As regards big tummy as a result of diet please understand this...

No matter what you do, limit eating carbohydrate food to once a day and eat more proteins.

Big tummy is very very unattractive and disgusting no matter what causes it...

Not good on guys and worse on ladies... Even me I dey really battle mine

How?

In the morning i drink green tea sweetened with original honey and I eat one egg afterwards and that is my breakfast...

No matter how hungry I am I don't eat my main food for the day until after 3p.m and I can eat my fav carbohydrate whether Eba, fufu, rice or whatever I love to eat and after that no more carbohydrate again till the next day about same time but also in moderation. And please no matter what you do, don't ever eat carb food after sunset cos the hormone needed to work on Carb diet is only effective from sunrise to sun set falling about insulin... If you eat carb at night then be sure to have the byproduct which is sugar go straight to help you get big tummy.

No matter how hungry I get after that time I eat anything but carb diet... Sometimes cashew nut, sometimes fried meat and most times fruits.

Then I do a little excercise that is not too stressful like little press up and walking.

The most important way to burn belly fat is to watch what and how you eat.

I have seen noticeable reduction in my tummy and I'm certain in few months it will be as flat as I want it... It won't happen overnight but it will.

If you are reading this and you still have a flat tummy just thank your stars and implement what I wrote above so you won't wake up one day like me to see how careless you have been.

And lastly please sleep well cos sleep deprivation also causes overweight and visceral fat which is tummy fat.

First and foremost I want you to know that GOD loves you and he will never give up on you.

Secondly please no matter what, don't ever give up on yourself cos as I wrote, God will never give up on you.

Lastly I would love you to connect to your maker to set you to default settings before you ever got messed up with these addictions...

Remember that when a product is faulty, we take it to the manufacturer to fix so the only person that can fix you perfectly is your maker talking about GOD ALMIGHTY.

In order to connect to GOD it is sacrosanct that you go through Jesus christ cos he is the mediator of mankind, in him you will have freedom from addictions so if you are yet to know him I guess the first step is to surrender your life to Jesus and that you can do right now no matter where you are on the surface of the earth.

The Greatest rehabilitative therapy is the one you get from Jesus through the help of the Holy spirit.

The only spirit has the power to break you free from this mess you find yourself and ALL YOU NEED DO is go on your knees and cry unto Jesus and he will surely set you free.

Nobody has the power to overcome addictions of any kind, the rehabs can only do their best but when the Holy spirit comes upon you, all addictions will cease to have dominion over you and you will never believe you were the same person who couldn't do without the addictions.

MASTBATION IS HEALTHY, NEVER A SIN But the problem with it like any other act is that you could get addicted.

It is the addiction that makes it crazy just like people get addicted to alcohol which the intake is not a sin but the excessive intake which leads to drunkenness.

Just like gluttony is a sin as in eating too much so you kinda wonder how eating too much can be tagged a sin but it is the addiction.
