybe wrong though) that Igbo language is the one that has been hardest hit. I travel a lot and living in Northern Nigeria, I see how Northerners speak Hausanchi with a degree of completeness. A bit like that too for the Yorubas.

Unfortunately, even my Igbo friends who I can say are fluent in the language can hardly make five sentences without some English words coming in.

The news is as real as it gets. Companies like Toyota have started toying with the idea of outsourcing aspects of production which will cut thousands of Japanese jobs.

And with Noda (who announced the last intervention) now the Japanese PM, the wake-up call to act has finally come.

I seriously doubt that 1% of those who have received the ebook will read it to the end. I have had experiences here on NL; Nigerians are too impatient when it comes to reading and to get people to read a 670 pages ebook to read before trading; I can be sure many will just flop over to sections that interest them and come back.

Tomorrow when another ebook is floated here, there will be more requests to send ebooks, and the cycle repeats itself.

I do not give trade calls, and that is because I do not consider myself an expert. I do not trade for profit anymore. I develop strategies for institutional traders now, so all my trading is geared towards that. Getting paid $5,000 to $10,000 per strategy for me is a lot better than sweating it out on the charts on a daily basis. So what I practically come here to do is to acquire knowledge. I am a student, not a teacher.

When teachers dey here, student like me must give way. Maybe one day I will become a teacher, and what I will be doing is dishing out trade strategies, not trade calls.  

In any case, if you trade the Dow, you should be looking to Go short as the market has actually got to a long term resistance level of 11557. You could place a Sell Limit way up closer to 11557 or if your account can handle it, you can go short here and prepare for any drawdowns to ride it all the way down to 11000 initially and perhaps 10300 in a trade that will take a full month to probably unravel.

Subject to approval from the in-house expert on Dow trading.
