However that will not stop herdsmen from coming down south to graze and I don't think it will be constitutional to limit the herdsmen right to freedom of movement or do their jobs.

We need to be logical about this policy. There is a lot of bad blood between the herdsmen and the farmers. The government should have resolved that by words and conduct. If only he had been diplomatic when these crisis started, the south would have likely been receptive towards the policy.

Herdsmen from kano should go to Kano State govt for grazing land, herdsmen from anambra should approach their govt for grazing land, same applies to Oyo herdsmen but they must all be indigene, I think this will solve the problem

ISI is a federal school!!!!!!!!!!!. It is not a Christian school or a Muslim school. My forefathers tax and my father's tax went to building and maintaining that school.

Staff school teachers like ISI employees are federal employees..I am not going to continue argue with you on that. Tuition fees is not the only determinant of whether ISI is federal or not.
