I have heard countless times that it is better for a man to marry a lady with good character rather than be with a lady with outward beauty and I totally agree with this school of thought...

Nevertheless, I strongly believe that one of the biggest mistakes a man will make is to marry a lady he is not sexually attracted to. The sad twist is that men are visually inclined and they are carried away by what they see but it is not easy for guys to come across a lady with their desired character and who they are also sexually attracted to hence the need to make a compromise.

So, Guys, if you must choose between a lady with an angelic character who you have no sexual attraction for and a lady you are crazily sexually attracted to who does not have the character you desire...Which one of the two would you marry?

Any Nigerian in America who can't afford to pay $1500 monthly on rent is an animal. He should be locked up in a cage. In short your average monthly rent should be $2,000 without sharing the burden with a roommate before i consider you as part of the living.

You are still making the same mistake and I will try to explain one last time.

It's like saying if you are not paying N500k average monthly rent in Naija then it is not worth it.

You have forgotten that the same 500k that will get you a very standard flat in Agege will not even get you one room self in Ikoyi or ikeja.

In like manner if you live in the main cities of U.S U.K or Canada you are most likely to pay more but that does not reduce your standard of living.

I also made reference to the fact that in U.K for instance, £400 can get you a room in London but the same £400 can get you a whole flat just about 2hours drive away from London but that does not reduce your standard of living.

Let me use U.K as a case study and it can't be different in U.S.

Many people in U.K earn average of £1500 after tax.

Amazingly you can spend £1000 a month on rent, transportation, feeding and miscellaneous and still have £500 savings which is about N250k naija money and wait for this...

You will live quality life that many Nigerians dream of.

Uninterrupted power supply, gas, Internet, essential amenities all included in a £400 room apartment and if you go outside London you can get a whole flat for £400.

You spend an average of £200 on organized transportation...You enjoy free first class health services and you have the choice to buy fresh foods and lots more.

I don't want to talk about the benefits that come with legal residence and the ease at which you get quality stuffs without having to pay through your nose.

So stop this ignorance. As I wrote before? It's not a bed of roses but if you are willing to hustle you will get the best out of your sweat and live a good life.

Just that there is easier life in Naija but very hard to make the money to l8ve the easy life.

I have seen both sides and I can tell you that if you have good money please stay back and rough am well but only come at the last resort.

Now don't get it twisted...Nigerians make it big in the western countries cos of the suffering we have been exposed to.

I was amazed when citizens were begging me JJC to borrow them money and I was like WDFVK.

Life in naija is sweet...sweet ladies sweet culture, cheap quality food and lots more except crazy government and harsh living condition...you can owe house rent for months or have a place to run to for accomodation, manouver your ways with some bills but it's not the same outside..owe week rent and you are homeless...you work your ass out for every dime and it is so boring that people don't have time to socialize.

But the fact is that despite all these, Nigerians still excel cos our country has trained us with hardship so much that when you go out there you can't afford to mess up the opportunity.

If anyone abroad sends anyone as little as N5000 please thank that person very well.
