Usually it's from compromised data, not staff. The way it happens, the fraudster send phishing email used to capture credentials.. The call is to harvest the pin/ token as he couldn't get it from anywhere.

A staff that can harvest ur data from the back end database can reset ur pin and use it to move money without contacting you. Besides, they'll contact people with the big money since they have all the details..


So its definitely not a staff.. You may have fallen for phishing before now..a week, a month ago etc.

Hi, could you give an explanation on how his account balance read zero when he tried checking his balance. I guess a staff made an account wipe and reversal only to later claim error or a technical staff had a software patch installed on the bank's server that gave him zero balance when queried.

maga1 whoever had access view of your account from the bank's portal is the main suspect. If the bank is stonewalling have your lawyer supoena the bank's logs for whom it was that was monitoring your account at said time.

Was this at an access bank ATM? Happened to me at the Ojoo branch in ibadan and the bank claims I received the money. My bank has contacted them for video coverage and over a month now they have been stalling.

Normally a bank should give a red letter and grace period before claiming a defaulter's properties. Also what is the role of a guarantor if not to be made aware of a default and pay up if able to do so. For someone that paid up to the last payment it is obvious the bank was not interested in having her pay up but interested in her belongings.

True this is a case of accidental discharge due to carelessness. I have never had the chance to go to a town hall meeting to chat with the senator of house or rep honorable in charge of my area.
