Developers are doing business, while homeowners that put houses up for sale NEED money. Whatever would make a man/woman put his/her house for sale, rest assured na for urgent money needs. Whomever has the money on ground and the information wins, and saves money....and yes, it certainly will not be in prime locations....but same principle applies even in prime locations. You would certainly get the house far far cheaper than its full worth or the cost it would take to build today. After building mine and I learnt this, I knew I would certainly not be buying any more lands but rather buying houses so help me God. Na make the funds dey wella on ground remain.
