I do not see an outright ban but rather a restriction on activities on dom accounts which would help strengthen the naira. A good move now that we need it. |
erekoshe:Hi, could you give an explanation on how his account balance read zero when he tried checking his balance. I guess a staff made an account wipe and reversal only to later claim error or a technical staff had a software patch installed on the bank's server that gave him zero balance when queried. maga1 whoever had access view of your account from the bank's portal is the main suspect. If the bank is stonewalling have your lawyer supoena the bank's logs for whom it was that was monitoring your account at said time. |
McCarlito:Was this at an access bank ATM? Happened to me at the Ojoo branch in ibadan and the bank claims I received the money. My bank has contacted them for video coverage and over a month now they have been stalling. |
Alonzo4g:Great, thanks for asking dear. |
Alonzo4g:There is something called political suicide which could happen if reply is delayed |
55 million to pay for secretariat power generation is just outrageous. if the gov is truthful about no money then he should manage resources well and cut wastages. no wonder the state fell into debt. |
apogeez:yeah yeah, that's true I remember. my bad. |
apogeez remove the exclamation mark from the title to give correct message. cheers |
Normally a bank should give a red letter and grace period before claiming a defaulter's properties. Also what is the role of a guarantor if not to be made aware of a default and pay up if able to do so. For someone that paid up to the last payment it is obvious the bank was not interested in having her pay up but interested in her belongings. The CBN should probe the bank for bank practices as this is against the purpose of microfinance banks to help SMEs and low income earners not vulture on them. Their licence should be revoked too. Lastly always ask for time to study terms and conditions biko. |
fayose4real, what your lady has is the phobia of security most ladies of this generation have. you prove her future is secured with you and she would be yours forever. all the best |
They could be registered with their NYSC certificates. Since all employers are enjoined to ask for NYSC certificates the numbers of the employed could be captured and the in case they are layed off they only need update that as well. Ex-corpers not on that list is the difference from the total discharged corpers to the employed ex-corpers. Problem solved. Helps build up the national employment database sef. |
My Husband Has Idolised Me And Now I'm Fed Up. Need Help compared to My Husband Has Turned Me To A Punching Bag https://www.nairaland.com/1366681/husband-turned-me-punching-bag The above is a link that appears as a related thread to this thread you created enstack. A further look at your post suggests you are not the original lady involved but a friend of hers that wants her to come over to nairaland and see people's reaction and their views. enstack:Your hubby has his flaws but I believe you are the one extreming this love. Over many years of observation, I realised that people end up despising most what they at one time appreciated. A good conversationalist becomes talks too much A wonderful smile becomes always shing teeth without control Same old thing but being too close changes how one perceives it later He was a typical virgin and was new and I was his first girlfriend. So I felt comfortable with him. He was so kind and loving so I agreed to marry him.Simple don't ask for anything if you don't really need it. In case you already have gotten it you could simply return it. Problem solved The other day he was watching the soccer game and I just jokingly mentioned how boring it was and I would prefer the faith channel. He changed the channel to the faith channel just like that.Secretely a lot of ladies at your work place would 'kill' I mean it really kill to be the synosure of all eyes that an hubby would create time at his to call then or do you feel that those that have not been receiving such do not want it? Even at work he would be calling me and texting me I am even scared he would loose his job if his employer finds out.Seriously depriving him for weeks! This man has segregated himself by singling you out as his sex partner and no other. Try get this orientation about sex. He has every right to use your body to satisfy his sexual desires same as you have his. Apostle paul refers to this as regular marriage relations. Do not feel as if you are doing him a favour. If you feel his libido is too high try get him a intimacy gadget to balance the time you are incapacitated to join him. On the other hand it could be you are not getting a kick out of sex as you should be, might be he comes too early or does not know all the tricks he should be performing. Tell him to get educational knowledge to up his forte (definately not porn). His friends or good google search should help him out on 'how to please your woman in bed'. By the time he gets it right you probable might be the aggressive one. Ever seen anyone spit out good honey? I have no time for myself.. he is always around. Sometimes if I say no to his advances for sex he would act like I am a wicked woman who has cheated him or rubbed him of his right. He would give me the silent treatment for weeks until I give in.Forget that thing or do you believe that those women agreeing with you that he is a woman wrapper because you said so do not wish to have his digits and get back to him later on only to play a recording of you saying so and work their way to being 'the woman who appreciates him'. Men do follow their women to salons not a biggie. sorry if your 'friends' are not so lucky. On Sunday he insisted on going with me to the salon and it's now embarrassing as every Sunday my mates in the salon would gossip about how my husband is the only man amongst women making their hairs because his wife is there.I can relate to this. My wife once mistakingly felled the baby in her arms and I said nothing. She later came around to say it pained her more that I did not accuse her than if I did. I laughed. Why step on someone that is already on the floor. It was obvious it was unintentional. The day I returned home 11pm due to huge traffic jam, I was expecting him to be furious like any other man.. he was with all smiles even offered me water and collected my bag and books. Christ.Wait who is the one asking for silly things - you. Who is the one complaining when he does them - same you. Now who is the source of the problem? The bible recommends that men love their wives. You have also agreed that he is kind and has love. He just cares. Well maybe excessively but you have the power to control how it goes. I need sincere help. I told his family that I'll file a divorce if this continues as I cannot live like this. It's no longer love but idolatry. I thought it's wives that are submissive.. he is the one submissive. Anything I ask... he grants even silly things. Things that a real man would query before granting. There is no way you do not know his salary or financial projections considering you virtually control him yet you went on to 'spend excessively'. No kill this man. Do not take his gentility for granted. I am sure that if I ask him to bathe in acid he would do it. I'm sick and tired of this marriage. Just a year. The last quater he gave me his ATM to spend when I went for training in Abuja. When I was spending excessively he was quiet about it until I returned and found it he was broke that i wrecked him. I was wondering what happened to him. Why didn't he talk? You know he would assent to all thing involving you, you ask for it, he gives you and you end up complaining about him listening to your desires. He has chosen to be to you a friend married rather than a professional husband which I can assuredly say is the better of the two. If you simply do not want him just let him go rather than do as if you are doing him a favour by staying in the marriage. One thing I do know is that man you so despise for what you call feminity is one in a million. Manage him well and you would reap its fruits. Do otherwise and you would also reap its fruits. When the years have gone by you would have one story or the other to tell. By the way I am pro #noDivorce and you deserve to be happy. I know you will do the right thing. Wishing you well my dear - Teemy |
True this is a case of accidental discharge due to carelessness. If faulty weapons was a norm with firearms, gun making companies would be faced with litigations upon litigations for not providing safety measures. Guess the man failed to put his safety on. His entire team squad should be made to undergo phschological evaluation and his boss querried on if he monitors their safety and skill abilities. |
makzeze:No religion would agree to false testimony. Your boss in trying to make you feel good is involving you in a bad practice that has been going on overtime. Do no enlist yourself in that group. You get there and stay there till discovered. Say your thanks but reject the offer based on your beliefs and value system. Wishing you he best - Teemy |
The big Q is if they can produce so much wealth themselves why look for customers. Good thinking is enough to show that there is always one 'ish' somewhere. |
Another way to look at this is that foreign markets are being sustained by cash from a so called 'third world country'. Moral here is we have all it takes to be greater as a nation. |
veraponpo, no one wants public officials to live pauperly but in this case the provision of car loans has been made also the prices are not correlative. well if this stands i hope they would listen to the minimum wage upward review coming soon. |
Karma has a way of bitibg back at critical momenys lol. "Do unto others as you want them do unto you" in your case was exact. Take this chance to look back and forward on your lifestyle and go for a better choice swaggprofessor. Take care dear. |
bummiaj:Give the benefit pf doubt and list your and your relative's specific issues and order numbers and see if they are willing to live up to a good or bad name. |
Seems the problem here is that she is a 'maid' and you are a 'wife' in that house. Let's just skip the part where you should not be living with someone you are not yet married to for now and focus on the one you brought up. She is human too and someone's daughter and in the future a lovely wife to a wonderful man as well. If her present conditions say she would be in your 'house' for now it does not justify her being treated as a slave just because you pay her fees. She was brought in for a reasona and she is fulfilling that part dutifully. ima30:If she had helped you packed your clothes from the blues wouldn't you be scared? Shows there is a love vacuum between you both. I did laundry the other day came back and met the clothes soaked on the clothing line with all the rain that fell, meanwhile she brought in every other persons cloth inside. There is no rule that says she must greet you first and she is not meant to serve you for that matter. How do I get her go? I don't like her one bit. She just basically work for the brother and his wife. I can't even send her to buy me matches. She calls me by name, would not greet. My guy told her to stop all these things, she still didn't listen. Please. Why not call her closely without any attitude whatsoever and have a heart to heart talk with her and know what is bugging her and you explain your issues with her. You see a terrible maid, she sees a terrible oga's wife. Ask her what she feels you are doing wrong and tell her hers. Find a nutral ground and let bith parties commit to making positive changes. As nawtibownie said you guys could just be the best of friends. Lastly you do need to get a home of your own at least your parents are not rejecting you. Plan a future of a great matrimonial home with your bae in your own place to avoid friction with others in the future. Let me say this, you are lucky it is the main and not your future sis-in-law you get issue with. Remember to talk to her she o gbo dear (the maid). Wishing you well - Teemy |
I have never had the chance to go to a town hall meeting to chat with the senator of house or rep honorable in charge of my area. A chance for him to give the breakdown of what he has in store for our locality and how more relevant we can be on the national/global scape. Whether for real impact or for show Ben Murray Bruce has at least shown an example of what should be done and followed and not one that a lawmaker comes and goes in the night after a beer parlor jamboree with party supporters. This is what we need, this is what we deserve. With time even your voice would get to the national assembly if more of this takes place across the nation. He has reported his work and headed back with more info. I was not there but at least he has given proof of being at the right place doing what he should be doing and not at election time for that matter. At least I see hope. |
i commend the school for encouraging the students towards an intellectual future. i recommend the school list reasonable minimum requirements as some have better systems than what a 70k system could give and getting extra would be a waste. |
that was epic malvisguy212. a little twist to either tone or paused timing could create or destroy depending on the weapon(words) holder. i believed the compiler was looking for true answers initially until i started getting to clear cut ones but I believe some would have a thing or two to gain from irrespective though. You see,CONTEXT is really the thing that |
UyiIredia:on the contrary supersuave was not the original compiler of the list but just brought it here for all to help out in giving answers. |
OAM4J see if you could add this for this weekend treat as a complement to the original frontpage thread. |
which would be your pick when asked to choose between marrying a 'professional husband/wife' or a 'friend'? |
mazeltov:Apart for the name callings this thread has been informative and exciting as well. A very nice debate I would say. If indeed there was war and one side was losing and the winner was pressing on, an nuclear apocalypse would be unavoidable. The powers that be would never let this happen but call the two big boys to a round table conference. Truth be told a solo super war machine is not good for the globe which is why putting aside UN resolutions the US could attack Iraq under false pretenses and in violation of international law only to claim later that Russia was disobeying International law in the Ukraine crisis when it suited them(not justifying Russia here either). A third war god is needed to balance things but China is too busy fighting an economic war to make money afterall after your wars you would still need money to rebuild. In the scenario of a nuclear war once the first nation presses the launch button and the warhead is enroute in space and the trajectory is known to be headed towards opposing country, there is more than enough time for the second country to open up all it's missile silos and 'well we might be destroyed in a period of 30 minutes but in less than an hour after your first bomb drops all of mine would be dropping all over your sitting room'. Add the fact that other rival countries would cash in on the ICBM chaos in space to wipe out an enemy of long standing. It would be an holocaust without end. Reminds me of Einstein's words that summarises as "I don't know what WW3 would be fought with, but WW4 would be fought with sticks and stones". Let US congress no mind the war monger jare, he is just trying to rake in more funds for his Iron Man suit at the detriment of tax payers with a fear that would not be needed as long as they stay off Russia's way in Syria. Afterall they let ISIS rise just immediately after they left Iraq (was it not intentional?). |
and this whole thread started because a US military officer was trying to justify increased arms funding with russian long range cruise missiles no one knew existed and performed better than the known best and fearing what else russia was hiding. |
irrespective of who won the last election the winner would sleep each night with headaches trying to balance high number of projects with limited resources. every man should use his head to plan on the future and not let politicians cook zobo for you |
pdp had its faults, let's keep that in the cooler for today. dangote would not promise to invest in another country without prior analysis so a willing president would have an idea of the state of things before contesting. it was just emotional ploy. |
Realy interesting writeup. Abeg no crack person ribs o but naijasingle girl where are the pictures? |
it is short term as the lesser demand for bdc would create lesser pricing of the dollar. just a spike in the wrong direction. |
