When married,4.
Im sorry i have edited and number 4 is now number five and i muust say you are likely not to have issues in your marriage with this reasonable mindset.

I have conseled many married ladies and 8 out of 10 issues bothers on the sexual infidelity of the man and after i finish talking to them they tend to realize the truth.

No man is worth your stress and while we know there are men who will not cheat on their wives, there is usually no stamp on their heads that they will be faithful.

My write ups are usually deep and very hard for the immature at heart to decipher. I believe if every lady can care less as difficult as it may sound and ignore a philandering hubby, the happier they will be.

My advice for the guy who have decided to tow this lane is to respect the wife n do it far far away and also use a protection to reduce the chance of bringing home sti to the woman at home.

Most men are not nterested in having you leave for another lady but they just want to have a taste of any emotionally vulnulrable lady who brings herself so cheaply to share another lady hubby but wen you start making trouble wiith him and trying to prevent him from unleashing his passion, that is when trouble starts.

A good guy can turn bad and a faithful man can bcome a reckless philanderer so these questions are very vital only for a lady who is faced with the situation.

^^^, forget the IF there_that's just an easy way out, trying to make the statement conditional while subliminally implying that all men cheat. That's the lie they use to encourage women to stay in bondage How are you sure the next man would be better?
*how are you sure he won't beat you too?
*or be a worst cheat.

And a younglady would take it as her destiny to perpetually endure. When my name isn't ndidi... undecided
Timbuktou:
You have answered your first paragraph in your second. There's no need to list that option because it goes without saying that the woman never married or intended to marry a cheater. The cheater was, in the beginning, a "faithful man" wasn't he?

And then you say there's a lie that all men cheat, that's true. It is a lie. But in a case where the woman finds her second "faithful husband" has cheated, what is she to do with the five options listed in the OP? We can address this thread based on the OP or you could just start your own counter-thread. wink
Timbuktou i doff my hat for you because i actualy got so pissed when i read Kachisbarbie comments because just as you reterated,i believe the write up is so clear but then some people just have difficulty comprehending and sometimes i just do not bother explaining.

Thumbs up for clarifying
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Why Only Great ‘toasters’ Get The Best Jobs In Nigeria by Toks2008(m): 12:29pm On Sep 23, 2015
butanep:
It is said that women are moved by what they hear, right? And that if you want to date any lady, you must have a sugar-coated mouth or better still, you must be a great toaster. Though, money and other things come to play here, but most often than not, the guy who usually gets the babe is the one that can sweet-talk the most.

If you have been toasting for long or have dated a pretty lady before because you can talk well, you will relate better with what I just said. Let’s face it, most times, it is not the money or the cool ride alone that trips a lady, the ability to talk well and make her laugh too come handy.  You must say what she wants to hear.

Thus, I believe it is the same skills that you need to get a babe that you also need to get a job. Aside having a good grade and getting all the skills in the world, the ability to package yourself well is very important. Or why else do people make the best effort to look very nice and presentable when they go for interviews? It’s all packaging. And trust me, that’s what you need to get your feet in the door.

However, to get a cool job, your packaging must start right before the interview. Start your packaging right from your CV. If your CV does not hit the right notes with the company you are applying to, you won’t get an interview let alone a job.

Just the way you can't use on line or words to get every girl, the same way you can't use one Cv to get every jobs. You need tailored different kind of Cv that can fit the position you are applying to get. It is better to get a CV for petroleum sector, financial institution, education sector and even communication sector. Just the way jennifer might reject you after wooing her with the sweet words, Jane might accept you even with the same word. Don't tell your self, you don't have any experience on that area, my guy, you have little experience. Just take a history of you life and dig that little thing you have done out, then add it to your CV.

You need to prepare yourself for the interview or test. Just like getting prepared for a date after wooing the lady. This time is the last time you bring out that sweet words and let her know how much you will love to be with her. The same goes to the interviewer too. You have to prepare very well, because it's like the last chance to tell the firm you have what it takes to drive the company forward. You have to use the sweets words ( skills & achievements) to persuade the interviewer you are really an indispensable tool the company need to hire.

Don't give up, be a good toaster and a good good seeker. The job will come very soon. Never get discouraged. You should know that the country doesn't hold you a job,you have to fight to get it.

If you are tired of job haunting, then create a job by setting up a business.

Goodluck.
i pity our youths and teh graduates who go about looking for a job that allows them sit from 8 to 5 and at the end of the month get a salary.

If you are not ready for a marketing job then be ready to tey for house.

Mark my word, many people are about to lose their jobs because many prospective employees are not interested in marketing jobs and without a strong marketing department,.no firm will survive for long.

And finally, believe it or not, the time is coming very soon when there wil no longer be a fixed salary structure and salaries will eb paid based on % profit made by the company each month.

There are scarcity of jobs and yet many graduates are waiting for this same job before they move ahead in life.
I repeat,EXCEPT YOU ARE READY FOR A MARKETING JOB, YOU JUST MIGHT TEY FOR HOUSE....Quote me anywhere.

Look for a good company or bank offering good products and services and walk up to the human resource department and offer to work for commissions, not salaries or even allowances.

If you are good in marketing you will get good commissions and if you are so good then be ready to be absorbed.

Your second class upper or first class won't be of any use if you cant prove how good you are except you are lucky to get a job in one of the government ministries where we have little or no career challenges.

Serious poverty...omase o kai! lost life and a lost soul and ironically 20million was generated as a result of her eternal act of damnation.

Some women can throw caution to the wind when it comes to money matters. I can imagine her situation in hell when she looks down to see how her family have benefited from an act that have damned her soul in hell forever.

Many ladies are no different from this lady and while her case is just about 40k,another lady's case could be for 200k,2million naira or more but the bottom-line is that many ladies can sell their soul for money.

Hello traders, I have been pushed to the wall to put this up to expose a scammer who goes all out to pose himself as a forex trader. I paid him the sum of $1,500 last year August for a 3-month trade investment and as at today 23/09/2015 more than a year after paying him I am yet to get my capital not to talk of the profit. The sad part is that I took a loan to pay him. His name is Tope, he relocated from Ibadan to Lagos. I will put up his picture, address and numbers if I dont get my money by Friday. I believe so many traders know him because he claims he has 10 years of trading experience
Please madam there are scammers everywhere and these set of people are the ones giving this business a terrible tag.

Did you pay into his account? If yes then your case is a simple one as you can easily trace him using appropriate agencies using the details of the account or his mobile number and if you paid him cash then you can still use his phone number registered details..

And the number one rule in doing business with people is that you must do a very due diligence before striking a deal with anyone or company.

sometiimes when i read comments like this i tend to wonder why youths of today can not make intellectual comments.

Just read your response again and see how it lacks substance.

Anyways im not here to promote polygamy neither am i interested in the act but im always pragmatic about my opinions which has nothing to do with my personal belief.

Now read this.

law on Polygamy

The Scriptures are clear that polygamy was,
and still is today, a valid form of marriage.
God nowhere condemns godly men for
having more than one wife. Abraham had a
wife, and then he married her maid (Genesis
16:2-4); Jacob married Leah and Rachel
(Gen.29:23-30; 31:17; 32:22) and then he
married Leah and Rachel's handmaids, Zilbah
and Bilhahand (Genesis 30:1-24; 37:2);

Judge Gideon had many wives and a concubine
(Judges 8:30-31); Elkanah married Hannah
and Peninnah (1 Sam.1:2); David married
Abigail and Ahinoam (1 Sam.25:42-43;
30:18), then later took more wives (2
Sam.5:13) at Jerusalem (1 Chron.14:3);

In 2 sam.12:7-8, God gave David these multiple
wives as a blessing, just as anointing him as
king over Israel, protecting him from Saul,
and giving him the house of Israel and Judah
were also blessings from Him;

King Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines (1 Kings 11:1-3); Ashur married Helah and Naarah (1 chron.4:5); Shaharaim married Hushim and Baara (1 Chron.8:cool; Abijah had 14 wives

(2 chron.13:21); Jehoiada the priest had 2
wives (2 Chron.24:3). Also, God never
condemned ungodly men for having more
than one wife either: Lamech (Gen.4:19),
Esau (Gen.36:2,6), King Rehoboam had 18
wives (2 Chron.11:21);

King Belshazzar had many wives (Dan.5:2-3). In addition, after war-time, many women would marry one man because of the shortage of
men available due to there being killed
(Isaiah 4:1).

We find our brother Paul referring to the
polygamy of Abraham without a hint that it
was sinful (Galatians 4:22).
When we study the Old Testament law
concerning polygamy, we find that when the
singular "wife" is used, those laws could
apply to monogamy or polygamy (Deut.
22:13, 22), and when the plural "wives" is
used, those laws only apply to polygamy.
(Deut. 21:15-17).

The Law stated that a man
could take another wife as long as he still
provided for his first wife (Exo.21:10). This is
what the apostle Paul calls "due
benevolence" (1 Cor.7:3).

The law protected the rights of the first born son concerning his inheritance in the case where the father
preferred another wife over his mother
(Deut. 21:15-17).

The law commanded that any man who had
sex with a virgin was to marry her (Deut.
22:28-29). There is nothing in this text that
supports the idea that only single men are to
marry in this instance. This law protected and
ensured the woman that her food, clothing,
and marital rights and duties would not be
diminished. This also protected the woman
from the reproach of not being able to find
another man to be her husband because she
was no longer a virgin and, furthermore the
reproach of possibly never being able to have
children. The man, single or married, needed
to be responsible for his fornication and the
woman needed to be protected.

The law commanded a man to marry the
widow of his deceased brother's wife if he
had no children with her (Deut. 25:5-10).
Again, there is nothing in this text that
supports that this law was limited to only
single brothers.

The law did have some restrictions on
polygamy, such as a man not marrying the
sister or mother of his wife (Lev. 18:17, Lev.
20:14). Another restriction admonished the
king against the acquisition of too many wives
(Deut. 17:17), and, in particular, foreign
wives, because they would tend to tempt him
towards their gods (1 Kings 11:1-cool.

Solomon sinned, not because of the fact that he had many wives, but because he married women from foreign countries, and he did not tear down their places of worshipping false gods
(Deuteronomy 7:3). It would also appear
that Solomon broke this law in that he
multiplied seven hundred wives and three
hundred concubines to himself (1 Kings
11:3). Solomon abused the right to take
more than one wife and no doubt had
difficulty in meeting the sexual needs of so
many women. David, on the other hand, did
not break this law, as was discussed earlier
(2 Samuel 12:7-cool.

If i were you,i will just back up my comments intelligently with a quote from teh bible and for the recoreds let me quote where DEACONS ARE ADVISED to be a man of one wife

Qualifications for Overseers
…2An overseer, then, must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, prudent, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3not addicted to wine or pugnacious, but gentle, peaceable, free from the love of money. 4He must be one who manages his own household well, keeping his children under control with all dignity…1 Timothy 3:2-3

So please i want to learn from you so im waiting for your biblical quote where polygamy was counted a sin.

Honestly i would like to learn.

Polygamy may not be dvisable but its not a sin and infact polygamy is tye answer to the prayers of some ladies like

1.Over aged single ladies in their lates 30s or 40s
2.Single mothers that are widowed
3.Female divorcees

And so on.

It takes maturity to understand these things bro.
FamilyBefore you divorce your Adulterous hubby by Toks2008(op):
All over the world, women divorce their hubbies for so many reasons but statistics have shown that infidelity tops the list especially in this part of the world where polygamy has become the norm, but the question is;does it make sense for a lady to divorce her hubby over infidelity when same man can as well decide and indeed marry more wives?

I want ladies to understand this one vital point that most and i mean MOST HUSBANDS will cheat on their wives even if they are married to angels and the fact that your husband cheats on you does not mean he does not deeply love and desire you.

Please don't get it twisted...Not all men cheat and adultery is a sin before GOD and all adulterers be a man or woman shall end up in hell but i am not here to preach any sermon but to face reality head on.

Many ladies are always quick to say they can not stand an adulterer as a husband and some will threaten to rain fire and brimstone on a philandering hubby but in case you discover your hubby cheats on you please what would you do?

1.Would you rather leave your marriage, remain single and celibate for life?

2.Would you rather leave your adulterous hubby and start sleeping about with other men who are probably randy or husbands of other women?

3.Would you keep changing the new man to start all over with another if he also cheats on you?

4.Would you prefer to stay with an adulterous hubby and also shamelessly philander about in the bid to seek a revenge?

5.Would you prefer to stay with a philandering hubby, live a decent lifestyle and focus on your life and that of your children and just see him as a sex partner warning him to use protection if he must eat out?

6.Would you prefer a sexually decent hubby to take a new wife because he says he hates sleeping with random women?

Please don't answer with "none of the above because if you are in that position, you will certainly be faced with an option.

This is what i want many married ladies to know and i can't stress it enough..There is absolutely nothing you can do to stop a man to be polygamous either by sleeping around or taking a second wife "IF" he wants to and you can't even nag him out of it but In order to have a good stand if your hubby cheats on you,be a good wife first by being very humble,GOD fearing,Excellent cook,Financially independent,a crazy LovePeddler only to your hubby then watch and see.

Many ladies make some adulterous hubbies feel too important.Don't even think about worrying your head about your husband's fidelity but warn him to use protection if he must keep mistresses...i bet he will be so scared that he will sit up. Unfortunately many ladies just give their husband an excuse to have that Alpha ego whenever they rant and give them heat over an inconsequential emotionally vulnerable side dish.

There are more interesting things in life so please don't spoil your fun by hinging your happiness on your hubby's infidelity to you..trust me,If every married lady can care less if her husband cheats and just focus on developing her life and that of her child(ren),how happy many marriages will be. Its not difficult,,its a thing of the mind.

Hope this makes a little sense.

Dear NL,

I'm 25 years old, I met this guy online via chatting and before i knew, we met and we fell deeply in love. This guy is irresistible when we met and i never prayed for something more, because he was so caring, lovely and loving, not only that he is so tall and handsome as i have always prayed for. After a month we knew each other better and every minute i rang him up, he later told me and revealed to me everything about him, because he is not the flamboyant type of guy, i hardly notice that he is loaded.

At age 33 he has a lot of properties and work with a Ministry in Lagos, seconded employment with one int'l institution, he got me int'l passport and took me out of Nigeria shore for the first time in my life. I am from an average family and I'm not easily moved with material things, I'm a working class lady earning moderate salary and living well, i had a relationship before him but not a stable one.

He later revealed to me that he has something to tell me that might tear us apart, i made up my mind since it would not lead to my death, i bet i have reached my bus stop, because he is also in love with me. What a perfect match!. Until the day he bursted it out that he is married with kids and he was sweating and breathing so restlessly, waiting for me to breakup with him, i reassured him i will still love him at that, he explained he impregnated the girl and his family forced him to marry the girl...in short, three kids, two boys and a girl from the woman,(first boy and a twins).

I almost fainted, but pretended as if all is well, at least he still managed to tell me to let me decide to continue or not. We both continued and this month make our 6th month and he is already talking about our marriage, he tried divorcing the first wife, but get warned to let her be to make peace reign, i noticed he loves me so much and also loves his children too well too. He is traveling out soon to study for his PH.D. He wants me to get pregnant for him and do the needful with my family and declare his intentions of taking me as his second wife to his first wife and family...But at this stage i have doubting mind maybe i'm ready to go on or not..i don't feel like ruining the woman's home, and i don't feel like losing this my sweet love, he is not forcing me and he wants me to decide for myself....

Please help me dearies, abuse are allowed at least maybe it will straighten my brain..but i sincerely love him, he promised to settle me down in another state and assured me that all will be well. The issue is i'm so CONFUSED.
Young lady you have no reason to castigate yourself alright...

You followed your heart and while i have always advised against initial gragra and asking people to be more cautious, i still believe that in this case the man played you by not telling you on time before you fell sheepishly for him.

Having said that, the choice is now yours. Many people will call for my head for this advice im about to give you and i do not care because many people are good at throwing words of advice without really looking deep into the situation.

You are a woman and ladies will fall for any man who can really melt their hearts in any way they believe is ok by them.Polygamy is not a sin and i have never seen a place in the bible that condemns it except an advice that as deacons and workers in GOD's vineyard we should be husband of one wife but there is never a place in the bible that condemns polygamy nevertheless i will not advice you to go into that union due to complexity and especially when you are still young because if you were in your late 30s i would have asked you to give it a shot if you are ok being the second wife and will not in anyway cry when the complexities begin to rear its head.

Nevertheless young lady, if you believe you are deeply in love and he is what you need whether because he is cute or rich or for whatever reason(But i can bet you will never fall in love with a broke married man) please go ahead and become a second wife if that is what rocks your boat.

As i have written before, should you decide to go ahead please do and follow your heart but be prepared for the complexities which could cost you your life if the first wife goes desperately diabolic or the man may go ahead and do same thing with you with a third lady so weigh the options before you make up your mind putting into consideration your heart desires.

Oga toks i must commend your dexterity in trying to let us all see the truth concerning deep issues as regards relationships but these naija ladies are like the proverbial dog that never listens to the whistle of its master until they are totally lost.

Most Nigerian ladies are the architect of their own destruction and i just saw a throw back pics of 2face and Annie and i come to realize why 2face chose her over the remaining side dishes.

Most Nigerian ladies don't mind to be side dish to a made guy rather than be the only woman of a struggling guy and this is why many rich guys are using them like tissue paper and turning them to shameless baby mamas and dumping them to marry the love of their lives.

I am ashamed to be identified with Many Nigerian ladies.
I have stopped blaming our ladies but i will blame the economy.

Even if a lady desires to be financially independent please where is the work?

A friend of mine went for a bank interview and she was asked to turn around and after she did that the marketing job was given to her.

I have seen where a married lady wrote single on her cv just because she wants a job desperately so if you look at the make up of a woman, they generally gravitate towards riches and thats who they are and this is why the rich guys toy with them anyhow.

I just read a thread where a lady wrote that she is in love with a married man and im very sure if that guy is a broke guy she will never be in love with him after finding out he is married.

So yes our ladies need to maintain a status quo but then its the harsh economy that is forcing our ladies into the hands of dangerous men all because they haev the money to spend for them.

I wanna be a billionaire so freakin' bad
Buy all of the things I never had
Uh, I wanna be on the cover of Nairaland fp
Smiling next to other stars like me
Oh every time I close my eyes

I see my name in shining lights
Yeah, different websites, with my pics on them
I swear the world better prepare

For when I'm a billionaireeeeee

If you can dream it then you can achieve it.

Just do wat you are passionate about, that thing that you wont mind doing for free and also good at it,that is what will possibly make you a star.

If he likes 100 should go with him, shameless thief

Good thing is it will forever be in the books that there was an arrest warrant out for a Senate president Bukola Saraki grin
And young men like us trying to climb the ladder of wealth legitimately will seldom gain respect but looters,Yahoo boys, ritual millionaires and fraudsters will be celebrated.

If all the world millionaires and billionaires are exposed,i doubt if 10% of them will be worth that status.smh

Serves him right!
He should have just been an ordinary senator in the house, but like they say....power kills, absolute power kills ABSOLUTELY!
I guuess you are missing it...

He has the constitutiional right to vie for the senate presidency but his foolishness came to fall when he achieved the position in a rather arrogant and crude manner thereby rubbishing the upper chamber and stalling the progress of Nigeria.

The gods have forsaken him,the powers that be have forsaken him, majority of Nigerians loathe him and even Satan himself is asking him "i no warn you?"

If he escapes this then he should be ready for more but should he scale tru i wll just advce him to resign as sp or allow a fresh election..who knows,he just might win.

Choi! Saraki, see your life? By force by fire, you must appear tomorrow o. I don't see him appearing unless he's arrested, even his lawyer can't vouch for him again grin. What's so difficult in appearing for pete's sake? ? What a sad shame.
My brother i just tire.

This saraki guy must be a toddler mentally.

Just appear and defend yourself..period and if you are found guilty, resign honourably.

Even GEJ's spirit is too incompetent to haunt anyone.

This is pure politics, Saraki remains a registered APC member for the time being, it is disreputable for the party to not defend its member regardless of his sins (until he is pronounced guilty of the charges).

It's all strategic politicking, the APC really cannot wait for Saraki to be tried and punished for his infractions.
Ntelligent notion..you just spoke my mind.
