@Chacal
Thank you.And this Arrow named tocdee is here erupting nonsense, comparing the absence of Torres from Liverpool to the absence of Ronaldo from Man United.United is covered, with or without Ronaldo.Without Torres,Liverpool is a sitting duck begging to be knocked way off.Remove Gerrard and Liverpool is just a wilted tomato.
@tocdee
Watch yourself. tongue
@sensible Scousers
Never planned to diss your club grin grin You've got tocdee to thank.
That Liverpool need torres is merely stating the obvious but saying they can't succed without him him is very presumptious.

Let's go down memory lane my dear.

When Liverpool knocked Man-u out of the FA Cup, who scoredhuh?- Crouch!
Knocked Chelsea out, -Agger
Beat Arsenal 4-1,  Crouch(3x),Agger!
knocked Barca out- Bellamy, Risse

Common Denominator-RAFA

Now Torres is here and has taken up some responsibility and you reduce Liverpool to  'SITTING DUCKS"? If u want to mock a club, don't hide behind 'supporting it'.

And BTW, man-u had 3(or 4?) consecutive draws at the start of the season and lost to Bolton ALL w/o C.Ronaldo and then u say he's not your 'Torres"?

P.S- My saying You aren't bright in a forum refers to your POST and not your PERSON, ok? I'm a guy (OBVIOUSLY) so I cant be a 'Arrow', can I?

The draw is on friday, march 14th. Who would u like your team to meet in the Quarters? Drop it now. as a gunner i don't care who comes our way, bring it on we're ready 4 ya!
Oh you can say that considering the fact that PSV is not in the list. But let's assume it was christmas and I was a kid, I'd hang up my RED Sock and make a silent prayer for Chelsea to be dropped right in!! grin . I hear they hate to see RED ie Liverpool, Arsenal, Manure, Barnsley, etc.

I'm sure Rafa would love that too.                                                                                                                                                                                YNWA

Congrats But I am still struggling to remember any top team Inter has beaten in Europe in the last few years

Inter is the whipping team of every big club even Villareal
Oh I'm sure u're still struggling to remember the colour of water. Wake up!! Inter IS NOT poor just because they got knocked Out by the Emperors of Europe. Nxt thing u'll say Barca and Chelsea are poor too!!!  wink

Fact-Europe is Liverpool's Playground and Chelsea are their Play things.

Well, even though they're all plastic fans i'm still going to congratulate 'em for a nice Italian job done.Wonder how the game would've gone without Torres though wink Just a thought grin
What about how Man-u would've done against lyon (At old twatford) w/o C-ronaldo, or how arsenal would've done against milan w/o fabregas, or how princess diana would have looked with a beard on!!! Clearly u arent too bright cos Torres is a striker who just did his job like Reina did his wink

dayokanu:
the ref didnt kill the tie inter did. inter does not have a good squad to win big matches in the champions league. lets face the fact without that scandal that hit the italian league inter would NEVER have lifted the league title. maybe roma or milan would have won it but inter don't just have what it takes. when was the last time they actually won a big match in europehuhhuh lack of discipline getting 2 red cards in 2 gameshuh?? overhyped strikers a midfield with no creativity and a defense with no pace. inter need to over haul next summer and set along term plan. ibrahimovic? never impressed me one bit even at juventus. Remember how they fought after the game with Valencia last season,
??

For goodness sake, where did you pull that one out from now (typical). Try watching the serie A for a month and you'll see why inter are regarded as the best team in the world currently. LACK OF DISCIPLINE?? Those fouls were harshly punished IMHO. Inter have not been beaten at home in any competition this season and dont think for one moment that Roma and Milan are better.
They were unfortunate to meet the Pool, very unfortunate, just ask Barca, Juve, Chelsea (2x) what happens when that occurs.

rafa is own worst enemy.
Bgees, I'd hate to disagree wit u but I don't think Rafa is our problem. I think the players need to take the red shirt more seriously. I'm not entirely against rotation cos with the tempo we play, players tend to tire eg Lucas and Gerrard against boro; they looked knackered. secondly he needs money to bring in world class players like Rafinha RB, Quaresma AML, Mancini AMR and David Villa FC. let's face it, our only world class players are:

1. Reina
2.Carragher
3. Agger
4.Mascherano
5.stevie G
6.Torres

and that's not good enough for the title!

happy days ahead.

In my opinion, what makes the movie nice is not the directing, cast, plot nor thrill BUT its atmosphere (if u catch my drift). Its just different in a quiet kind of way. Its like breathing fresh air.

i know i'm talking to myself but hey, thats how I see it. 7 out of 10.

if you like Tchina Arnolds (Chris' Mom), then try getting a copy of the 'Martin' series/sitcom starring Martin Lawrence, though she was a lot younger there. Its old school but brilliant and I feel its better than Everyboby Hates Chis simply cos it's funny AND heart-warming.

racist liverpool tongue . . . . the only team that lines up an all white starting eleven week after week in this globalisation century. i hear they've sold an african and bought another white dude. getting whiter and whiter. i hate them tongue tongue tongue

they'll never win the league and rafa is going down. he has shown great disdain for the black skin/africans. . . . we have the spirit of the game bt he knows it not. aston villa will hold you back in anfield. tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue if not win you guys tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue
What are you? An Arabian? Which club would have given sissoko the kind of backing and patience liverpool have offered him not to talk of pennant, cisse, diouf diao, traore, etc. We wanted malouda but he chose chelsea (french influence). we were linked with etoo. WE Have a black keeper (How many teams do?) and spent 11.5mil on a very 'white' Babel. Oh, and your problem is selling sissoko?!!! Now think; HE was given more chances to prove himself than the white gonzalez, bellamy and don't forget that even garcia and zenden where offloaded. Like ashley cole, diarra, gallas, etc just had swings with other clubs huh

Now if you can point out one Spanish-speaking-African-country -fella, then u have my word, I'll point him out to Rafa over dinner, eh? If not, then do some more research before making such biased statements.

They need just a little injection of confidence.

Thanks for your time. And I love the club, did I say that?

Why all the negativity? I know the reds will bounce back. Late Goals conceded against Luton and wigan only showed the need for defensive cover and a need to have riise replaced, pronto! however, Skrtel (name's missing a few vowels obviously!) and Agger's return bodes well for us. Agger's been missed for 4 months and as an aside; before he got injured, we had the fewest conceded goals and were on 1st on the table. Couple this with the problems off pitch btw rafa and G+H, Alonso, Penant, Torres, hyppia, aurelio, finnan, gerrard, arbeloa (sickness) and momo's horrible displays and u'll see that all's not been that rosy.

I'm not trying to create excuses for the team but when we lose or draw, It DOESN'T mean We Walk Alone. Infact, that's the point and that's why LIVERPOOL IS the Greatest club in England. wink

@ Dayokanu,

Let Benitez win the premiership before he can be mentioned in the same breath as Wenger . . .never mind Ferguson.
2004/05(debut season) 5th in the premiership . . . . .finished 37 points below Premiership winners(Chelsea)
2005/06 . . . . . . . . . . . . 3rd in the premiership . . . . .finished 9 points below premiership winners(Chelsea)
2006/07 . . . . . . . . . . . . 3rd in the premiership . . . . .finished 21 points below premiership winners(Man Utd)

Benitez must be very good . . . . .what should i expect from a Bayern fan . . .
Domestic competititons does not matter to u but if Bayern had finished as league leaders last season they wont be playing UEFA cup with the scums and rats of European football. Shame on y'all.

A tocdee are you smoking reefer? AW won the league and cup double in his first full season with the gunners. . .so what are you going on about?

Benitez has won the CL - that is the only achievement he has over AW, he has absolutely nothing over SAF. These guys have won and performed consistently over the years so don't go making assertions you cannot back up with evidence.
Where on earth did you get that AW piece of legendhuh!!! The same AW that admitted last 2 weeksthat he was fortunate to retain his job due to his good relationship with his bosses. A little History son,

AW joined arsenal in 1996 and won his first trophy in 1998. yes FIRST boy. okay 2 yrs.( Rafa Won ECl in his first and FA in his 2nd.)
http://www.arsenal.com/staffarticle.asp?article=350601&title=Arsene+Wenger&lid=coaching+staff

But then u're an arsenal fan, no? Don't worry it goes with it. I almost got beat up by one of you when I said that Arsenal had been relegated once, Don't even Argue that, son.

Don't get me wrong, I respect SAF and AW, great men BUT I feel if they were judged then as Rafa's being judged now, They would have been found seriously wanting.

Now off to school boy, the bell's ringing!!
