A lot has changed since 1967. I believe more efforts should be channeled into IGBO parts of old Eastern Region. Many Igbos are trapped in Benue, Delta, Rivers, etc.

If an Ijaw man doesn't want to join Biafra, and the Igbo man in Oyigbo wants to opt out of Nigeria, both can still happen, and everyone goes home fine.

SC has held that the 21 days notice doesn't matter IF INEC monitored the meetings/Congress/convention. I can't remember the case, but the court was like If hearing notice was not served on a party, and such party later heard about the hearing and appeared, he can't ask court to nullify the proceedings on the basis of non service of hearing notice. Lol.

Wen taking a deeper look at Igbo history kingship, these figures were family patriarchs who grew into importance and thus exerted some form of influence over their 'subjects', which were really family or clan members.

In ancient Igboland, which operated under a compound system, each compound was like a small town in itself. It housed a larger family made up of several families and was headed by a partriach which was the traditional custodian of the family land.

Even being termed as kings even though their role was not as such.
