The outdoor event might be too cold for Mr. President. He needs to listen to his doctors advice, just trying to make sense of his absence.
Alternatively google Map may have directed Mr. President to the wrong venue.
Alternatively village people might be at work.

Mr. President needs to take care of his health. May the Good Lord heal him of his various ailments.

Aremu you are already on Efcc radar!

When Public funds are not judiciously used.. then that is corruption. It is not every time Mr. President must travel out of the country. Nigeria is in dire straits is presence is needed more at home than abroad.

Thumbs up, keep it up Oga Olopa!

What specific difference has desmond elliot made.. watching this soap opera in 4d over a a 5 g network in Mongolia

HigherEd:
That is really not just a prophecy but a visionary drive. The University has a solid strategic plan on how to bring this to reality.

And you would be amazed what Nigerian lecturers can do when backed by solid funding. The church is very willing to bankroll this venture. If anything i am very certain CU's dept of Economics has what it takes to produce a Nobel Prize Winner in Economics.

What really is the biz of the church?

hisexcellency34:
Seriously. Buhari just rubbished him with that useless appointment. How can one man successfully handle three key portfolios?

.

Simple... through a process called "Delegation".

technuel:
All they know how to do is borrow borrow and borrow. They borrow to finance Capital Projects they borrow to finance recurrent expenditure. What a country.

Borrowing to finance recurrent expenditure that is the real disaster.

What could have necessitated handling it over to Catholic church when they could manage it themselves?

Perhaps he wants to focus on his calling and avoid unnecessary distractions.

Please help me understand... a lady enters a cab fails to focus on the beautiful views that dot lagos island but instead decides to focus on the zipper of her cab man...

moral lessons : Two friends can actually cooperate to build a multi National company.

Peter and Paul okoye please take note

I would have expected government energy policy in the North would be massive investment in solar energy ... let every region harness its comparative advantage to the overall benefit of the nation.

One day, a white man will remember tortoise and want to build something like it, so we all can move from place to place with our houses

CSTR1005:
If kemi does not see jail time, then I know Nigeria is an unfortunate country ..
We need to use the likes of kemi as an example on the rule of law.

Punish her to the full extent of the law. Set a deterrence.

We are not animals in this country without the rule of law.

Haba, she has resigned lets not forget she had some policies, like Whistle blowing, Voluntary Assets Income Declaration etc..

SoNature:
Let's not be fooled...no Nigeria’s president from the north will restructure Nigeria

I think the best bet is to vote for Buhari and endure for the next four years. Afterward, a southerner will restructure the country

A Nigeria's vice president is a nobody

Both how practicable is it to truly restructure the country with a dominant northern house of assembly and a federal constitution designed to favour the North.

DelNifty:
VP Osinbajo really missed the point here about restructuring? Each region managing their resources and growing at their own pace will definitely make them sit tight, if the north had no free oil money they would definitely look for alternatives even in tourism and hold their leaders accountable and same is applicable to other regions. True federalism means the Government will only survive on tax & regulate the economy while the private provide jobs through investments. Please sir don't confuse us by diverting away from the essence of restructuring. Every one knows corruption is killing us even in your administration.

But the VP is in support of State controlling there resources, deepening Federal Fiscalism, he also stated without fear or favour the need for state policing which is contrary to the President position.

Pastor Paul: I want that car delivered to Nigeria before Friday.

Haphard:
The fault goes to the designer that design the bridge

I think the fault should lie with the maintenance crew or those who evaluate the safety of the bridges on a periodic basis.

I am still puzzled as to why Nigeria is still in this mess, giving the number of men of God in our society? God sees the heart and intention.

AlexRi:
What Alan Paton wrote about God's Love: "This love is not a partial skeptical love which seeks to embrace only those who echo our feelings, hopes, aspirations, likes and dislikes nor is it reciprocal. Rather, it is a love that is trusting and opens towards ALL, both friends and foes. It is unsuspecting and it seeks to win over the opponent even as he may be planning to stab us viciously in the back". There has never been, there can never be and there will never be this kind of LOVE as & outside God's LOVE! bloodofthelamb, keep up the good work. Christ is magnify! Amen!

Wonderful post. Thanks
