If your projected monthly revenue is in excess of the monthly loan repayment, then why not, i will prefer you source the loans from friends and acquaintances.

I don't blame you given the unemployment statistics in Nigeria. if you were to be living in a society with low level of unemployment like Canada, you would not think twice before forwarding your resignation letter.

I hope you do remember that whoever is at the center controls the nation? This feat is easily achievable by just killing all rouge politicians and the rest is history. This is what kaduna nzeokwu started out but too much anger, unimaginable chest beating and unprecedented tribalism spoilt the show. They would've succeeded if they killed ALL ROUGE POLITICIANS irrespective of tribe or gender, Nigeria would've been a better place today.
.

Sadly nothing would have changed... because the black man in them would just after a while become the reincarnation of all those they killed...

As painful as your statement was, i had to give you a like, because as much as i believe in strength in diversity, the small band of northern leaders are stiffing development in the North which sadly has a sort of ricochet effect on the south.
BusinessRe: The Rise And Fall Of Online Retail In Nigeria by TheAlchemist: 10:41am On Feb 12, 2018
tensazangetsu20:
The only thing killing online retail in Nigeria is prevalence of wicked third party merchants which flood the online stores with fake items. Most online stores in Nigeria rely on third party merchants instead of getting their own merchandise. Even amazon that has existed for more than 20 years has just 49 percent third holder seller share. Jumia and Konga relied so much on third party merchants forgetting the kind of country they were in. If you want to run an online retail store in Nigeria, get your items and sell them. India has all of what you have talked about and e commerce thrives there.
,

There is nothing wrong with Jumia or Konga business philosophy, this has been successfully applied by companies such as uber and taxify in the transportation sector.

What bothers me is that non of the really intellectual pastor has said "Freeze i am ready to talk the issue of Tithing with you on live radio"... This matter is so important and yet it seems all Pastors in Nigerian (PIN) are scared... Could it be that Freeze could be right... Putting emotions and sentiments apart all of Freeze argument has been supported by scriptural facts... it is obvious that either most Nigerians do not study their bible or seek another form of JESUS!

Thank God for the vision of Ambode for the Lagos City Marathon, what Fashola did not consider necessary... if Fashola is a froward thinker as people accord him, he should have been disturbed that through out 8 years of his tenure Lagos did not experience a single marathon race.
There must be a reason why great cities organise a marathon race.
London marathon
Dubai marathon
Chicago marathon
New York Marathon
Cape Town Marathon
Accra Marathon
Mumbai marathon
Berlin Marathon
Paris Marathon
the list are endless... great cities always have a marathon race to showcase the mental and physical resolve of its citizens.

A well organised marathon can be a means of developing Lagos Tourism potentials, nationals from all over the world would travel to be part of a world class marathon race, hotels would all be fully booked and foreign exchange would be earned....

Lagos is big enough to have at least 2 world class marathon event in a year... Eko O ni Baje O,
Thank you governor Ambode, Access Bank and the good people of Lagos State.

Silvermoney:
You're talking from the perspective of a store owner or associated stakeholder. But what about paying before delivery and then one rubbish that is different from what was advertised is delivered to you? Then you complain and seek a refund but it takes eternity. Because the company has your money, they feel they have the luxury of doing shakara for you. These are the fears many Nigerians have, and these are very valid fears. As long as these kinds of issues remain rife, then pay before delivery would never work. Simple.

It's just like how you try to withdraw your money at an ATM, you're debited, but the money doesn't come out. And then it takes weeks or even months in some cases to get your money back. That's a bitter experience that nobody can tolerate. So yeah, it's really a two way thing. A systemic problem in Nigeria where nothing works.
Let me add to your list, or when you buy a virtual top up card for your phone and mistakenly enter a greater amount than planned.... when you try to get the error corrected, that is when you will tossed like yo-yo between your bank and the telecom firm. Every one is out to scam you one way or the other. The banks could have designed their mobile banking app to prevent such errors but like the LASMA officials that pray for you to mistakenly enter a one way traffic.... All your plea that there was no sign to show it is one way would fall on deaf ear. Most Banking mobile app have been designed with such hidden intentions to scam their customers.

Sometimes ceos focus too much on technology forgetting that you can not remove excellent customer service as a prime mover in customer retention! For Zinox to succeed with this acquisition they must ensure they change the mindset of their employees.. the key word going forward should be the "the customer is king".

BIG LIE... Isreal is not ...they will be the last nation to do dt....
Homosexual Cripples Your Life, Your future and Cripples your Destiny...
Elton John is an homosexual,,, is songs those not sound crippled... When later in life i realized his sexual preference,, i really wanted to stop liking is songs, honestly i can not be the judge.
The current CEO of APPLE is an homosexual, i do not see the collapse of apple computers.
Sin is Sin, there is no big or little sin, although i want to believe there are different level of consequences for certain Sin. I am not God Almighty so i can not be the judge.
I assure you all our corrupt leaders that have stolen billions of dollars, that have stashed millions of dollars in foreign account, are actually worse than an Elton John, or Tim Cook.
You have no idea what corruption does to a society, especially corruption at such monumental level. while homosexuality may cripple an individual destiny (in the spiritual realm), corruption as practiced by our leaders, actually cripples a nation destiny (putting millions of innocent people life at risk).

Christianity EtcRe: Nigerian Mega-rich Pastors Living In Million Pound Homes Prey On Believers - UK by TheAlchemist: 11:59am On Jan 08, 2018
Statsocial:
As Pastor Kenneth Hagin of blessed memory once said "when it comes to the issue of church finance there is a thin line between the Permissible and the Objectionable".

Meanwhile this Journalist went on a fault-finding mission and definitely when you go out to find fault you would definitenely find one. This is not to say there are no fraudsters out there fleecing people in the name of God...

I think it is high time that Religious organizations everywhere are mandated to give a complete and thorough financial review to members of the Church and the Public- I think with that, members can fully understand what their money is being used for... Church finances being clouded in secrecy does no one any good and it gives these ill-willing Atheists opportunity to exploit those controversies and derail some.

I also still believe that the Church expenditure and income which should be made completely open for all to review must FOREVER be Tax Exempt.
Pastors now need to show more financial transparency, open their financial books for the public to see, but you and i know that will never happen!
Christianity EtcRe: Daddy Freeze Replaces 'Prosperity Doctrine' With 'Free Doctrine' by TheAlchemist: 11:34am On Jan 08, 2018
I listened to freeze on radio yesterday, he made a lot of sense... A lot of Pastors would not like that he is actually exposing their deception. Pastors have turned the bible into simply a money making venture... Freeze emphasized that the Gospel of Christ should simply be about "LOVE", Our pastors have gotten themselves entangled into so much material acquisition, that one begins to ask where is the LOVE? My church is bigger than yours, i have more members than yours, i have more branches than yours, i have more posters showing my smiley teeth adorning all the billboards in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt... surely this can never be what the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is about.
In his radio message, Freeze, talked about homosexuality going on in come churches, i was surprised, he was aware of such things, i almost fell a victim, during my university days, guess what the person was supposed to be a deliverance leader in one of those churches that specializes in deliverance ministry! Imagine the kind of hands he has been laying on peoples head!
Sadly Freeze may not make much impact, because the dawn of the Fraudulent Generation (FG) is here, this is a generation that wants their pastors to preach what they want to hear and not really the Gospel Truth!

MATT 15:8

Pastors must first and foremost consider their safety first, if they are not around who would win the great number of souls for the Kingdom, secondly Pastor must consider the exchange rate, if the exchange rate makes sense, they might be tempted to send one of their least preferred junior pastors to such unsafe country to try to establish a branch! Modern day Church business as practiced by Nigerian Pastors is all about making money!

The Great Commission is about preaching the Gospel where it had never been preached before.

Ask yourself, has the Gospel been preached before in those places where Nigerian pastors establish their churches? So, where is the link between what they are doing and the Great Commission?

Winning souls or earning hard cool foreign currencies, which one logically makes mores sense?
I strongly believe that all churches especially the Pentecostal churches should start publishing their audited accounts, to the public this is one way, Pastors can show that they are not into the Ministry because of pecuniary gains.
