Seun: This video shows that the staff saw the fire early on. I would like to see if they brought back a fire extinguisher as the commentator said they were going to. I don't believe those lighters alone could have burned down the entire supermarket if they used a fire extinguisher shortly after that employee saw the fire, unless they were storing larger quantities of gas or other flammable materials in the store. I would really love to see what the staff did after detecting the fire.
The gas is arranged closed to the lighter. Prolly the actual caused of the fire.
They should make UCL more lucrative. Clubs are run with money and the pandemic is not helping. It's only normal that they want to help themselves. Uefa shouldn't have go at them with threat of sanction. Carrot and stick method should have been the ideal alternative. Hopefully, the parties involved will reach common ground.
AHCB: which jungle justice are you talking about? Yes the deputy governor called it "citizens arrest" so? I'm sure you're too ignorant to even search the internet to know if what the deputy governor said is true. And you're here talking about "suffer to dey taya una" when you're the one who is suffering with your apparent ignorance.
You're obviously ignorant of that part of the law you shared that says people are only guilty untill proven otherwise. Which court tried the protester since all you care about is your belly, you have been sharing from the national cake, you can't speak the truth. Na the country una they spoil so.
AHCB: Could it be sheer ignorance that someone like Sowore doesn't know defacing public or private property is a crime? Or is he trying to prey on the magnificent ignorance of many Nigerians, who know almost absolutely nothing, other than to spread their ignorance on social media?
I wonder... still I love the reply Edward Onoja gave that loser Sowore. I know very well if someone like Sowore becomes president or even a local government chairman, he'll perform worse that Babangida.
If it's a crime to deface public property, why the jungle justice and the foolish deputy governor have the effontry to call it citizens arrest. Meanwhile, which law that says graffiti is a crime. Suffer no dey tire una? Ok
Monogamy: CAN should take full control of government school?
Is it CAN that is paying the teachers?
Grants aided Church mission schools doesn't belong to the government. You realize the Churches owns the land with which it's built on right with C of O and as such can collect their schools back.

They're schools that are being controller by Churches, sometimes inside the church premises but government post teachers there. The initial agreement with the government is to allow the Churches control their schools, government only grant them teachers. It's different from public schools which are solely run by government. What Kwara state want to do is to forcefully take out the Churches influences on the schools by crooked means cos they are muslims.
Monogamy: Please who is paying the teachers and staff salary?
Government grant doesn't mean it belong to the government. These Churches ensure the schools don't get delapidated, they are also stake holders. Kwara state government wants to over reach because they wanted to Islamize the mission schools, that's the agenda.
Provide a single document that override the agreement of 1972 or forever remain silenced. The evil politics Kwara state government is playing is to turn my dear state to Zamfara state and God will never allow that to happen. The court ruling cannot be obeyed when Muslims are the judge, jury and executionist. We will take it to the supreme court to have our schools back. Mission schools were only grant aided, government should not take it as if it's their property! #Truth is sacred.
Sirjamo: 1. This was just a speach by the military governor, not the law enacted to change the status of the schools.
2. The speech was delivered in 1972 not 74. I assume ( Not sure) the last time schools status were changed was 1974.
3. If these conditions were still relevant and backed by the law, where did the high court and appeal court get the legal backing to rule in favor of hijab?
4. Why are Christians afraid of hijab in a predominantly Yoruba state like Kwara?
There's no basis for any Christian to condemn hijab in Kwara state due to the following reasons:
a. Kwara and all Yoruba States has no record of hijab wearing suicide bomber.
b. Hijab is not new to Christianity. Catholic sisters wear something very similar.
c. Hijab depicts morality, is Christianity no longer a moral religion?
d. Hijab is optional even to the Muslims, no one is forcing the Christians to wear it.

unilagfreshest: Good Afternoon, I am a salary earner. What side hustle can I do or invest in to complement my salary. I earn between 100-120k monthly. 2021 is here already.
That's why I said you lack good sense of judgement, instead of the political show of shame, there should be arrest and prosecution of the kidnappers other wise, they will kidnap 1000 pupils again. I hope you can think outside the box ? Instead of weaving this sentiment that we should be happy, we shouldn't be happy they were taken in the first place.
plaindealer: What's deeper than being happy and glad that the kids are safe and sound and reunited with their parents?
I guess deep thinking is to be sad, unhappy, mad and upset because the school kids are safe and sound with their parents.
plaindealer: What's there to gain by staging massive kidnapping of hundreds of kids and suffer unnecessary bad press, publicity and attention? Where is the value in that, even political value?
These afenifere jokers are getting more and more absurd and irrelevant.
I understand your sentiment but your thinking is not that deep. I'm expecting the kidnappers arrest.
Nbotee: Exactly...lolzzz. Imagine an award Samuel Eto'o and Drogba won while past their best in Turkey says a lot about the award.. Dis one na compensation in advance
The award is also shared by Ronaldo Delima, Zidane, Ronaldinho et all does that mean they're irrelevant too?
splashbaby: We are talking of Sowore here block head, and not Buhari. Protest by Buhari (Political) is quite different from that of Sowore owner of Saharareporter and social activities who wants to continue his activism and also politic. Your ability to comprehend is really poor. Next time don't jump on topics you know nothing about.
What I said is simple... How is a politician no morally right to stage a protest, you're abusing yourself. Buhari can protest, Sowore cannot because he's an activist and a politician. You're not making any sense.
EndYahoo: If you had taken time to study this rubbish you wrote up there instead of spitting out everything that comes out of your mouth. This life will be better. The Fundamental right to freedom of movement cannot be infringed on the basis of civil disobedience. It is not a known defence in law for an action brought under the Fundamental human right Enforcement Rules. Lekki massacre that allegedly happened in Lagos and is even being investigated cannot be a basis to become a public nuisance. A mumu will always be a mumu
In other words, extra judicial killing is tge punishment for civil disobedience. I will not reply you again. You're too shallow for me.
Armanipounds: keep your mouth shut! the protest by Deji and Sowore right now has political colorations! where was Sowore when the protest was at it's peck after he was humiliated in Lagos where he went to seek attention the last time! only for him to resurrect now and start leading a kangaroo mini protest! you are the brainless one here!
Yet to there's no young candidate fearless enough to fight against the oppressors like him
splashbaby: Read my post carefully once more and quit your profound ignorance rather. I am not making reference to constitutional right, here I am talking about moral right and reasoning... You did comprehension in school to enable you understand things and not to screw them... Na you Bleep up
Cognitive dissonance Your logic have been defeated ...did General Buhari protested or not before he became President? Be thinking before you post on Nairaland.
IkpuNnegiEwu44: If all the youth will vote for sowore, these old politicians will take us serious. But when election reach, Thieefnubuu supporters, Mumumadu Buhari Urchins and Orji Kalu supporters will collect 1k and sell their conscience
those ones get sense. The reason through their anus. It's a sad thing.
