Christianity EtcRe: Enenche Of Dunamis Donates Safety Items, Medical Equipment To Combat COVID-19 by Timijo(m): 3:50am On Mar 25, 2020
There must be a publication of it because of people like you who always say that churches are not doing anything to help the masses but only collect their offerings and tithes.
DirtyGold:
Good to support humanitarian causes.

But, must there be a show? Must every little donation be filmed and shown to the whole world?

If you're truly giving freely because of God, you don't need photos and a media crew to publicize it.
God is fully aware of what you give/do and for why.... you don't need men's claps and accolades.

What's tha business?

PoliticsRe: COVID-19: Aisha Buhari Seeks Total Lockdown by Timijo(m): 6:21pm On Mar 23, 2020
You people do not really understand how the presidency works in Nigeria. How many good politicians have you people thought that he will govern well when he becomes the president but when he got to the Rock House he fails woefully? The reason behind their failures is nothing but the cabals, powers that are made to be. A president in Nigeria is like a masquerade that people package and present him to the society as a deity that must be obeyed. A Nigeria President can also be compared to a toothless backing dog or a figure headed leader. The powers behind the president control him and tell him what to do like a robot. If he wants to prove difficult, they will make things difficult for him too.

PoliticsRe: Coronavirus: Buhari “Addresses” Nigerians On COVID-19 (Video) by Timijo(m): 9:17am On Mar 23, 2020
This is why Nigerians are suffering from bad leadership. These statements are set back for the nation: "it doesn't matter who rules, it doesn't matter what he says or does, etc." I'm sure if it were an opposition member that blundered like that you will not spare the person. But it is okay when he is your man. "Worshipper of men." Learn to call a spade by what it is. He pronounced the word wrongly and that is it. In addition, his leadership system is worst and that is if he is the one in charge of the government. Nothing is working positively in the country and people like you keep singing his praises. In a sane country he would have been forced to resign long time ago but Nigerians like deception. (Suffering and smiling.)
Kylekent59:
Let us not be tribalistic or try to politicise the matter on ground.

People are seen here criticising his speech, accent, the way he talks and the duration of his speech.

The one most important thing is that he has addressed the nation. It doesn't matter what he says or not, whether he pronounced the word[COVID_19] correctly or not.

It is high time we stop shifting blames from one person to another, but try as much as we can to fighting and containing the virus.

Abusing the FG, criticising his accent, or any other form of raining abusive words on him won't solve our matter. We just need to endure and carry on.

Anything we are doing or saying, let us try to be diplomatic.

What must be must be, Buhari is still the president of Nigeria, no matter what we say, how we criticise him, make mockery of his accent. These would never remove him from power.

"Bad politicians were not born, but created by some good people who do not vote"

Most of all those people that have been criticising him didn't not vote, and when they don't vote, the others vote for him and he is declared winner. So, whose fault is it?

Allow the president to rule in peace. 2023 is two years and 9 months with some days from now. Then you can correct your mistakes.

At 5, the appearance or turn out of a child is entirely the decision and responsibility of the parents. If a teacher or school has issues with the turn out of a 5 year old pupil, the best is to contact the parents and address it accordingly.

You don't just pick up razor blade and start shaving the hair of a 5 year old without the consent or knowledge of her parents.

Any teacher tries that shyt with me must pay for it. undecided

Believe it or not, there are guys that can easily say no to sex no matter how hard u try to seduce them.
Buh it takes discipline
Yes, you are pretty right. I remember a few years ago when I was in a friend's house. I sat on a chair as I waited for him and this beautiful lady walked inside and sat beside me. She was plaiting her hair when I came in. After a few conversations, she started romancing me but I asked her to stop. She said, "Why?" I told her that I was not interested and she said what will happen than pregnancy if we have sex. So she continued to romance me, then I stood up and left her in the room. This was how I rejected her sexual advances.
There are still many guys like me who are discipline when it comes to sex.

Hello guys. Lately I have just been curious to know the fate of Nigerian's outside the country like your friends and family.

The coronavirus issue is just getting out of hand.
Like have some people you know started making plans to coming back to Nigeria's or like how are they surviving out there. Let's discuss about this.

Pls help move this to front page so we can talk about this.
As for me, my faith is in Christ Jesus and I believe some have a similar belief too. The plague is a worldwide problem, the world is sick and God is the ONLY ONE who can heal the world now. I am saved in Christ Jesus because GREATER is HE that is in me than the virus that is in the world.

Nigerians, here we go again.
First, it was cure for HIV.
Then Ebola.
And now for Coronavirus.... And when they will produce that cure it will be some Alomo Bitters. I'm sure it is the one below that Ewure is talking about.
We are our own problem, if it was one oyinbo that said he has found the cure to the virus, everyone will be jubilating whether it is true or not. But because he his a Nigerian, we are rubbishing his claim without giving him benefit of the doubt. Now tell me, how can Nigeria become a better place that we are clamouring for without supporting our own? The rate at which we devalue ourselves and the country on this platform and other social media is disheartening. We want to be respected in other countries but we disrespect ourselves and our country. We do an unnecessary comparison and say disdain things about the country everyday. You all have forgotten that every country has its own challenges, which ranges from corruption, terrorism, unemployment, poverty, poor health facilities, electricity problem, bad internet and many more. You will not know because those countries with such problems don't go online and expose their problems. But they are seeking for solutions instead of degrading themselves and their countries. Until you go to other countries and mingle with other nationals before you can understand this.

CrimeRe: Emmanuel Ifeanyi Orwunnah: 2 Brazilians Arrested In Turkey Over Murder by Timijo(m): 11:55am On Feb 21, 2020
This is the disparity between Nigerians and the sane Whites. A few weeks ago when the news of the death of that DJ broke the internet, many people here jumped into a wrong conclusion. They said that his death was from fellow Nigerians, some even said that he was into drugs and some concluded that he was probably killed by a rival just because they saw the picture of a white lady.
All the nonsense were said without any investigation.
On the other hand, the Turkish Police Force took their time to investigate the matter and caught those who are connected to his death. Can you see pure sanity? The distance between Nigeria and the developed countries is measureless.

what is official language in nigeria? Hindi? Swahili? Arabic? Spanish? Portugese?
So what's your point exactly?
Yes, the official language in Nigeria is English but bear in mind that it has been diluted by many of our native languages. Every Nigerian child has their mother native language but there is just only one language in England, which is the English language. There are no other languages that interrupt or dilute it as we have it here in Nigeria. Please stop this comparison, anyone that want to match the English speaking standard must do an extra work.

You are right. This is what I tell people, don't woo a girl with money or any material things, but let her love for you flow naturally. If you woo her with money and gifts, you will need to sustain the relationship with the money and gifts too.
As for me, I don't spend my hard earn money on any girl unless we are planning to marry each other. And I still do this with the ultimate self caution because she can still kiss me bye like Oprah along the lane. If you are my wife, I can afford to spend for you. But a girlfriend, NO! I have no resources to waste.

Please I need your advice.

My sister is at the hospital with one of her twins who is seriously ill and I'm in her house taking care of the other twin. I have been here for a week and her husband has been disturbing me for sex. I refused but he is not listening. He touched me while I was asleep and I felt it then I immediately woke up. He pretends to be covering the baby sleeping beside me. I told him i will report him to my dad in the morning. He has apologised and promised not to do it again but I know he is lying because this is not the first time it has happened since I came here.

I can’t go back to sleep and I'm afraid if I close my eyes and sleep, he will come again.

Please should I report him to my dad or give him another chance?

Who is your kid? Is it compulsory for you to make comment here? And who told you that I keep bushy hair? You are just too judgemental and such habit cannot help you. Besides I don't need your silly advice, keep it to yourself. People are talking about misplaced priority of the Nigerian police force and you are here saying nonsense. In your own little mind, everyone that keeps hair is a hooligan or he is into crime, right? If this is the way you and the NPF see such people, then all the celebrities in Nigeria that have dread log and keep long hair should be arrested too.
