Whether the seat was reserved or not is inconclusive. Her personal effects were on the chair. She claimed to have gone to the toilet. This happens fairly often especially for ladies. They leave their seats to go to the toilet for a bit of touch up. Therefore it is difficult to conclude that the seat was reserved. And with her personal effects on the seat, it is safer to conclude that it was hers. If it had been, they would have certainly sided with him. ..If it had been a 50 IQ 34 year old man 5 year boy, he would have gone back to his seat but an idiot will always be an idiot......smiley. His stepmother's juju must have been pretty strong.

From seat to Chief Marshall love for women to living conditions in Law School to copying Secretary of the UN and Amnesty International.....Upon wetin na....Like the UN secretary is going to leave other issues for an idiot with seat issues in Nigeria....Can you imagine the scenariocheesy

Tell your boyfriend that he is never getting into law school. He ain't going nowhere. Tell him to take his asylum very seriously. cheesy. Or better still, check into a psychiatric hospital.

baby124:
Who is this one? I saw your highly dull comment up there. So someone should put property on a seat for their friend or girlfriend and a student present in the hall should not seat abi? But leave the seat for a late comer to have the priviledge of seating comfortably. You are definitely off your rockers.

You are the type that get into position of power and think your aimless behavior should not be questioned by anyone. You are nothing but a regular human being. Stop ascribing any useless importance to yourself. A student who comes for lectures has the right to sit in any seat that is available. Point, blank, period.

See your dull argument that is all conjectures and hearsay. Not even a first hand account and not even from a school's written report in which the accused can issue a rebuttal. You should be working in a mama put joint as a server. Not cramming law school books and disgracing your lineage online.

Are you aware that the reserved seat had the personal effects of the owner? Did you know he was sitting somewhere else before he decided to look for trouble?

Do you also know that he has been aimlessly looking for trouble in his hostel before the seat issue?

Have you ever read one of his numerous letters against his lecturers? Please do, if you haven't.

Did you also know that this guy once walked out on the UI SRC?

Do you also know that there are amicable ways he could have resolved the matter? Even if they resolved the issue wrong, do you reasonably believe that a common seat issue should be turned to such a big deal? If it had been between your kids, I am sure you would have beaten the kid if he had sulked over this small issue.

The guy has a mental issue. He doesn't understand what it means to let go. Life is not always about being right and unfortunately from hearsays, he was in the wrong 99% of the time. You can certainly be annoying for the fun of it but not so close to your personal and professional lives.

helphelp:
Oh well! He was admitted, so we bypass the admission rights.

The case against him which was a disruption caused by "seat reservation" is flawed, because there's a policy against reserving seats for students(a common ordeal amongst students) in the school.

Trust me, the second chance basis they seek is to silence the man, and make him comport to the tyranny.

Did you hear the alumni submission on the case? You will know it's a trend they seek to keep.

Jabata should have been arrested and never allowed to see rthe light of the day. He is a disaster waiting to happen.

AlBaqir:
# Wallahi, his teachers in Jabata and Abu Ibeji are worse than him. It got to a stage that Abu Ibeji was arrested, beaten and his beard shaved grin

If not because of intervention of good people around, Jabata would've been lynched or beaten to pulp in Ilorin. Now he's also training his thugs at Ilorin township stadium. He has promised all Muslims other than his followers that if they should have power at hand, he's gonna behead all. You can easily smell same promise and threat from the op too.

# Its unfortunate that our law enforcement agents will wait until they become southwest boko haram before acting.

AhluSunnah

Is this not what you and that evil man called Jabata are clamouring for?

“People don’t understand the degree of the pains that we go through. The pain we experience is far worse than labour pain. At times the pain is so severe that the drugs they give would not even reduce it. I have had my finger slammed on a car door before and it got broken. People were wondering that I was not crying to show it pained me but I made them realise that the pain as an SCD patient is worse. Such pains don’t affect me as much as when I have crisis. The pains are always in the extreme.”

Aside from the physical pains she suffered, she added that her education also suffered serious setback because of the crisis

Yes, because you saw him do it. Have you gone to the police station to make a report yet? Be a good citizen, protect your society. Visit the police station today. tongue

You and airmark have comprehension issues. I am not saying he is innocent but it is apparent that the police don't have much to on him. Nothing in the video shows his guilt. None of the graves were no even dug sef and it is not unusual to have a compound with multiple graves. That is why the man is walking free in this instant.

So tell me which one of you is smarter than the policemen who released him and the lawyers who represented him?

You don't need to be a genius to know from the video that they have got nothing on him. Please try and use your God given brain. Thank you.

Kagawa10:
So how did the police force know this to have come to arrest him if the suspects didn't disclose his name? How about the massive graves, including a newly dug one discovered at the shrine?

Are you saying there's no problem being a muslim and having a shrine as well?

It's like you're part of this ritual acts or you've got a family that indulge in this heinous crime but believe me God will continue to fish you people out and you will never have rest of peace. Bunch of losers!

Now open your eyes widely, read and comprehend

1)Having a shrine or being a pagan is not a crime in Nigeria.

2) I don't give two fvcks about other religions however it doesn't mean that they are not entitled as much as you are to freedom of worship

4) You are a very big hypocrite. Islam enjoins you to be tolerant. You are Muslim so you should know what it feels like for non-muslims to say shit about your religion yet you would do that to other religions. They see you the same way you see them. Which means at the end of the day, all these your puffing and huffing about a religion that is no concern of yours or mine will ultimately consume you. The way you came for a religion that is none of ya beewax, they will come for yours too. I wonder what you would say when they do.

5) Also, I can't see where paganism has stopped you from fully worshipping Allah. Instead of you to face your religion, you are looking for validity from other religions. May Allah forgive you.

These righteous people do not cleanse after sex because sex is a sin. In fact, having sex is rewardable for those practicing the religion provided it is between husband and wife. These righteous people do not have to pray before sex. It is not a requirement however it is advisable if it is the first time.

Get your facts right! Ignorance is not cute. Thank you.

stonemasonn:
I've never stopped wondering why sex is such a big issue to most religious people.

If it is not the sexual style/position, it the orientation issues or pre-marital sex.

I even heard that in some religion, some righteous people pray before having sex and take their birth immediately after orgasm to cleanse themselves of the act. They believe sex is sin

I made a research online from psychology today and I got this article that says sexy thoughts reduces religious belief.

If so, could the love of, and thoughts of sex be a threat to religion??

Whether or not it is up to $10b shouldn't be your business? I don't need a court of law to call him a thief..

Even if it is one naira. It is theft and it has affected you, it is affecting you and it will continue to affect you directly or indirectly. $10b or 1kobo, he stole your money. That should be your concern. Stop acting as his mouthpiece. He doesn't deserve it. He and his children wouldn't be bothered if you died because of a bad road or you lie in extreme pain because of poor health care services or you die of hunger after Bolo Haram has killed all your family members. You are not his advocate. Unless you indirectly or directly benefit from him and his likes, stop talking for him.

Konami94:
Because it hasn't been proven anywhere that he stole up to $10b. And until it is proven, you can't go around accusing people or inflating figures just to stir up public sentiments.
